Jaya...Maan appears to be experienced....he is a man of the world...head of a business empire, mover and shaker...he has to have interacted with others ...many women...that would make him knowledgeable abt them to some extent...but doent necesarily make him a player...does that make sense?

Yes, he should not have hid his past with Sam from Geet, whatever it was. If Sam was not a love-interest then what would have been her role? A business partner? Strange then that he thinks why he is feeling for Geet this way when he has not let any girl come close to him after Sameera. They have already shown scenes which contradict the character they have made Maan to be.

An I agree with ur logic 10000000%! It can't be mere love gone wrong! If Sameera has affected him so badly then she definitely meant more to him! And if that is so then all his feelings for Geet can't be 'anjaana'!! He would have known he is getting into that cycle again & I could have understood if he had then said 'why am I falling in this trap of feelings again which I have kept myself away from?', something along the line & not such raw feelings & emotions he was waddling through all throughout!

about Sam Aunty....hmmm....i think it was nothing that serious with her....that's why Maan never bothered about sending her any flowers....and with Geet it is true love...people fall in and out of love all the time....but true love happens only once

not that i believe in that 😆 but that's the moto in Indian soaps so i am going by that theory😆

As you can see...I refuse to think of Sam as a past love of Maan's....she could have been a good friend, langotiya yaar.anyone else...but doent vibe for me as past love...if they do that..it will be very difficult for me to reconcile my view of Maan with the one they show then😔

She was someone who colored his perception of women being devious...maybe childhood experiences, NT who married his younger brother and then Sam to cap it all..

Mandu, let me remind you that Maan did tell Dev that Geet taught him to forget his painful past. And this was on the engagement night. So Sam did affect him. If he can refer to it to his bro, why not to Geet?

Mandu...yes and no. Observing is very different than actually wooing a woman. I agree with Lana that there is a rough edge to Maan's character....but his way of expressing his attraction in scenes such as RTM, Pee Loon, are not merely a natural extension of his passionate rough self. They were far more refined.
