Covid rules only for our couple . Other couples on the same show are hugging each other . Devyani and Pulkit had few scene , in almost all the scenes either they are either hugging or romancing each other . Even the older generation got hugging scenes except poor Sairat .

On a serious note , after Neil is back for few episodes we might not see any close scenes as he just recovered .

Agreed..All shows are having push pull.. grab hands.. falling on each other scenes..I am sure its nothing to do with covid .....

Immediately after marriage, he was still treating her as a bachi, so he could touch her, give her head massage etc by keeping those thoughts of attraction at bay.

Laksh has explained well why Sai doesn't want to get into that zone with Virat.

After Amay incident Virat doesn't see her as bacchi anymore, thats why he has to stop himself from touching her lips as his thoughts are not innocent anymore like it was when he touched her lips the first time. Thats why the incomplete touch was completed by his eyes moving to her lips to show his thoughts, which Sai noticed too.

Whenever Virat does a grand gesture for her, she lets down her wall a bit.

Thats why on the Shivratri episode, even the hand holding was enough to trigger sexual tension between them.

Agree reception and the same night hug had sexual tension between them. Sai didn't mind all that and was fine with attraction. But Virat controls himself due to the vaada guilt etc kept repeating bachi rant to stop his thoughts from going that direction.

And then bam, pyarosti slip and Sai retreats to the shell.

Exactly! He sensed the discomfort when she pulled away the first time. So he is not repeating it! That is Virat for you. Also, she explicilty asked him once why he touched her shoulder to wake her up (alta episode again). So during their banter before Ladakh trip, he touches her shoulders with one finger :P who does that except Virat! He is too gentlemanly with her.

coming to Sai not hugging him is very conscious decision from her side. She is quite physical with Aai, Shivani and Tai. It is very sad to see them not able to freely express their joy. Because of their relationship and current status, a simple hug can talk million words. :) I hope the return of Virat will be a good reason to have a hug.

Some incidents where I feel bad for both of them where they could not express due to self imposed restrictions are:

1. Her result day when he comes down announces. happy wala hug.

2. After apology during pulkit sir vist. Emotional hug.

Hope going forward, they will show something.

When does they become comfortable with each other physically in other versions?

I think they are aware of each other and are attracted to each other now more than ever. They hold back because of the complications between them. And that causes them to keep their distance consciously.

I do have a complaint with the distance they keep while talking. They are comfortable enough to move closer spontaneously. At least that much can be managed.

Off screen they seem to be quite comfortable with each other. Touchwood.

We need button lagana scenes, dori bandhna. Now the mood is hardly ready for such scenes unless they were planning something for Holi. Which I doubt.
