0,1,2 have to be common in both cubes. Since we have these 3 digits combine with all othe digits. '9' is upside down of 6. so we can only one of them.
So the remaining 3,4,5,6,7,8 can be in any of the faces of the two cubes.
Eg:
Cube 1: 0,1,2,3,4,5
Cube 2: 0,1,2,6,7,8
or
Cube 1: 0,1,2,3,5,7
Cube 2: 0,1,2,4,6,8

Cube One has the following numbers: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Cube two has the following numbers: 0, 1, 2, 6, 7, 8

The 6 doubles as a 9 when turned the other way around.

There is no day 00, but you still need the 0 on both cubes in order to make all the numbers between 01 and 09.

The owner of a winery dies and in his will, he leaves 21 barrels (seven of which are filled with wine, seven of which are half full, and seven of which are empty) to his three sons.

However, the wine and barrels must be split so that each son has the same number of full barrels, the same number of half-full barrels, and the same number of empty barrels.

Note that there are no measuring devices handy. How can the barrels and wine be evenly divided?

Make 4 of those half filled wine barrels in to 2 sich that it becomes 2 fully filled barrels and 2 empty barrels.

Then u will have 9 fully filled barrels,3 half filled barrels and 9 empty barrels.

U can then divide it as 3 fully filled barrels,1 half filled barrel and 3 empty barrels among the 3 brothers...

is that right??

While walking in the garden, I saw 10 boys playing; two of them were my children – Anil and Sunil. I asked each of the remaining boys their names and age. I found the ages, including those of my children, ranged from 4 years to 13 years. Each boy was having a different age. Also, there were two boys each of 5 families. The sums of the ages of each pair of brothers were 10, 13, 17, 22 and 23.

Sunil is 8 years old. How old is Anil?

Ginny.. U r correct. And here is the explanation for reference. šŸ‘

It is clear that the ages of children are - 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13.

The only way to obtain 10 is by adding 4 & 6. Hence, 4 & 6 are brothers.

The total 23 can be obtained by adding 10 & 13 or 11 & 12. If we get 23 by adding 10 & 13, then we can not obtain 22. Hence, 11 & 12 are brothers; and 9 & 13 are brothers.

Now, we are left with four boys with age 5, 7, 8 and 10. Also, two of them sums to 13 and two of them sums to 17. Hence, 5 & 8 are brothers; and 7 & 10 are brothers.

Thus, Anil is 5 years old.
