The Palace of secrets Part 1
I watched the hindi dubbed version of the Kannada supernatural thriller Aptharakshaka.It inspired me to pen down this supernatural thriller.
Geet is a Princess.Everyone in her royal family adores her.No one can say 'no' to her. She is the darling of her parents Mohindar and Rano,uncle and aunty Sahil and Ganga,the great grand father Aloknath.Sahil and Ganga's daughter Naintara is Geet's good friend.
Though Aloknath is above 100 years by God's grace,he is still healthy.He believes that there is a motive behind his long life.
Geet came back to her palace after completing her research in history.But she was not alone.There was a handsome guy with her.
Though others smiled seeing him with Geet,Aloknath was shocked.
Maan went towards Aloknath:Namaste dadu...
He blinked his eyes to test whether his eyes were cheating him.
Alok:Who is this guy?
Geet:Great dadu'this is Maan Singh Khurana.He was with me in the University.And we both are'
Geet blushed.
Alok was shocked knowing that Geet has found her own guy.
A:Did you all know about Maan before?
The others kept silent for a moment.
A:Tell'.
Mohindar:Yes dadaji'Geet had told us about Maan.But we are seeing him for the first time.
Rano:We did'nt want to hide it from you.But we thought we will see him first,then we will tell you.
Geet and Maan touched Aloknath's feet.He blessed them for name sake.
M:Maan is our guest.Serve him good food.
Everyone became happy.
Rano and Ganga served him food.
After some time Maan returned.
Aloknath opened his heart:This wedding should not happen.
Everyone was shocked.
Geet:Why dadu?Is it because Maan is not from a royal family?
Sahil:Dadaji'now a days who is bothered about caste,creed and all?We enquired about his family.He is from a very good family.
Alok:He may be from a very good family.I am sure that he has to be born in a good family.But he is not a good match for our Geet.
G:Why dadu?What does Maan lack?
A:You know that I am a good predictor.If this wedding takes place there will be danger.
G:Rubbish dadu.I don't believe in such superstition.
A:But what I said will come true.
Ganga:Please dadaji'please don't oppose this wedding.
A:I know that you all are modern.You don't believe such things.But'
Geet was stubborn:If this wedding won't take place,I will die.
Everyone got scared.
Mohindar:I can't go against my daughter's wish.Sorry dadaji.We will conduct this wedding.
A:You all are going to regret.
Nobody cared for his words.
After a month'
Geet wore her bridal dress.As Aloknath wished before wedding they conducted a puja.Geet prayed from the bottom of her heart:
Hey Devi...please bless us.
After the puja'
Rano:Geet'now a new phase of your life is starting.
Geet smiled:I know Maa.After puja I feel very happy.Now I have no tension.I am sure that I will be able to fulfill my responsibilities.
Rano smiled.
Geet Maan-Geet's wedding took place.Aloknath shivered seeing their wedding.
Aloknath hid his fear and blessed them as he had no other option.
Geet hugged everyone and cried at the time of departure.
Maan and Geet left.
Aloknath was relieved.
He thought:AS long as Maan and Geet don't stay in our palace there won't be any danger.
