Next day

The news of the case was all over the news channels and newspapers. Pari and Saumya's relationship was being exploited in the market as it was portrayed in the court making all sorts of stories. Both of them were being given a bad name 😔 and Saumya was getting really frustrated 😡 answering calls, asking him similar questions. He ended up smashing his cell phone 😡😡 and then he pulled the lines out of the landline.

Similar scene was at Thaapar house where Pari had been harrassed but Prince took care of it and made sure she was protected. But at the time Pari wasn't worried about herself but was thinking what must be happening with Saumya 😔

Surekha was really disturbed 😲😔 after everything she heard. Not only had they had lied to her but also they had disrespected her.

Pari: Danima, 😭 please aap hame maaf kardijye. Yeh sach hai ke hamne kahi baar aapse jhooth bola hai lekin 😒 yakeen maanye hamne kabhi koi ghalat kaam nahi kiya

Danima: ----------------

Pari: please Danima aap mujhse baat kijye 😭 mujhpe naraaz hoye lekin aise mujhse mooh mat phere lijye

Surekha looked over at Pari and held her face in her hands

Danima: 😭 Tujhe sharminda hone kee koi zaroorat nahi. Me jaantee hu ke meree Pari se koi galati nahi huwi, koi nahi.

Both hug and cry 😭😭 for sometime.

It's time to go to the court. Saumya tells Pari not to come but she protests and says that she will be with him at every stage as now both of them were in this together. As usual when they got out of their cars they were attacked by the horde of reporters but the police were able to puch them away.

Everyone were tensed as to what the verdict would be today. Saumya and Pari were the most because they knew the truth and didn't know what Kashish would do to solve the case.

Soon the judge arrived.

Judge: Adalat ke saamne kuch naye saboot paish kiye gaye hai jisse yeh baat saabit hotee hai ke Saumya Parashar kee dimagee haalat theek nahi hai. Doctors kee report yeh kehtee hai ke kahi waqt se aisa hai jiskee wajese Saumya Parashar ne wo sab kiya jo huwa.

Saumya and Pari both looked at each other and then at Kashish that what new game was she playing.

Judge: Tamaam saboot or gawaho ko madde nazar rakhte huwe yeh adalat is nateeje pe pochee hai ke Sujal Garewal pe jo bhi jaan lewa hamle huwe hai onke zimedaar Saumya Parashar hee hai 😒 lekin kyu ke onkee dimagee haalat theek nahi hai to onhe in sab ka pura zimedaar nahi theraya jaasakta. Jo kuch bhi Saumya Parashar ne kiya ose adalat nazar andaaz kartee hai or yeh hukum deti hai 😳 ke onka puree achee tarhase ilaaj ho. Jab tak wo puree tarhaase theek nahi hojaate tab tak onhe Sujal Garewal ya onke parivaar se milne kee ijazat nahi dee jaehgee. Everyone began bustling about. Kashish gave Saumya one angry 😡 glance and then walked out with her lawyer. Saumya's lawyer came to him with sorry looking eyes.

Lawyer: 😔 Saumya tum ne kyu yeh sab kabool karliya or mujhe sach bataanese kyu rokeliya.

Saumya: Thak chuka hu me ab yeh sabse 😔 Hum ek nayi baat laate or phir Kashish phirse osse galat istemaal karke kuch or naya bakhera khara kardeti. or yeh chalta hee rehta. 😒 Me ab or apne parivaar kee badnaamee nahi seh sakta. Bus ab isse sab kuch khatam hogaya

Lawyer: Tumhe lagta hai ke sab kuch khatam hogaya hai 😒 Are Saumya tum nahi jaante tum ne kya kardiya hai. Court ke orders hai ke tumhe Saraswati Sanitorium bheja jai jaha pe tumhaaree dimaagee haalat ka ilaaj hoga. Jaante ho wo jaga kya hai 😔 are jahannum se bhi battar hai wo. Khatarnaak paagal aate hai waha ilaaj ke liye or wo or bhi paagal hojaate hai or tum... 😡 Saumya abhi bhi hamare paas do din hai. Badal do apna faisla. hum adalat me abhi bhi yeh papers submit karsakte hai jisse sab kuch hamare favour me hee hoga

Saumya: Maine apna faisla karliya hai 😳

Lawyer: Stop being stubborn Saumya 😡 Apna nahi to apne parivaar ka to socho

Saumya: Onka hee sochke yeh qadam uthaaya hai. Yeh sab me onke liye hee karaha hu

Lawyer: Per Saumya...

Saumya: 😡 Bus! (raised his hand) I've made my decision ab me kuch nahi sunna chahta 😳

He grabs Pari's hand and both walk out of court ignoring the villanious reporters and just basic gossipers.

When Saumya reached home he was in for a surprise 😲

Saumya: Mama? 😲 Papa?

Kamya gets up from the sofa and hugs 🤗 him

Kamya: 😔 kesa hai mera beta ha?

Saumya: Me theek hu mama

Kamaya: Jhooth! 😡😔 (pulls out and looks at him) Itna sab kuch hogaya or tumne hame kuch nahi bataya? Apnee mama se bhi chupaaya.

Saumya: Mama aap ko kese 😲.... Me sab kuch abhi nahi batana chata tha 😔 per...

Kamya: Me teree ma hu Saumya 😡 tere dil kee baat chupee nahi mujhse 😔 tere har dard se waaqif hu me 😒 Lekin is baar tune mujhe dard diya hai Saumya. 😭 bohat naraaz hu tujhse. Jo baat mujhe tujhse pata chalnee chaheeye wo mujhe dusro se pata chalee or wo bhi itne behuda andaaz me 😔 yeh sab kya horahai Saumya?

Saumya: 😭 Mama yeh sab os galati kee sazaa hai jo maine kee hee nahi

Kamya: Yeh tu kya kehraha hai Saumya (takes his hand and pulls him to the sofas) Yaha aakar bait or mujhe sab saaf, saaf bata.

Saumya narrates the whole story beginning from the court case, how the whole truth was manipulated how Pari was dragged into the case unnecessarily and a whole bizarre episode took place. He ended with the conversation with Kashish and then the court's decision that morning.

Saumya: (with his head in Kamya's lap) 😭 mama maine jo bhi kiya sirf apne parivaar ko bachaane ke liye kiya. Me kisee haalat me bhi bardaasht nahi karsakta 😒 ke Pari ke upar koi bhi badnaami ka daag lage. Bohat pyaar karta hu osse me mama.

Kamya: (carresses his hair)] Me jaantee hu beta. 😭 me yeh bhi jaantee hu ke andar hee andar tu kitna jundhla raha hoga. Lekin tu ne koi ghalat kaam nahi kiya hai. Dekna sab kuch bohat jald theek hojayega.

Saumya: Sach mama? theek hojaehga na?

Kamya: ha. sab kuch theek hojaehga.

At that moment Saumya was behaving like a kid whose toy had been snatched away from him. He cried 😭 and Kamya consoled him like a reverent mother.

Few days later...

Angad is trying to reach Kripa on her cell but she is not picking up. He leaves a message.

Angad: Kripa please phone uthao 😔 Pichle 5 dino se me tumhe contact karne kee koshish karaha hu. Jabse Goa se aaya hu tumse baat karne ko taras gaya hu. Please Kripa ek baar mujhse milo, mujhe tumse bohat zaroori baat karnee hai.

Kripa had seen the name on her cell screen and had ignored it. In the past five days Angad had called her hundred times and had left tons of messages. Yes she had been listening to them. No matter how much she stopped herself she couldn't resist the urge to listen to his voice.

Kripa thought: 😔 kyu tum mera peecha nahi chore dete Angad? kyu baar baar mujhe aise tarpaane aajaate ho? I've enough problems in my life right now

She opens her side table drawer and takes out a pink/purple box. She opens it up and goes through all the things. These were all the things she had collected during her days in Goa with Angad. As she touched everything she remembered each moment. The time Angad gave her a red rose for the first time 😃 and it was so romantic for her. She had still preserved it eventhough now it had become dry but his essence still could be smelled. He had been so sweet 😊 Then she took out his handkerchief which he had given her at the time she was upset 😔 over his and Simmone's New Year's eve fiasco but then later on he had cleared it out with her. The handkerchief was his momentum of his love to her. There were several photos as well of them enjoying in Goa. Now it felt a lie 😡 a big deceit and manipulation of her emotions.

Kripa thought: kyu me oskee yaadein ab tak dilse lagaye bethee hu? 😡

With frustration 😡😡 she throws the box on the floor and everything scatters all over. Then she lies on the bed on her stomach and cries 😭😭 over her fate and over what she lost before even gaining it.

Garewal house

Angad: Damn it Josh 😡 wo mera koi call attend hee nahi kar rahee hai. Me jaanta hu ke wo jaantee hai ke me ose phone karaha hu or wo jaan bujke...😡 ch...

Josh: calm down Angad 😳 tujhe kya laga itna sab kuch hone ke bawajood wo daur ke teree baaho me aajaatee or sab kuch bhool jaatee? 😛

Angad: Me jaanta hu ke itna aasaan nahi hai lekin ek baar to wo mujhse milsaktee hai na? Is waqt jo haalaat hai os me wo bohat pareshaan hai 😔 or me oska dukh baatna chahta hu. Pata nahi kya karoo?

Josh: Is waqt ose teree sabse ziada zaroorat hai. 😊 Don't stop trying Angad. Me to kehta hu ke ab tu directly osse mil 👍🏼 or wese bhi teen chaar din me college phirse shuroo hone wala hai so you'll the right oppurtunity.😃

Angad: Tu theek kehraha hai Josh Lekin mujhe os Akshat pe bharosa nahi 😡 pata nahi kya kya kaan bhare honge osne mere baare me Kripa ko

Josh: Wo to jab tu ose milega tabhi pata chalega. Dekh hum sach jaante hai or jab Kripa ko bhi pata chalega to wo bhi Akshat se nafrat karne lagegee 😊 Ab tu pareshaan hona band kar.

At that time Angad was placated by Josh but he couldn't help but ponder on the fact that Akshat was still around and would do anything unpredictable

ur the first one who wants them to keep fighting but hey they are the two main people who will end yup solving things so i have to get them back together somehow but it wont happen for long.

Kamya was needed because........you'll find out in the next part. Sh's the mother, it's her job to encourage him. Man u've really made him the bad guy here
