Thaapar house Surekha, Prince and Rani are sat in the hall discussing the recent events

All heads turn towards the new visitors.

Both Kamya and Abhay come in and sit down. Kamya sits next to Surekha.
Kamya: Surekha ji, yeh sab jo bhi huwa wo sirf isliye huwa kyu ke hum sab laaparwa the. Wo baat jo humnein ek saal pehle teh kee thee wo hum bhool gaye

Prince and Abhay hug đ¤ congratulating each other and Kamya and Rani follow suite.
Prince: Rani yaha pe kya karahee ho đ Jao jaake mithai le aao. Hamare samdhi ghar aaye hai
Everyone just celebrated together on the new refreshed unsion. Parashar house Saumya was dwelled in his thoughts regarding everything that had been happening in the past year since Sujal's accident. Even though physically he wasn't responsible for it he knew that somewhere he was.
Saumya thought: Ek din Kashish mujhe itnee bari saza degee, yeh maine socha nahi tha. jabse wo haadsa huwa hai tabse me din or raat sirf apne aapko hee kosta raha hu. Mujhe laga tha ke Sujal kee itnee madad karke shayad me apne wo karam dhosaku or shayad phir Kashish ke dil me mere liye thoree to jage ban jaaehgee. Lekin me galat tha. Darr ta hu me ke jab Sujal ko pata chalega ke kya huwa hai to wo kya karega...Nahi mujhe osse her rishta tore na hee hoga. Osme hee sabkee bhalai hai...Phir bhi sochta hu ke maine koi gunaah nahi kiya or mujhe itnee bari saza milee. Per Kashish ne to paap kiya hai. Osne do jism, ek jaan jaise dosto ko alag kiya hai. Just then his cell rings. He tries ignoring it for the first few minutes but the caller was adamant and kept ringing. He took the phone irately đĄ and stared at the name on the screen. He couldn't believe who was calling him and just didn't react.
Saumya thought: Me jaanta hu Sujal tu ne mujhe kyu phone kiya hai lekin me tujhse baat nahi karsakta đ (he kept looking at his cell) Me jaanta hu ke tu jaanta hai ke me jaa bujke nahi uthaaraha isiliye tu ne kaata nahi hai abhi tak, per mere dost me majboor hu...Nahi đĄ Saumya tujhe osse baat karni hogi. Relunctantly he pressed the answer button. He composed hismelf to make sure he didn't appear weak

Saumya: (closed his eyes đĽą) aaj hee to hosh me aaya hu. Itne saal se me jo bhram me jee raha tha, wo aaj aakhir me toote hee gaya. Teree dosti, tera pyaar sab kuch ek dikhaawa tha. đĄ Tune mera bohat galat fiada uthaaya hai Sujal, lekin ab bus! đĄđĄ Tang aagaya hu me tere peeche daur te daur te. (clenched his teeth together trying to suppress his anger đĄ with himself. He couldn't let Sujal find out otherwise he would figure out he was just pretending)
Sujal: Aaj bohat bari baat kehdi tune
Saumya: aaj kal bohat saari aisee cheeze horahee hai jo pehle nahi huwi. Ab tu in sabka aadee hoja kyu ke aaj ke baad her cheez ka hisaab lunga tujhse. Jitna waqt or paisa barbaad kiya hai maine tujhpe, wo sab ka barabar ka hisaab lunga. ab tu tayyaar hoja.
Sujal: Mera sab kuch to tera hee hai đ mere dost. Ab or kya chahta hai tu? Ab to sirf meree jaan bacchee hai lekin wo bhi tujhpe fida kardunda.
Saumya: (lets out silent tears đ as it was hurting him a lot but he had no choice) Waqt aane pe wo bhi leloonga.
He cut the phone before Sujal said anymore heart wrenching things. Now the tears flowed like a river đđ out of his eyes. He had never imagained that he would ever say those harsh words to Sujal.
Kamya: Kardiya apne dil ko patthar đĄ or dedi apne aapko saza?
Saumya: đ˛ mama aap?
Kamya walked inside his room and sat down next to him and held onto his trembling hands.
Kamya: Mat kar aisa Saumya đ Apne aapko aise ghute, ghute ke mat maar. Me jaantee hu ke Sujal kya hai tere liye. Are wo bhi mera beta hee hai jisse maine bachpan se paala hai. Tum dono kee fitrat se waaqif hu.

Kamya: Me tere saath hee hu Saumya. Lekin me Sujal ko bhi acchi tarhaase jaantee hi or wo tere mann kee baat parh sakta hai. Tu chaahe kitnee koshish kare, yeh raaz osse nahi chupa sakhega.
Saumya: Mujhe har tarhaase koshish karnee hai isee me sab kee bhalai hai. Bus mama đł ab me kuch nahi badal ne waala. Maine jo thaan liya to bus thaan liya.
Kamya had no choice as she knew she could never win an argument with her son.
Kamya: Theek hai teri marzi
(after a brief pause) Are jo baat tujhse karnee aayee thi wo to bhool hee gayee. Aaj me tere sasuraal gayee thee đ
Saumya: Kyu? đ kuch huwa to nahi na waha kisiko?

Kamya hugged đ¤ Saumya and kissed his forehead.
Kripa: Kya baat hai đ aaj ma bete me bohat pyaar horaha hai
(she walks in towards the bed) zara hamein bhi to yeh raaz bataye
Saumya: kyu, tujhe jalan horahee hai? Wese bhi honi bhi chaheeye đ

(pulls Kamya towards her and hugs đ¤ her)

Both Kripa and Saumya lean their heads with Kamya's while she pats both their cheeks.
Kripa: Mama aapne wo raaz kee baat abhi batayee hee nahi
Kamya: Bohat jald is ghar me dhair saaree khushiya aane waali hai đ pura ghar oskee chamak me sajne waala hai
Kripa: (looks a bit lost đ) Kya matlab?
Kamya: Are tere bhaiya kee shaadi honewaali hai
Kripa: Kya! đ˛ iska matlab ke...
Kamya: ha
Kripa: Ab finally yeh...
Kamya: ha, ha
Kripa leaps with joy and hugs đ¤ Saumya really tight nearly choking him. He tries freeing himself but Kripa is just too excited. Finally after so many days he saw a glint of happiness đ in her eyes and finally her face had lit up with it. He felt very relieved.
Few hours later Kripa's cell rings and she looks at the caller. She just keeps looking at it with two minds. whether to pick it up or ignore it just like all the time. then she thought that she has to end it right there and then. So she has to talk to him. At first the hesitation came so she dropped the phone back on the table. She just sat there listening to the ring tone and with a confused đ mind.
Mishti: Kripa! Kripa! kaha hai yeh larki?
(she searches the ground floor)
the phone still hasn't stopped so she knew he was adamant. Why didn't he leave her alone? Finally she made the decision to talk to him after all and make sure he doesn't bother her again. Just as she reached out for the phone, Mishti arrived.
Mishti: To tu yaha pe bethee hai or me tujhe pure ghar me dhoondh rahee hu
Kripa: Ha wo Mishti me...
She takes the phone and is about to press answer when Mishti grabs it
Mishti: Me yaha tujhse milne aayee hu đĄ or tu hai ke mujhe ignore karahee hai
Kripa: Mishti ek zaroori phone call hai, mujhe baat karne de
Mishti: Mujhse zaroori tera kounsa kaam hai đ baad me kardena
(she absent mindedly presses the button on the phone and doesn't realise that it was the answer button. Then she puts the phone back down on the table)
Angad: hello...
(he stops as he hears their conversation in the background)
Mishti: Tu phirse yu mooh latkaake kyu bethee hai đ aaj to khushi ka din hai đ aunty ne mujhe bataya ke ab Saumya bhaiya kee shaadi honewaali hai
Kripa: ha
(tries to force a smile đ) me bohat khush hu
Mishti: wo to tere chehre pe dikh raha hai. Come on Kripa, you've got to get out of the past. Bhool ja ose.
Kripa: kese bhool jao
(tears đ welling up) oskee yaadein mere nas nas me shaamil hai. Din raat sirf oska chehra nazar aata hai. Oskee yaadein mujhe tarpaane lagee hai Mishti đ tarpaane.
Mishti: Tu kyu ose yaad karke apna ji bala ti hai. đĄ he doesn't deserve it! Jis aadmi ke liye tu itna tarap rahi hai ose teree na kabhi qadar thi or nahi kabhi hogee. Jab ose teree koi parwa nahi phir tu kyu oske peeche...
Kripa: đ kyu ke wo mera peecha nahi choreta. oskee yaadein mera peecha nahi choretee. Jab bhi me ose bhulaane kee koshish kartee hu wo koi na koi roop me mere saamne aajaatee hai jisse phirse mera mann os behrehem đĄ insaan kee taraf jhool ta hai. Mujhe samjh me nahi aaraha ke me kya karu

Mishti: (hugs đ¤ her) Dekh me jaanti hu is waqt tu kis dorahai pe khari hai, but don't worry sab theek hojaehga đł me tujhe madad karungee or dheere, dheere oskee saari yaadein tere maan se dhoore hojaehgee.
Kripa continued to cry đ Angad had tears đ in his eyes too after listening to Kripa's painful plight. He realised how much pain she was going through and it was all because of him. Now he was even more determined to talk to her, ask for forgiveness and to take away all her pain.
Mishti: chal ab tera mood theek karne ke liye me tujhe bahar le jaatee hu
Kripa: (comes out of embrace and wipes her tears) đ nahi Mishti mujhe kahi nahi jaana. Mera mann nahi
Mishti: kya mann nahi? osee ke liye hee to le jaarahee hu. thora bahar jaaehgee to apne aap tera mann halka hojaehga.
Kripa: lekin Mish...
Mishti: lekin, wekin kuch nahi đł bus maine teh kardiya to kardiya. Tu mere saat Rainbow restaurant
(don't know many places in India so just made it up) jaarahi hai. ab jaldise tayyaar hoja.
Kripa: theek hai meree ma đ tujhse to koi jeet nahi sakta.
After hearing that Angad disconnected the call.
Angad thought: Rainbow restaurant? đ ab to me ose milke hee rahunga
Then he dialed another number
Angad: Ha Josh, đ dekh mujhe tujhse kuch kaam hai.
He discusses a plan with him

Kripa: đ hum yaha kuch dair hee rukenge
Mishti: oho Kripa đľ abhi abhi to aaye hai or tu jaane kee baat karahee hai. Dekh araam se bait.
Kripa: Mishti tu jaantee hai na ke ab mujhe aisee bheer pasand nahi aati đ
Mishti: To kya zindagi bhar dunya waalo se naata tore degee? Is tarha se jiya nahi jaata Kripa đ or yeh tu bhi jaante hai
Kripa doesn't reply and just sulks đ
Mishti: Theek hai baba, hum yaha khaana khaenge oske baad chale jaenge. Theek hai đ Me order karti hu.
Kripa just nodded and rested her elbow on the table leaning on her cheek. The only reason she hated places like these were because they reminded her of Angad. He always use to hang around in places like these being a party animal.
After half an hour or so their food had still not arrived. Both of them were engrossed in a conversation. Actually Mishti was the one talking and Kripa was just listening answering in monosyllables - yes, no, um, etc.
Announcer: Good evening ladies and gentlemen đ Aaj aap sab ke mano ranjan ke liye Rainbow restaurant ne ek naye singer ko hire kiya hai. he's known to be a charmer or oskee aawaaz me aisa jaadoo hai jo jaane waalo ko keech laata hai. Please put your hands together for our new performer
The audience applauded đđ as the announcer left the centre stage. The lights went dim with only a few degress visibility enough to see someone standing but the face is dark. As the music began playing, the tune of the guitar sent flutters through Kripa. she didn't know what was causing it but it felt as if someone very close was around her. Then she saw a tall man step out of the dark and into the dim light of the stage and he sat down, still playing the guitar.
Eventhough his face was not visible, his profile seemed highly familiar which was making Kripa very uneasy. soon his voice filled the room.
Singer: dil se dil ka rishta jo hai
pal do pal mein mitta nahi
bandhan dilo ka tutta nahi bandhan dilo ka tutta nahi Kripa's heartbeat began racing as if she was building up some sort of anxiety as that voice had completely stunned her đ˛đ she knew who it was but didn't want to notice. Then her heart skipped a beat as his sensuous melody flowed to her ears.

rishta purana hain For some reason the singer preferred to stay in the dark as if he was hiding physically yet still revealing soulfully.

in palko mein khushiyo ka sapna sajana hain
tere dil ka mere dil se rishta purana hain Kripa desperately wanted to see who was singing. Even though the singer went around all the other tables but her's she could feel his eyes only on her. the same feeling she had when someone else's eyes always use to be on her. She would know immediately that he was looking at her.
Kripa thought: Yeh awaaz to sirf oskee hai, to kya yeh wo...
Before she could finish her chain of thoughts a spot light got shone on her as if showing she was an angel from heaven. She became a bit blind and tried to see clearly when lightening struck. Her heart stopped beating and she felt numb. That one face took her back in time. Back to the beginning as if nothing had happened. He was right here in front of her and she hated the fact he still managed to stir those feelings in her. the same feeling she had felt at their first meeting. Automatically tears đ flowed out of her eyes.
Angad saw the tears and became misty eyed đ himself. All her pain and surrow had been reflected in her tears and he felt so guilty as he was responsible for it.
Angad: kaise main batau yeh tera is tarah rona
dekha nahi jaata hain sun
shaam jab dhalti hain subah muskurati hain
khushbuye lutati hain sun
