In real life 99% of the time custody of children is given to the birth mother only with fair visitation rights to the father if they are around. So called Co Parenting is a Hollywood rich person myth. Even in that situation the birth mother will have the lions share of physical custody. It’s just the way it is.

here in my neighborhood, mother of two (8 and 10 years at that time) got very ugly / violent divorce, got joint custody of kids - 11 months later gave up her custody to keep her kids sane.. they were so disturbed by the schedule like one week in this house and one week in other parent house... were not able to settle in any house ...affected their study/development never felt home at any house.

Next year in follow up at the legal office, kids demanded to stay with mother, and they allowed mom full custody after... now they are highschoolers - really bright and lovely kids!

it was a bus accident, not a plane crash!!! Not on the air - so you can not find a trace of dead bodies even.

if rat found sai in dead list, he must have searched for body ??? they do NOT do final rights at the accident site itself in minutes !!!!! how about vinu ? he didn't check with any social workers there properly or visited their office after.

There's no question of joint custody when criminals are involved🤗very simple logic this.

There will be no joint custody because there are criminals involved. Why should Sai give custody to woman who has tried to kill her, snatched her child and ruined her family and a man who told her that her child is dead just to keep his illegal wife happy? Neither Vinayak nor Savi are safe with DCP, his illegal wife and hypocrite criminal Chavans. At the most, DCP can ask for visitation rights. But the kids need to be with Sai for their own safety and well being.

Visitation rights with special conditions like: a police officer has to be present when Pakhi or Virat or their minions visit Vinu or Savi.
