Mission Impossible: The Don N The Diva

Part 27

Geet was in her room, thinking about Maan, she just can't keep him out of her mind, after coming from Nodia, Maan gave two days leave to Geet to take rest but Geet knew it was to keep her away and Geet readily accepted it as she too need it, Geet was too much into Maan too even think about anything else, so she need an break, but looks like there was no use with this separation,

Two complete day had been over, yet Geet was only thinking about Maan, when she sits to eat, their dinner night came to her mind, when she looks out at the raining sky, their hug and kiss lingered in her mind, her mind played her, Maan's each act towards her, his care, his love, their kiss, this was all she could think, "Baba ji," Geet screamed as she throw an pillow away, "why is his words lingering in my ear,"

"What's happening to me," Geet screamed and took the locket up, "Warrior please, please, come to me, just come to me, I will just throw everything away and will jump in your arms, I don't want anything except you," Geet said and something clicked her mind, "Geet, if you are sitting inside and calling your warrior na, he will not jump into your window, you have to search for him," Geet said to herself,

"But how, I haven't even knew his really nane, then how will I search him," Geet thought, "Baba ji, please help me na," Geet said as she prayed up,

"Bro," Dev's voice stopped Maan and he looked at him, "yes Dev," Maan asked looking at him, "Bro, how long should I be like this in home, feeling hell bored bro, and see I am perfectly alright," Dev said with a wincing face, "ok then you can go anywhere from tomorrow but no self driving and no long distance," Maan said in a ordering tone and Dev nodded an ok,

"And bro, is Geet's leave over," Dev asked and Maan looked at Dev, "is he really asking to know about her or trying to keep me reminding about Geet," Maan thought looking doubted, "why, you could call her and ask yourself na, after all she is your friend," Maan said and Dev smiled up, "no bro, just saw you so asked," Dev said and Maan nodded, "Tomorrow she will come to the office," Maan said and Dev smiled and went away,

Maan was still not confident in seeing Geet, so he decided to cancel all his meetings in the office tomorrow and stay home, and went away,

It was 8.00 pm and Geet was feeling restless, "tomorrow had to go the office and see Maan sir", she thought and it made her nervous, and for wellington group she had to work closely with Maan, even more dangerous, Geet thought and was walking to and fro when her door bell rang up, Geet knew who it could be, she had only one night visitor, "Breej"

Geet opened the door and it was Breej, "Can I come in," Breej asked for the first time and Geet nodded a yes, "Geet, still anger on me," Breej asked and Geet nodded a no, "Geet, I would have come and talked to the next day even but I didn't want to come empty handed, I wanted proof to prove that I am not wrong as you think," Breej said so softly which was against his nature,

And Geet was looking at him doubted, "Geet I was searching for the guy who attacked Dev and found him too," Breej said and Geet jumped up eagerly, "Who," Geet asked, "Vikram," Breej said and Geet looked at Breej puzzled, "Vikram?" Geet asked, "Yes Geet, Vikram, he is another big shot in the mafia world, same MSK" Breej said and Geet looked confused, "He is also an powerful underworld Don like MSK" Breej said,

"If they are in the same business, why would he have to attack Dev," Geet asked, "Geet, underworld or upper world, it's just competitive, MSK is a king right now, and Vikram is the one who is next on line, if MSK is destroyed than he will be the kind of all underworld activities that's all, it fight for the throne" Breej said and Geet was looking at him scared, "but still, why Dev" Geet asked, "Because Dev is a Khurana blood line, Geet, if he destroys Maan, may be Dev could take up his brother place, so he might have thought to clear the small huddles"

"Or he might just trying to scary MSK off, you knew right MSK would keep an low profile about his Family, just because of this, actually now a day every auctions and dealings are won by MSK and so Vikram's power were coming down, and MSK's power is raising up, so I think he is trying to beat him by beating up his emotions," Breej said and it sounded scary, "and Geet, it all started from Vikram's grandfather and Maan's grandfather s time, the two Alpha Male of these Families will always be an enemies and try to destroy each other,"

Geet was so terrified, Destroying MSK, attacking his family, Geet can't even think that, and she looked at Breej who was looking at her with a smile, "Sorry sir, for what I talked on that day," Geet said realizing that Breej is saying the truth and Breej nodded up, "it's ok Geet, you are new right, so only you didn't knew any information about how risky is MSK's life," Breej said and got up and went near Geet and kneed before her,

"Geet from what you said on that day, I understood, you like MSK's family so much, if you want them to be safe, you must finish the mission, once we had the proof, we would arrest him and punish him and Vikram will turn silent and will leave Maan's family and after that we can arrest Vikram too with another mission, and who knows MSK could even get an less life sentence and will get an chance to life an new life again with his family," Breej said looking at Geet, holding her hands,

Breej's soft words was melting Geet's heart, an new life of MSK, Dev and Dadi maa will be safe, Maan will be safe, but everything is in her hands, Geet looked up and saw Breej's face. "Sir, I am ready, I will prove MSK's guilty," Geet said and Breej stood up and so as Geet, "That's the spirit girl, I knew you can do it," Breej said and said he will leave then and he went away, Geet locked the door behind him and sat on the couch,

"If Breej is right, which looks like he is, after all why should he lie to me about MSK, now the only thing I had to do is find about him and get the proofs to prove him guilty, for the love and care he is showing me, and for the friendship of Dev, and for Dadi maa, I had to do this, it's only way to keep him safe, and like Breej said MSK might even get less life sentence, as he is doing so much of good deeds and many people love him for his good heart"

"I had to do this, no time to feel guilty on myself or to stay away from him, I had to, I had get close and if he ever says that he loves me, then I will ask him about his secret life and ask him to leave that behind, I will pull him away from that dark life, if my love will be the tool to do it, I will use it too, My Warrior had taught me, "Your wrong path will also turn right if your destination is right and truthful," It might look like I am cheating Maan sir but it's for his and his family's own good," Geet decided and felt relaxed now as her mind turned calm,

The next Day Geet got ready and her vision and mind was so clear, "To love Maan sir and Make him accept his feelings for me, and use my love to pull him out of that dark world," Geet thought and went to the office, as soon as Geet entered the office, she felt an sudden nervousness, though her mind was clear, her heart was beating high with the thought of Maan, "Geet," Pinky run to her and hugged her, "you are ok, Maan sir said that you had been on sick leave," Pinky asked worried, "Pinky I had told you on the phone too and I am telling now too, I am perfectly alright,"

"Maan sir came," Geet asked and Pinky nodded a no disappointing Geet, "Maan sir had cancelled all the office Meetings, guess he will not come today," Pinky said making Geet more upset and Geet nodded and went to her cabin, "Please Maan sir, come to the office," Geet thought as she sat in her chair and looked into his empty cabin,

In the Khurana Mansion, Dev was casually walking up and stopped shocked as he saw Maan in his room and looked at the clock and it showed 11.00, "Bro," Dev called him and Maan looked at him and asked him to come in, "Bro, you are going to the office," Dev asked looking at Maan who was still in casuals, "yes Dev, just took a day off, why," Maan asked shocking Dev more, "Day off, Maan Singh Khurana taking a Day off from his Office work, something is wrong for sure," Dev thought looking at Maan,

Maan saw Dev stare at him, "Dev" Maan called pulling Dev from his thoughts, "Oh, Bro, actually was thinking of going out, I mean Meera is so anger on me, and not attending my call too, she is so upset as I didn't say about this accident," Dev said with a shy smile and Maan tapped his cheeks, "Ok Dev, go on, and ah, with the driver, and no long driving," Maan warned and Dev nodded his head and went away,

Dev was going on his car and saw Meera's car on the way, "Meera," Dev said and asked the driver to stop and rushed to stop, "Meera," Dev's voice made her shocked and turned around, but looked away, "Meera what happened, why are you standing her," Dev asked as she was standing in the mid of the road, "My wish I will do whatever I want," Meera busted in anger, "Still anger on me ah," Dev asked and Meera scorned at him,

"Meera look I didn't say you anything because I didn't want to freak you out, I knew how you would feel seeing me there, almost dead," Dev said with a grin and Meera kept her hand on Dev's mouth stopping him from speaking, "Dev don't you dare speak like that," Meera warned him and Dev pulled her hand away and looked at her upset face, "Meera, please, I can't see you like this yar, ok, say what I have to do to make you feel better, I will do anything, I promise," Dev said with a smile,

And Meera looked at him and she can't resist herself from smiling up, "Dev, why in the hell I can't be anger with you," Meera yelled up with a big smile, "Ok Dev, your punishment is that for disappearing for three days without a word, you are spending your next three days fully with me, ok," Meera said with a firm face, "oh Meera, is this an punishment nor gift, I can even spend my entire life with you," Dev said and Meera was surprised by his words and blushed up turned around,

"Meera, never knew an small lie can make you blush this much," Dev said with a grin and Meera turned and scorned at him, "Dev," she shouted and Dev hugged her up tight, "I missed you Meera, really," Dev said and Meera to hugged him up, "I too missed you so much Dev, don't do like this again ok," Meera said and Dev pulled her of the ground and swing her around, "Dev," she screamed,

"Now come on, it's getting late, let's go to our favorite restaurant," Dev said and Meera too nodded, "but wait a minute Dev, had called the mechanic to take care of my car, so will go after he comes, Meera said and Dev nodded and waited up,

Geet looked at the clock at it showed 7.30, her whole day looked waste, she haven't seen or heard from Maan, she was so upset and restless, his distance was killing her, she felt like going to his house and see him now, she can't keep his thoughts away from her, his thought was filling her mind all around, as she waited for sometimes she started to go to her home, feeling upset and worried finally,

Dev and Meera was in the restaurant looking at each other face, Dev had told Meera what's going in between Maan and Geet, that it looks like they are avoiding each other, "Meera, I am scared, if this continues may be they would go in different paths," Dev said and Meera thought for a minute, "Dev, do Geet have any problem," Meera asked shocking Dev, "what?" Dev asked confused, "I mean, any kind of problem in the place where she is staying or anything like that," Meera asked and Dev was still confused,

"Meera, what's the connection between that and between bro and Geet's relationship," Dev asked, "Duffer, just answer me, will say you the plan," Meera said and Dev smiled and thought for a minute, "No, no problem there," Dev said and Meera looked upset, "Hey, there is one, I mean a guy, I think he is disturbing her now and then," Dev said thinking of Geet words, "Excellent" Meera said and Dev looking at her shocked, "Is that a good thing," he asked and Meera nodded,

"Look here Dev, we need to keep Maan and Geet close all the time, and if she in the office alone Maan can avoid her easily, so we have to push them together, the whole time, so," Meera dragged and Dev was looking at her eagerly, "So," Dev asked, "So, Geet had to be in your house," Meera said, "What? How? Bro will never allow that," Dev freaked out, "I know that Dev, but Maan will not say if her life is in danger," Meera said with a cute cunning smile confusing Dev, "Geet's Life in Danger," Dev asked,

"That's what you are going to say to Maan, look Maan loves Geet and so he would not say no when he knows that her life is in danger, so we have make it look like Geet's life is in danger and so she can't stay alone and as an good friend, you offered her to stay at your home and of course Dadi maa will support us, so Maan will not say anything, and every day even if he likes or not he had to see Geet, from Morning till night," Meera said with a smile,

"Oh my Evil Genius, but Meera, how will Geet believe that she is in danger and accept to come with me to my house," Dev asked and Meera thought for a minute, "We will do the arrangement" Meera said and explained her plan to Dev, "Meera, OMG, you are not so sweet as you look, so Evil yar," Dev said, "Hmmm, why you wouldn't say that Mr.Dev Khurana, I am making plans to make your brother and your family happy and you are calling me evil, ok then bye," Meera said as she faked an anger and walked away, "hey, hey, Meera, just Kidding yar, you are so sweet, come on, let execute your plan," Dev said as he held Meera in his strong hands and pulled her up to his car and they both started to Geet's house,
