Maan wanting to know more abt Geet. Good now that he is taking interest in her. She is an enigma to him.

Baba receiving her. Maan is Jealous that she is in her father arms than his. Good progress. First jealousy then will come possessiveness.

Pari trying hard to make Brij confess but Uff Brij ko kuch samajh nahi aa raha. Geet excited wat abt the two.
Maan ke call ne sab kuch bigad diya.

Loved Pari n Maan silent reaction n then Miri is saving her Sheru. Wat all she revealed surprised everyone.

I loved this chapter. Maan came to know more abt Geet's family though not sufficient.

I can solemnly swear that I have listened and understood only 2 english songs since the day I was born, JLo's Waiting for Tonight and Backstreet Boys, I want it that way. The first I was forced to listen to my principal's daughter sing it on our way back from swimming nationals and the second coz it was the "it" song back then 😆 I am actually indebted to BB coz I used that tune to write my own lyrics for a history project back in high school. The teacher was sooo impressed with my live rendition in class that he refused to read the essay that came along and gave me full credit for the lyrics That moment when I sang will forever be in my list of embarrassing moments!🤣 I know maine kaha na ki main bahut talented hoon 😉 If I find the substituted lyrics I'll PM you... free mein entertainment chalega na? 😆

As for understanding the English lyrics...you got me there. Who cares... make up your own I have realized long ago... sing it only in the shower so as to not embarrass yourself and provide entertainment for others at your expense.😆

My sister was the worst when it came to lyrics. She made up outrageous one's even for Hindi songs. 😆

I certainly and most definitely want to read this fascinating work of unparalleled entertainment. Please PM it😆

Lol I cannot seem to find it on my laptop but it may be lurking the in the dark corners of my garage 😉 I'll give you a fair warning it was about the hippie movement 🤣

Anyways... I think I may know why you aren't per se happy about this update. It's probably because you wrote this update at different periods of time while you were in different moods. All through I could feel every emotion portrayed wasn't complete before another one came by. Even before Maan could wrap his head around his anger or confusion, I was introduced to Geet's thoughts. And before that completed its cycle, another character barges in. The scene keeps shifting so one emotion doesn't completely take charge making me feel unsatisfied with one particular emotion. Do I make sense?

Obviously it doesn't mean the update wasn't good. As a writer you need to get the story moving and trying to elaborate the emotions while doing so gets cumbersome.

I personally liked it. Geet's emotions have been stirred and Maan found a bakra to unravel the mystery named Geet. It's high time Maan reassess his view of Geet. Everybody including Dev knows but Maan needs to realize value of Geet for him to believe in her and realize his deep love for her.

PS: Wow, so much for randomness... have fun reading my "random review" suna hai kaafi random hai ;)

You got the pulse of it. That is exactly what I was trying to understand. I felt like the chapter was jumping all over the place, but then as you pointed out, lingering on it too much makes for stale reading.
Hmm, I hope it will get better from now on.😕

It was jumping but it wasn't distasteful in any way you think. Of course it's going to get better, aap haina sab kuch teekh kardogi 😃

She is super cute and adorable... my gosh the motor mouth she is!! saari katha kahani ek hi saans main keh daali..that too with a reminder to her new found friend-Sheru 😆 of his stubbly promise.. 🤗

Binding ties.. is such an inspirational story of how you get up and move on..

But what has made it so unique and its exemplary in Geet is that quality where you Move on carrying the baggage of your grief while holding hands with your beloved dear ones..

...Not forgetting others in your own grief.,.. something I find rare even in real life.. some I have known, no matter how humble,grateful and modest they are... at times of grief they are almost incapable of holding on others with them..

Geet has managed to bind them all with the ties of her care, affection and even gratitude.. Where her dear ones are just name-sake relations but the ties she has with them are more binding than blood relations..

I was trying to figure out where Maan and Geet would stand each other's life ...as in of course they would be held with the tie of their love..but how would they be bound together.. I realised that how today in this "Transition Chapter" that you are not happy with! (and I loved it like them all)

Maybe through my eyes you may be able to see this transition differently:

- Because what I saw is ...how the Transition in Maan's eyes and mind took place today .. he has opened his eyes to see this woman without any relations she is surrounded with.. to not see her as a mother of a five year old, a friend, a carer or a therapist but just a woman who is young yes! but her youth and innocence are like that of first time.. Jaise pehli baar aankhein kholi hai jawaani ki aad main..

I couldn't explain what I wanted to say in English ..First time is the probably the word! but in the hindi sentence above, I could decipher it!..

The bound that will hold them is that of healing... He will let her heal his untouched, unseen, opened yet hidden wounds that struggles of life has given him...

For her.. it will be her First time!! to heal ..to let someone hold her baggage of grief in one and her heart in the other..with Love!

Uff, I can go on and on.. but let me just end this for now:

You have a beautiful way of winding things together.. it was almost too painful to read Mari's and Geet's past ..but just as inspiring of how her family held on.. and now it will be so fun to see this brooding and brewing love story begin somewhere ❤️

*** I just forgot to add a small comment on the periodic table!! Man I had this big Cheesy smile coz I instantly deciphered what Pari was cryptically saying... I was like mujhe pata haaiii!!! Maine bhi toh kayi saaare silly acronyms banaye the hahaa *** loved that "comic element " esp coming out of a big-mouth like Pari 😆
