I am too much in love with paanipuris 🤗

there was a time when I had them daily till one day I fell very sick...since then I have reduced eating it 😳

btw I have some excellent pp stalls near my home in kolkata but I wonder how phuchkas in Kolkata and paanipuris in Mumbai differ so lot...🤔

i really like pani puris so much but only if well made...in some places they are not well made...when i was in kolkata,,,i used to love the puchkas there...still have that taste in my mind

does anyone have the authentic recipe of how to make pani puri at home? i love them but they are not readily available her...and everytime i tried making them they become soft...

The king of all dishes! They are generally had as starters or evening snack. Chaat is not the name of single dish it consist of a mixture of other dishes mainly pani puri, pav baaji, sev puri to name a few. Tamarind, chilli powder, curds, onions, tomatoes and sev (vermicelli) are the key ingredients that go into most of these chaats distinctively known as street food.
