White, circular with floor to ceiling windows every few feet with a semi circle arch above. A large arch flanked by white pillars at the entryway on the ground floor, leading to the inner courtyard. The walkway filled with red dirt and bricks buried into the sides so a triangle stuck out of the ground

Awesome details Nisha ! It really help me picturize the scene.
Love it ❤️ 👏

What level of detailing Nisha these updates have . It's as if the procession is playing out like a video before us. The procession, the fireworks, the pillars, the name plate at the gate, the courtyard , the construction material, the new paint, the arch of the 100 if not more structure... it's all vivid description. Great effort you make for detailing . Also Harit's set of rooms. His current BR all monochrome , more utility kind in terms of lights and maps and stuff... a bed as a furniture to just go to sleep when he can't hold his eyes open anymore kind .

Shucks but why is that bed still there??????

My daughter when she was very young had to know what were the sleeping arrangements when guests came because of our home in India used to be a floating population kind given the arrivals and departures. She LOVED it and wouldn't rest until she knew who was sleeping where all excited. She used to come quietly whisper to me or my MIL or my aunt , so what's the sleeping arrangement'. My family used to make fun of her... okay here comes the question and permission of the little girl.

My state today is the same of that 6 yr old kid then... have to know now state.

So what's the sleeping arrangement Nisha???

😆 😆

Aapko dar nahi lagta accident victims ko dekhkar? Teeku asked softly
"Its like aap bank mein ho, safe deposit box ko dekhkar dar lagta hai? she smiled casually

Teeku had seen Srishti and Hemant at the hospital, Alka forgot where Teeku was coming from

"Hum dekh nahi paate" she said softly😭

"Achha ab accident ki baat rehne dein, yeh sochen ki kamre ki sajaawat kasie karengi? Suman giggled

I love that Suman and Alka are sensitive about her emotions and tactfully maneuver her to a different topic.

Tearing Teeku darling.. and unmoved Harit? It might take a Long time for him to fall for her but he surely can offer some comfort to a tearing girl. If she is missing her family she is.. why would living alone in Delhi matter. Harit doesn't know women now does he?
Imagine the dad leaving his Daughter wondering if the guy will actually understand her feelings and reach out to his newly wedded Wife. Naturally his heart sinks.

An all male abode.. Harit is so pliant with his parents. I wonder he was always like this or if he has changed in response to his parents pain - brought by the brother leaving home and then his untimely death.
Poignant - does he know how much Teeku's life has changed because she was there to pick up threads in Chandu's life. Waiting for the web to unfold!

Lovely writing Nisha. 👏

Also when alka got talking about her work and duty ... it was so relatable. After the holiday mood, Shaadi mood, one gets bk to facing the grind of daily life, and the work life balance . This is the stream of flow weaved that lends such natural credibility to proceeding in Nisha's stories...

Absolutely loving this 👏

Hey Kalps
His room is not monochrome because he wants to shut his eyes and sleep. Its a very tastefully curated collection of things that express his personality.

Its sexy and minimalist much like him

He loves his room.
To her it seems dull, sure..

Also the whole family knows why she married him. Instead of Kekta Kapoor like gimmicks and putting him on the couch, or having them be on the bed and ravish each other some night in uncontrollable arousal

I thought we will give her time to understand and appreciate her surroundings first

They will fall in love
NOT by sleeping in the same bed

"Harit ka room badal chhodengi "the women giggled secretively
Hmm ... blue, grey, black, nickel, straight lines, maps, black board, etc
How is lilac going to fit in ?
