Maan's behavior was his imperfect way of dealing with the situation. and he with so much guilt today tried to justify his bad behavior by saying "I know my words hurt you so much but i didn't know what to do. Sach mein bol nahi sakta tha aur juth mujhse kaha nahi jaa raha tha" - So in his own Maan way, he apologized to geet too. Also don't forget, men, especially ones like maan (Whose arrogance you say you are in love with), have a hard time saying sorry. Most of the time he emotes with his eyes. Today he said sorry with his eyes so many times. Women say their feelings with more words - like Geet did. I feel that in today's episode, they both said sorry to each other in their own ways.

This GUILT is what I failed to see today.....I did not hear Maan admit that the way he handled the issue was WRONG...and yes he was HELPLESS, it was a bad situation, but that does not excuse the words that he used today!!! Why did the CV's downplay Maan's fault, and overplay Geet's ? This is the essential question!!

Just to back of the characterization of Maan...and guilt. It was evident in the episode where Maan yells at Geet in during the CHOPRA presentation for copying the wrong file. Later when he realized that he had given her the wrong file, he was genuinely guilty, and after much needed practice, he did APOLOGIZE to her in a BIG way!! That was the HUMAN Maan....now all i see is the GODLIKE Maan!!

I do not think Maan's character has been made like God and Geet says sorry all the time... I think the character of Geet is such a way that it takes all the things at face value.
Now Geet who said sorry to Maan when she came to know that he had nothing to do with Dev or NT release from jail... That time also she said she made a big mistake that she dare to called sun the darkness.. then in the conference room she said that both the company is compatible to each other and he should not doubt that...
But to the same man when he does not consummate his marriage she does not go deeper and accuses him of not loving her... He said that he does not want to do that but he has to do... Geet asks him why he is doing he says he cannot tell her he is that way...
She takes the things at face valure or may I say bit immture way... As I think what Maan does always have deep roots but what Geet does is always very impulsive... but when she understands the motive she does it well and is always ready to step forward and come out with the apology as quickly... So all the time she ends up misunderstanding him and saying sorry...
Because in all the misunderstading Geet had, Maan was always protecting her and her feelings and her interest... and he purposely was being bad in her eyes so that she would stay put from the pain and difficulties but anytime he never doubted her love...
Where as though Geet loves him to death but her mind just looks at the present circumstances and makes conclusion of its own without looking back at the reason or finding the root cause..
Now If she had thought about when Maan stopped on their SR night she would have remember that his hand touched her stomach and he stopped... and then if she would have think deeply she would have known that it was because of the baby.. She may not have known the full details but she would have concluded that Maan cared for baby too much and he stopped..
But I think those characters are built that way so that the story can move forward with twist and turns...
So I think there is nothing wrong in their character or CVS are trying to make Geet looks bad.. but it is the charm of their personality and that makes the show interesting too.. just my opinion..

Loved your analysis.... agree with you 100%... still defending the CVs :)😆

Geet was apologising wayyyy to much, she doubted his love, she apologised, that was all fine....

but then it got a bit repetitive, she should have taken a stand and told him that, he was wrong in the way he handled the situation, she needs to tell him that she isn't a mere weakling, and that he needs to confide in her rather than hiding things thinking that she won't be able to handle it...

so what if he never meant his harsh words, they shoudn't have been said in the first place !!!!!

Creatives to need to change this whole thing!

I didnt enjoy today's episode either!

This is what's wrong with bharat naris, we just give in too easily!

Why can't we give our man tit for tat!

God created us humans and all should be treated equal!

😡MAAN AINT NO GOD😡

Tit for TAT...is the rule of a great equation....it helps keep thing in balance. I just feel that Maan's character is excessively made to be MAHAAN....granted he has done some great things, but then so has GEET....why is her character still maintained in simple HUMAN terms??

We just had a debate on the same issue in the Den. Creatives failed to pen-down appropriate lines/scene to show his remorse and guilt for uttering those words dipped in poison. May be he regretted but failed to convey the same -- when you want to hurt, you are brilliant but when it comes to say Sorry, you just do not know the right words. Plus the actor's acting was also not convincing enough to give us the impression that he is remorseful.

Hey I agree....

The CV's seems to have forgotten what Maan said on Super Sat......And thats the only reason i see for showing Geet think about all the harsh words Maan said to her except those Khurana Bahu/Aish-o aaram waali lines......
And what more today we see Geet who is feels SUPER GUILTY and we see Maan who showcases Nothing....

For me i felt the scene required remorse, guilt, vulnerability etc coming from Maan's part but i saw nothing come but stillness

I never used to get tired Praising the CV's for such creating such a dreamy yet realistic character/MAN for the first time ever on Indian Television....

But i think they are hell bent on making me eat my own words....

Viji...that was the point of this post, I want the CVs to know that we are not all MAAN is MAHAAN fans, that we live in the world of humans, and as such we want to see HUMANISTIC behavior. CV's please keep Maan's character in tact....we love him and we cannot compromise on his character at all....be it a positive change or a negative one!!

Nadz...i had so many expectations for today's episode......i really thought that CVs will capitalize on this and bring back the Maan that we all knew and love. I wanted him to really feel guilty for his harsh words, and for making her feel so abandoned....he should have had a better answer for that than this flimsy dialogue: "Saach tumhein bata nahin sakta tha.. aur jhooth tumse kaha nahin jaa raha tha.. Par tum itne sawaal pooch rahi thi ki mai aur kya karta.."😡

I totally agree....The CVs have failed to deliver this guilt, if in fact they had intended to. As I had said in a previous post on this thread.....Maan has been shown to exhibit genuine guilt, and has apologized for his excessive rude behavior!

Egjacktly (Soowwiieee m missing Munia)....
As always... jo Viju bolegi .. I'll agree!! heheheheheh
They had to show the remorse he felt... we all know it pained him to utter those harsh words & killed him even further when he saw her tears..... his expressions depicted all that day!!
But !! here we are.. when it came to apologize finally he was expression less.... dialogue less!!
Maan is different when he is with Geet & keep him that way!! He wudnt apologize to any1 else... bt he wud apologize to her!.. Thats the Maan I knw I like!!
