WOW!! i agree with him yaar, his personal life is his personal life and we being his fanz should respect that and we shouldn't get involved in it. We love you Gurmeet and we totally understand. I wonder why he had to say this, did something happen?

Gurmeet dude...grow up & learn to relax..

Being a celebrity means you get loads of adulation & with that some criticism too.. when u can accept the positive things like fame, money, love & adulation from fans- try and accept the little negative too..

I checked his fb account & some dumb dude wrote something like why did u have to choose debina , aur koi ladki nahi mili or something like that..this was on a photo of him & debina together in lonavla..

My question is that there were 100 messages on this photo praising you and your jodi..but you had to focus only on this one dumb message? why?

For example- someone like aishwarya rai- has been criticised from her plastic smile to her acting to her clothes to husband to everything..

does she retaliate? no...'coz she is mature and dignified and let it go..because it doesnt matter in the long run..

why is this one comment affecting you so much?cant u see the millions of messages flowing with love & admiration? or is your relationship so insecure that you have to defend it like this?I mean u hardly come on FB, and once in a blue moon when u do..its only I love u debi, I miss u debi..C'mon man, gimme a break- tell that to her or msg it privately- u dont need to tell the whole world.

Dude, I'm sure the moderators will delete my post, but get a reality check. Not everyone will like your jodi.Even the millions of girls going " we love u bhaiyya" on your walls..Today they like u with Dhrashti, tmrw if you have a bigger hit with a bigger heroine, they will like you with that babe.

You should be confident about your personal life and just let it go, rather behaving all-Maan like, which you arent in real life.

I fully agree with him, his personal life is his..........we love him for the entertainer he is and it should remain like that. We should all see to it that we don't hurt him in any way.

Poor Gurmeet, he was deeply hurt to post this comment. Unfortunately in this profession, there are always people out there who are nasty and make such comments. He should just ignore them but it's a hard thing to do when it's about someone he loves !

true, when one accepts all the good things that come with stardom, one also has to accept a certain lack of privacy and certain vulnerability to adverse public remarks too, in addition to the adoring ones.......... No fan shud indignify you , but if someone does..just ignore it and focus on all the positives that sooo many other fans bring to you....... and sometimes these things are just a reflection of how well u r doing on screen and how powerful your screen image (and screen pair Maneet) has become due to your superb acting and commendable performance

yes me too think its disgusting of people to make such comments, all of u s are fans of Maan a character of this serial which is imaginary and Gurmeet's acting ability, but that's it we should limit us his personal life is of his own concern, things like this makes celebrities wary of there fans so i think we should like make group apology or something like an
letter to let him know that there are fans who respect his feelings.
plsss guys give a idea. to do the damage control i agree that damage wasn't done by us but we as responsible maneet fans must do something about this don't u think.

👏👏...it is very important for fans to realise the thin line between personal and professional....getting personal is so not done....and its high time an actor takes a stand about such abusive and intrusive fans...fans can be judgemental about work about being judgemental about their personal lives shoul not be allowed by any actor.
