PART 2

She broke my chain of thoughts by saying, the damsel in distress is completely at your disposal, She said it promptly as she jumped out of her car.

She came over and sat by me. I fastened the old car behind. As we started, that obstreperous thing shocked me again it made no noise. Strange, I seemed!

As I gazed her from the corner of my eyes, I saw her observing my car. I felt it weird, this girl, she should be thinking about the problems she would have been facing in the future.

But then the thought just zoomed into my mind, HOW WOULD DADI REACT??? I gaped and but quickly closed it when I saw the girl was watching me with a confused expression.

But then again started thinking about dadima and her strange thoughts she would relate about her and me.

Is this range rover evoque? ,she asked smiling.

{ RANGE ROVER EVOQUE }

Yes, I said, just a small reply.

Hmmm, I heard in return.

But then suddenly she surprised me by saying,range rover dynamic, everything in it is dynamic, bumper, side sills, rear sport spoiler, exhaust and skid plate, 6/4 electric perforated Windsor leather seats and steering wheel. Seating capacity 5 persons, wheels type alloy wheels and 18-inch wheel size.

I was astonished, amazed, surprised, bewildered and any other word you can say. The girl who doesn't know her name remembers EVERYTHING about a car.

She was constantly chanting about the car where I was dumbstruck.

When she finished her biography on a car, I asked her, how the hell do you know about this car?

I was seriously surprised. She replied with a huge grin on her face, seem as if I was a great follower of cars, that is why I remember so much. I think I just need sometime and my memory will come back.

I didn't reply her.

As the Khurana mansion was getting nearer my heartbeats where getting faster and faster.

I did two huge mistakes:

1. Reached home late.
2. Didn't pick dadima's calls.

She will definitely kill me today, oh yes how I can forget about the mistake that took place just few hours ago. I heaved a sigh and got out of the car and asked her the same to do.

When we were walking through the grand backyard corridors of khurana mansion, she asked me,so you live here?

By the tone of her voice I was sure that she was watching everything in awe and her mouth was wide open.

I smirked in pride and walked through the corridors leaving her behind.

Entering in the grand white hall, where luxury dripping from every corner and from everything. Maan saw dadima walking to and fro.

He went towards her and called her, "dadima"

She turns and saw her grandson standing with a smile which she thought is unusual.

DADIMA- Maan, beta where were you? Itni der kr di aane mein. Aur aap humara phone kyun nhi utha rahe the? Pata bhi h hume aapki kitni fikar ho rhi thi. Aap humesha hi aisa krte hen. That is the reason I ask you to get marry, so that I can get free from tensions, she asked worriedly.

MAAN- dadi dadi dadi, will you please let me speak in my defense also? Aur aapko kitni baar kaha hai ki tensions mat lia kijiye. Its not good for your health you know na

DADIMA- aapko pata h na ki hume aapki kitni fikar hoti h, then u should have atlast informed me if were going to come home late.

MAAN- dadima why are you making a huge issue. I am just 1 hour late.

Their arguing came to rest when suddenly they heard a girl calling, MR. Khurana, seems like you have forgotten that I am new here don't leave me alone in this huge place or else I will'.

Dadima shouted, Maan who is this girl?

SHIT! Maan cursed aloud.

She was staring at maan and dadima so innocently that dadima melted instantly but still put a false anger on her face to show her grandson who is the real boss at home.

MAAN- dadima oh yeah, I was going to tell you about her.

DADIMA- Kab jab bache ho jaate tab?

Maan stared at her amused. And the girl took her steps so warningly towards Maan that he sacredly goes to dadima and makes her sit down on sofa,

MAAN- dadima mein aapko batane hi jaa rha tha, magar you started scolding me for coming late. Do u want to know the reason behind me coming late?

Dadima nodded her head, and Maan continued, she is the reason

Maan heard a little gasp behind his back and he knew that was the girl.

He continued, I mean I was coming back home when she was caught in an accident, so I rushed to help her. But suddenly we both realize that she is suffering from a memory loss.

what?, dadima said

She stared at the innocent girl standing at the back who was looking so pleasantly at her and slowly she made her way to sit with dadi and told her, Ma'am he is right, aur yeh toh mujhe vahin road par chodkr aa rhe the, par mene hi zabardasti unhe kaha ki mujhe apne saath le chalen, agar aapko mere yahan rukne se pareshaani toh mein hotel mein ruk jaungi par mujhe apna naam

Arey nhi beta, aap itni pyaari hen mujhe kya pareshaani hogi aapse. And God has done unfair with you. Ab jab tak aapki memory vapas nhi aa jaati tab tak aap humare saath rahengey yahan. And that's final.

Geet was secretly thanking dadima, but still played and asked, "Are you sure? Aapko koi problem toh nhi hogi na." She said this with her eyes looking at Maan who was looking at her with his eyebrows up in semicircles.

Dadi saw what was she pointing at and said, "nhi beta koi problem nhi hogi na mujhe na maan ko. Haina Maan beta."
