Maan seems experienced in the sense that he is aware of the female psuche...why not...he is MD of a lucrative KC...he has oodles of money...moves in elite circles(dadi talking abt polo match at club)

has to have come in contact with a lot of women...single, wives,colleagues,workers....would have added to his experience with the fairer sex

Jaya: I believe that a love without a connection does not have the capacity to completely change a person's persona. The woman or the women in the past seems to have completely altered him. He started hating the whole women kind plus along with that, he also egged Geet to become strong. There must be more than plain love gone wrong.

Lana, I agree Sam was a late addition and was not in the original scheme of things. I would credit her appearance to Vincent - the typical male mind. Late addition or not, still there is no good explanation as to why he has not talked about her so far to Geet, irrespective of how far he went with her physically. He had clearly said in the outhouse that after Sameera, he did not allow any woman come close to him. So there was a bond with Sam which was more than just platonic friendship. Why did he not tell Geet about it, every time she beat herself about her shortcomings unless he is the typical MCP who believes it is not a big deal for a man to have a past but not a woman?

Opti as we have had this discussion earlier with u in the den I respectfully agree to disagree with u!! MSK can't have such a strong relationship with Sameera!!

She is his past & it was referenced by dadi more than MSK himself! And if she was his wife or partner or fiancee as u r 'presuming' then exactly my point, he should have told Geet about it by now!! Knowing his character he would never conceal this from Geet! With Geet I can expect her dilemma should I tell him or not or think 10000000 times before confiding but with MSK he would have been out with his past the first day when he declared his love! He wouldn't have kept it from her if he was physically involved. Sameera could affect him in any form, through any kind of relationship & that is what I am waiting to see from the CV's. I won't presume that she was his 'so & so'!

So if the CV's r preparing to show him in this light then they better be prepared to hear a piece of my mind. They can't mess a character they have built so uniquely so far!!

An, that I agree with. If Sam is the only person who made Maan the way he is characterized now, then it cannot have just been superficial love. It had to either be a deep love or something else altogether...business dealing etc. If we assume it is the latter, then Geet is likely the first real love of Maan's life. That said, from a physical standpoint, his confidence and authority still speak to his experience...for me. I can buy somebody like Adi being inexperienced...not Maan. 😊

The lines are very relevant...let me try adding some....😆

jumping in....for some reason...I just feel that it wasnt love btwn him and Sam at all...so when he is talking abt pasts..he doesnt think of Sam...maybe that is why she didnt enter his head as someone to talk abt to Geet...

She was someone who colored his perception of women being devious...maybe childhood experiences, NT who married his younger brother and then Sam to cap it all..
