Ok so I have a quick question - I joined IF just to ask this haha

If Sai kept Savi from Virat for all these years and is giving him visitation & joint custody, why is she demanding FULL custody of Vinu? Wouldn't it be better for both families if they shared custody of the kids? Virat can demand the same from Sai that Savi should live with him as theyve been separated for so long and he is the father. I'm a Sai supporter btw but this question was really bugging me so I wanted everyones opinion!

No yaar because then we will only hear taunts from the whole family... Sai nor the kids deserve that! They need to show some healthy co-parenting and joint custody instead of all this!

Coz joint custody with virat means it's with Pakhi..Pakhi will be the mom....she will be just choti momma ...Virat doesn't have this problem..Weekend visit or month end visit...He will be the only Baba in Savi's life.

It all started because Pakhi was claiming and snatching Sai's right as mother...That's why Sai left..Now sharing custody will be the same..That's why she wants Vinu in her home

That's what even I feel. Instead of waiting for 72 hours Sai would have just gone to a lawyer and filed a case for joint custody. It's really stupid of Sai to wait 3 long days for a fraud man to tell his wife Vinu is Sairat's son. If she really wanted Chavannis to know the truth she herself can go and tell them.

I totally understand that! I wouldn't want that either but the fact is she is Virat's wife now and there's nothing that will change that unless Virat divorces her which we know isn't happening since this show caters to those two! Vinu can call Sai "Aii" and Pakhi "mumma". The scenario of a child having two sets of moms or dads isn't unreal when divorce happens. If Sai got married to someone else then does that mean that Savi will permanently go live with her dad? I guess it doesn't make sense to me why they aren't just going the realistic route of co-parenting. But I should probably not use my brain too much on these shows haha

custody of the child is always given to the mother of the child till 18 years ...after 18 it's the child who decides with whom he wants to be with ...always ..indian law
