Part - 1

Present... KM..

A big and beautiful furnished bedroom, illuminated with blue dim light making it more dreamy * d weather was misty and chilled outside but room was normal coz of warmer * a well built man with crossed arms against his chest was standing near d window ,, he was still ,compose and blankly looking outside * his was speaking in a deep slow tone .. He is Maan,, Maan Singh Khurana.

A girl was sitting silently on d bed cuddled to herself , clad in a simple red bridal suit she was looking down to her feet blankly * She was listening and every passing moments her face was losing its shine , her lips wr quivering like wanted to say something but she was stopping them chewing d lower lip. . She is Geet ,, Geet Singh Khurana .

Maan: Geet ,,, ye shaadi kin halaat mei aur kaise hui hei hei tum janti ho ,, na mai tumhare bare mei kuch janta hoon aur na hi tum mere ,, mujhe tumhe kuch bhi batane ka time nahi diya gaya ,,lekin essa kuch hei jo tumhare liye janna jaroori hei ,, shayad tumhe esse thes pahuchegi lekin mai kuch chupana nahi chahata ,, agar mujhe 1 din ka bhi time diya jata to mei pahale hi tumhe bata deta aur tum apna decision le sakti thi ,, lekin essa nahi ho paya ,, anhi pata ab tum kaise react karogi ?

Geet tumse pahale meri life mei koi aur tha ,, hum ek dusre se pyaar kerty thy lekin Bhagwaan meri kismat mei pyaar likhna hi bhool gai ,, wo chali gai mujhse dur ,, apne dad ki akiri eccha ko pura kerne ke liye usse humare pyaar ko marna pada aur kisi aur se shaadi kerni padi ,, mera payaar adhura hi rah gaya , lekin apne pahale pyaar ko koi bhool nahi sakta ,, mai bhi nahi ,, tum kisi se pyaar kerti to shayad mere dil ki halat ko samajh patee .

Geet jab wo mere dil mei hei to mai kaise kisi aur ko uski jagah de paunga ? Dadima ne mujhe majboor kiya shaadi ke liye aur maine unki khushi ke liye haan ker di ,, mai tumhe pahale hi sab bata deta lekin sab kuch etni jaldi se hua ki mai nahi kaha paya * Geet maine tumse shaadi ki hei aur mai apni responsibilities se peeche nahi hatunga ,, tumhe yahan sab kuch milega lekin mai tumhe pyaar ker paunga ya nahi mai nahi janta ,, I'm sorry for that ,, mai apne dil se majboor hoon ,, maine bahot koshish ki lekin mei Pari ko nahi bhool paya * hope tum meri condition samjhogi ,, aage tumhari marji tum jo decision lena chaho le sakti ho ,, mai tumhe kisi baat ke liye force nahi karunga .

He sighed and kept quiet after this ,, waited for her reply but she didn't utter a word * he waited for few min and asked ,, kuch kahogi nahi ?

she mustered her broken courage and replied in a low and cracky voice with trembling lips .

Geet: kya kahun?

Maan: kuch bhi ?

Geet: mere kahane ke liye ab kuch nahi raha .

He looked at her confused ,, she reacted very coldly with no emotions .

Maan: tum chaho to ess rishtey ko maan sakti ho aur na chaho to esse free ho sakti ho .

She looked at him stunned and thought ,,, kya ye etna assan hei jitni aasani se esne kaha diya ?

Geet: apne apni baat kaha di ,, jitna mushkil aapke liye ess rishtey ko nibhana hei utna hi mere liye alag hona,, agar aap apni Dadima ke liye na chahate hue shaadi ker sakty hei to mai apne parwaar ki respect ke liye na chahatey hue esse bardast ker sakti hun .

Maan felt a jolt with her reply , he had thought that she would accuse him for this .

Maan: theek hei to abhi ye baat tumhare aur mere beech hi rahegi ,, tumhe yahan kisi bhi tarah ki kami nahi hogi ,, tum jo chahogi tumhe mil jayega ,, Geet tum chaho to ess room ko share ker sakti ho , ye room jitna mera hei utna ab tumhara bhi hei aur ye tumhe kafi sawalon se dur rakhega * tum jab jo decision lo mujhe kaha sakti ho .

She nodded * Maan sighed ,, he was surprised that she was reacting very calmly but it eased him ,, d burden which he was bearing from last day was removed from his heart * he never thought that things would change so fast in last two days .

Maan: it's too late ,, now sleep ,, u can sleep here with no fear ,, mera matlab hei der ho gai hei ,, tum so jao.

He moved back to dressing area , took out his night dress and went to washroom to change * He take out a spare blanket from d cupboard and went out to sleep in Dadima's room ,, Dadima told him that she was fine and he can sleep in his room but he coldly replied.

Maan: i did what u want , now don't force me more ,, u r not well and i'm sleeping here .

Dadima sighed helplessly she knew now he won't listen her .

Geet remained like that for few min and at last got up and settled in a settee which was placed opposite of d bed along d wall * she lie down but sleep was far away from her eyes , last two days fleshes wr floating in her mind
