Geet is becoming double standard... She has a standard for herself and a standard for Maan...When Maan made a decision and choose Geet over her baby, She said next time pick my baby and let me die... He did not even argue or say a word and accepted as her wish...Did she not think of Maan then and how she would live without her? On top he would have to take care of the baby too...
I was not in agreement with Geet when she said that... I understand it is very painful to pick one Mom or Baby (I am a mother myself) but at any given time if such moment comes, Mom is more important to be in the world for a baby. It is equally painful for a baby to grow up without a mom
.
Anyways that is history but now when Maan said the same thing to choose his death over begging in front of Dev... she gave him a huge lecture and turned the tables around and made him feel guilty. Wow geet Wow you are very talented...

Geet's top most priority was baby. So she said like that on that day
Maan's top most priority was and is geet- So that words from his mouth is really disappointing today.
In my POV geet was and is correct in both situations.

I mentioned this in your earlier post. I totally agree with you and hats off to you to remembert his. She expcts maan to let her die for the baby. At that time she made maan feel so guilty of his decision of saving her. She evn took a promise that he will next time choose the baby. She is right to say that for the baby, because she is a mother.
Now if maan says it gaurenteed in anger; but he clearly meant that he preferred to die than see her begging dev for help. Then he is selfish and only thinks about himself. She again made him feel guilty. It seems that geet is always right and can do no wrong, whereas to me it seems she is mostly in the wrong. I will still accept whatever she said to him until she called him selfish twice.

If geet's top priorty is the baby, then maan's top priorty is also geet. He prefers to die than see her beg for help from the same man who raped her.

but one thing is for sure.At that particular point he was concerned about his anger only. He has not realized the pain and torture that geet had felt while asking help from dev. When geet mentioned about that then only he got softened towards her.Eventhough he is concerned for her his anger is masking his concern. That is what geet is mentioning here- aap sirf apne baare mein sochthe......apne gusse ki bare mein.

So you are saying she should let Maan die, because he hates Dev ??? 😕
No offence, but that is the most oddest thing i have heard till date. I was equally upset when Geet told Maan to save the baby if something like that happens again, but i understood why she did what she did she's a mother obviously she wouldn't want to kill her baby because she wants to live, otherwise she would have aborted it the day she found she was pregnant. However, Maan saying that was horrid, just because he loathes Dev, he was telling Geet that she should have just let him die 🤢 I understand, he hates the idea of having Devs blood running through his vains, but REALLY to behave like that when all she wanted was to save his life 😕 If Geet had wanted she could have behaved like that when he chose her over the baby, in fact she had a WAY better reason to do so, but she didn't because she understood why he did it.
@ delhigirl - and Geet rather beg the man she hates, than see her husband die.

yaar there is no similarity in situation here maan is angry like volcano and he even didn't bother abt asking geet abt what's going on ?but yes his anger is his love and hate both where as in geet's case did u see her angry abt maan choosing her and how come she made him feel guilty if u remember maan himself stated feeling guilty and geet with so much of love eased him from that feeling .
she took promise what's wrong there all she did for that baby and how come she will choose herself over her baby .
do u think she wud have said maan if again it happens choose me over my baby no mother will ever say this.if maan's priority is geet then geet also does not love him less
is ego and hatered so big that u can let some one die for it?.
i personally wud have forgotten everything if i cud saveeven stranger doing so

I completely agree with what you're saying here. In the case of Geet with saving the baby, I was upset too but I understood it from a mother's point of view. But how can there be a connection to with Geet wanting to save her unborn child and her saving Maan by using Dev's blood and being angry over that?? There is no comparison. She loves her baby just as much as she loves Maan and she CHOSE to save Maan just like she would CHOOSE to save her baby by any means possible-be it giving her life to save the baby or asking Dev for blood to save Maan knowing very well that he would not want her to. She also knows the he would not WANT to choose her baby over her life but she would want that because she loves the baby and wants the baby's life more than hers. Similar to that in her wanting to save Maan's life by any means neccessary.
In regards to Dev raping Geet. I know Dev sleeping with Geet was wrong when he knew fully well that he was going to abandon her, knowing fully well that he was a married man was completely wrong. But he did not rape her, she slept with him knowing him to be her husband. I'm not saying what he did was right, but I dont think that the term "rape" applies in this situation. Nor do I think the creatives of this show wanted it to come across as rape.

No you are mistaking what I am saying. She was absoultely right in saving maan. She has to, any wife will do the same. What maan said to her was very harsh. but if geet had left it at the two statements that how could he say that to her and what wrong she did. i also agree with her statement that he did not think about what she went through in his anger. however, i completely disagree with her saying that he is no longer the same man and that he has changed. That she and the baby are not a priorty for him Thise were wrong statements.
She was wrong in hiding the truth from him in the first place whatever the situation. I also do not agree with her behaving as if dev can be forgiven for what dev did with her, just because he donated blood. I actually applaud maan for hating that man. However, I also wish that maan did not say that one line to her "about letting him die'.
