He is just being very conscious and hence from touching lips, it has become gazing her lips 😂😂. They have become very much aware of each other's touch. When she just held her hand at the parking lot, he started to look at her.

I agree.. the second night he touched her lips and during alta episode he kept it far..would it not have shown more progress if the same eyelock would have happened with the finger touching the lips.. It breaks the flow of the scene for me..if you see the finger 1m apart from the lips..Also the outside the mandir scene..I did make a post on that .. a grab on the shoulder if not a hug would have made more sense scene and progress wise than the hand grab thing being 50m apart..Infact Sai getting scared by the bike scene during their outing was better man...Platonic relationships mei bhi isse jyada closeness hote hain yaar..

I think more than lazy writing it has to do with the offscreen dimensions.. they are certainly going backwards.. I mean I remember Neil would like a lot of pictures and videos on twitter in the beginning.. Bas eyelocks se hi pura show chalne ka hai?

The offscreen picture in white dress, the mahashivratri costume, he was holding her and standing.

The recent one in which she is in blue suit, in that too, they are standing close to each other, so I don't think it could be offscreen related. Not atleast for this kind of proximity related scenes. Hug is very common anyway right? Friends, colleagues all hug each other? Then why would it be a problem here? I am just trying to understand.

I don’t think it’s due to offscreen dynamics . Like laksh mentioned , offscreen they are far more comfortable than onscreen . If you notice in 100 episodes celebration , Neil and Ayesha hugged each other in front of his fiancé . In the same celebrations, Neil is holding Ayesha on one side and Aish and Samrat are on the other side holding each other . In their offscreen photos they are always holding each other . Even in the recent interview where all three were there , we see Ayesha pulling Neil’s hand .Neil and Ayesha are comfortable with each other and it reflects in their body language. I don’t think NeilSha personal relationship is the reason .

Immediately after marriage, he was still treating her as a bachi, so he could touch her, give her head massage etc by keeping those thoughts of attraction at bay.

Laksh has explained well why Sai doesn't want to get into that zone with Virat.

After Amay incident Virat doesn't see her as bacchi anymore, thats why he has to stop himself from touching her lips as his thoughts are not innocent anymore like it was when he touched her lips the first time. Thats why the incomplete touch was completed by his eyes moving to her lips to show his thoughts, which Sai noticed too.

Whenever Virat does a grand gesture for her, she lets down her wall a bit.

Thats why on the Shivratri episode, even the hand holding was enough to trigger sexual tension between them.

I think that’s because they are getting attracted to each other .. so maybe .. but yes distance suddenly has increased maybe because of covid rules

On a serious note , after Neil is back for few episodes we might not see any close scenes as he just recovered .
