3 IDIOTS-Deep Analysis - Geet CANNOT step on Maan!

Ok Girls......Vrushali (Rushtrip) and Revathy (MaaneetDD) and I have decided to coin an ANALYSIS thread...and hence the title "3 IDIOTS"....what better way to describe us!!! LOL!!😆
So here is the break down so far:

Rancho - Nargis

Raju Rastogi - Rev

Farhaan - Vrushali

We are currently recruiting for other IDIOT positions, such as Chatur....etc...so if you are interested...please do let us know!!

The three idiots are here to not give you what happened in the episode today but the import from it'we will bring symbolism we see in there.. in our fashion and everyone is welcome to join in and pitch in.

We do not want to break rules so please talk about what you read between lines and analyze it and see how it will affect their relationship, future bearing of their words today'and how we want to see it if any'

So..lets get started with our analysis today..............

First and foremost....I could not miss the SYMBOLISM today when Geet could not step on the mirror shards with Maan's reflection. She could not ever step on him...hence ever hurt or even tarnish his image.....very symbolic of how Geet feels about Maan. He is her world.....and she could never taint that!!

I felt that Geet felt she was stuck....what to do....jahan bhi dekhoon...Maan hi Maan ki laaj....jaoon to kahan jaoon....so then like all times before when Geet felt stuck....he came and swooped her up in his arms......releasing her from the burden...and taking her to the right path.

I felt that Geet will never do anything that would mean stepping on him or step over him to get along even if it meant that she should run away and that he will always hold her back. This scene was showing that she will always need him beside her, with her...

Then came the Moon scene....and wow....what a bundle of symbolism here too. From Maan's perspective.....He and his past are the night (the Saaya) and she is the Moon (Light - Noor) that are bound by Taqdeer - DESTINY - Fate, KISMAT...etc....

Bound to each other for eternity, each completing the other, for Ek Chaand ka kya WAJOOD hain ANDHERE ke begair aue Andhere ke kay wajood hain Chandni ki begair??

Just like that...what are Maan and Geet without each other!!

For me today the entire epi was symbolism special.. Seriously - Every frame had something to be analyzed. I watched it once and I wanted to watch it again and again to absorb everything and not miss anything.........

She would rather stay stranded than set foot on Maan, or even his reflection for that matter. Kya pyaar hai...This will play a big role in the future. She will not do anything to step on his name or his image. Does this mean she will leave him? 😕

There is much to rip today. Maan-Geet, Maan-NT. But office mein karoongi toh boss mujhe India bhej denge. So laters!

Top 10:

- Maan was only concerned about Geet's reaction if she were to see the ring. He wanted to make sure he doesn't upset her in any way.
- Maan knows he is handsome hunk and detests to be called a cutie. And then the dialogue turns out to such a point where it looks as if it's ok for his fiance to call him cutie. So cute!
- Agli baar doosre ke saamne kiss mat kijiye (sirf akele mein😉). Main hazaar baar karoonga (woh toh hamein pata hai aur usi ka toh intezaar hai 😳)
- Maan-NT convo - why does she stress on Maan Veerji? Do they have a history? Maybe she tried to get close to him for his money and when he rejected, she chose Dev? 😕 'Har baat ke peeche koi wajah nahi hoti' Really? What does that mean? And he is going to make her pay for every tear formed in Geet's eyes with interest. The only person NT is scared of is MSK! Only he can shut her up. I loved that scene.
- Maan's confused look at Daadi's questions as if to say 'even I don't know Daadi'.
- Enough of running. He is tired of seeing her run away from him. And he is tired of running away from his own feelings. His dialogue only meant 'I'm tired of running, aren't you? It's time to own up now.'
- Who are you running from? He knows she is running away from her feelings. He knows her in and out.
- Maan is comfortable being shirtless around her. She didn't seem to mind it too. Comfort level up one bar.
- She lets him carry her, swing her, and made her stand up and walk about hands in hands. She has given herself to him completely.
- The way he held her hand after putting on the ring was so dreamy! He truly savored the moment.
- Precap killed me! He just wants to stop fighting and act like sane people and lead a happy life with his beloved.

Now my ripping:

Even before NT comes, he sends Geet out.
He will make sure he keeps Geet away from any trouble. And he said that the other night in the car - that now he will never let her suffer.

Paani mere sar ke upar se nikal chuka hai.
He has had enough. He was bearing her doings with Dev and Daadi but now that Geet has entered his life, he's had it. He will not tolerate any person ill treat Geet. Yup he's had it - only because of Geet.

Sabse aakhri galati - meri zindagi mein dakhal andazi karne ki...
Akhri! Means she is dead meat soon. Maan will put her to hell before she can do any other wrong. Also to say, Geet is his life now - not an employee.

When Daadi jerked him
Anyone can break a gaze upon being jerked. This was to say nothing can move him when it comes to Geet.

Kab tak apna chehra mujhse chupati rahogi Geet?
Moving the veil aside before getting to her. Only to say nothing will be between them. He will push aside everything that comes between them.

Mirror scene
She would have stepped onto the mirror but she couldn't. Coz Maan was in every piece. She was trying to find a spot where he's not there. But he is everywhere. So to say he will be everywhere - there won't be a place where she cannot spot him.

Him carrying her
When trouble comes, he will carry her. Remember the story of one pair of footsteps in the sand?

Jhoola bit
He placed her on the jhoola - the most romantic place. He will always keep her palkon tale, hamesha usko jhoole pe jhulayega.

Moon dialogue
He first put his hand on her back to make sure they look like 1. And then he said 'raat ke saath rehna iski taqdir hai. Aur shayad tumhari aur meri taqdir mein bhi yehi likha hai Geet'. To me, it looks like they have to face the hardships of life together.

Shooting star
It was nothing but a blessing from God that their bond is sacred.

Symbolism ka pata nahi. You guys are too good for me to add anything to your list. So I'll just stick to ripping.

Yes that was SYMBOLISM with the broken glass pieces..She hesitates to step on the reflection of his face in the glass pieces and this is what NT will use to get her out of the house and his life....NT will play the card how the Khurana family will be destroyed if the truth comes out and what a shame it will be....so Geet will not reveal anything about Dev when she finds that he is Maan's brother but will choose to go away from his life....

i hope everyone now believes me when i said last night that Maan will be back...

i also had mentioned that he will run after her...and that he was in pain..as he had lied to granny and geet and was not happy about it. i see so many symbolisms in this serial

he is a fastidious person and will always maintain decorum in front of others...
he was not happy or lets say he was angry yesterday because it was a fake engagement and he does not like public display..

now...what is saw today..and what it holds for the future...

He will always chase her....if she tries to go away from him, he will run behind her....and he will find her for it is their destiny..

the ring, the taveez are all pointing..to him that they are meant for each other..he questions and then answers it himself by giving into the ishaara...maan will always be the light of her life...

symbolism of the jhula..
he swings her every time it symbolises that even if life tries to take her away, she will swing right back to him cos...he has the thread of her life in his hands...

symbolism of the moon...
her darkest past will not deter Maan for maan as the moon is teh brightest when the night is dark...he only exists because of her, in the sun..his existence is obliterated...it takes a dark night to make the moon shine..

symbolism of the pieces of glass
geet willl never be able to walk away from him for she sees him everywhere.. and to step over him is unfathomable...

symbolism of his talk with daadi
he hates lies..and was feeling contrite for having said a lie to grand mom ..also a lie to geet for he knows she is his heart's desire.. and he felt pain..for involving both of them..because he was not able to tell geet his feelings...he will now..say it..very soon...and he does say..it but now he will be direct...

symbolism of the ring
it kept going to Geet and maan took the ishaara...he put it where it righfully belonged...Maan is going to profess his love, he is now going to kiss her hand the way he would want to in privacy...for her..for real....

You know I was wondering why they showed that bit, but then caught on...You're absolutely right. This show is really good about symbolism.
Another perspective: Kab tak bhaagogi?...And she sees his reflection every where in the broken pieces...so meaning where ever she runs she'll find him there...
(That part kind of reminded me of a song in Mughle-azam - Jab pyar kia tho darna kiya, where the King sees her reflection everywhere...symbolizing that her love can be found everywhere... Anyway that was just a random thought 😆)

Teen chaar dafa to dekh na padta hain just get my fill of Maan....then I have to think critically...and for me that can really take a while....you know!!😉
