hi... i read a ff i cant find it ... it gois like this please help if you know Geet want to be a doctor Pammi wants her to marry Maan because she knows Maan will not live long and she will get a big deel if Geet marries Maan... first Maan refuse to Marry but then agree to marry Geet after knowing that how Pammi treats Geet he says to Adi that Geet will be happer in KM ... Maan loves Geet very much but is suffring from some thing and can only live 1 year (i hope he is cured ) he wants to fulfil all dreams of Geet
