Rajveer-Naina - His Ignorance is Her Punishment - SS - Page 3

His words keeps ringing in her ears as she stares at him with wide eyes. A smile starts to creep on her lips as for the very first time, she has seen Rajveer showing his right on her, by demanding something. But, suddenly, Naina's smile vanishes as she realises something else. What the hell? Instead of confessing his feelings, he is basically ordering her to break this engagement. This is not done Captain Shekhawat. Again, anger takes place inside her.

All this time, Rajveer has been waiting for Naina to respond, keeping their precious eye-contact Naina also gives him a tough competition.

"kyun?"

questions Naina with a stern voice, looking intensely in his eyes.

Rajveer's expressions changes at this. Why is she asking this question? Can't she just fulfill his wish without questioning? Rajveer clenches his fist at her bold question.

"kyun mathlab?"

he questions her again

Naina's anger increases by every passing second. With her right hand's index finger, Naina puts it between Rajveer and her chest, pointing towards his chest, in order to maintain a little distance.

"aap kyun chahte hain ke mein Huda se sagai toor doon?"

questions Naina, sternly, without moving her finger.

Rajveer stares her for couple of seconds. Why is she doing this? Does she not understand why he has put such a demand? or is she really pretending.? Changing his vision from her face towards her finger, he stares at it with anger. How dare she distance herself from him? With his hand, he jerks her finger away. Taking a step towards her, he minimizes the distance between him and her. By putting both of his hands on either sides of the wall, he hovers her again as he looks intensely in her eyes. Cadet Naina Singh Ahluwalia, you are forgetting that he is a master of strategy and communication.

"kyunke tum Cadet Huda se pyaar nahi karti"

utters Rajveer with full confidence

This succeeds in making Naina's heart to skip a beat. Rajveer's confident and stern voice makes her to lower her eyes out of nervousness. How the hell did he know? Is her plan going to backfire on her? NO! She cannot let this happen.

In order to gather some courage, Naina closes her eyse. After few seconds, she opens her eyes back, still her eyes being lowered. She does not know how to face him at this moment. She is not able to lie while looking in his eyes. Moving her head to her right side, she ignores his gaze as anger urges through her.

"yeh galatfehmi hai aapki. Mein Huda se karti hun py..."

says Naina but gets cut of by Rajveer

Not wanting to let her complete her lie, he pulls her even closer with a jerk by her waist, leading Naina's heartbeat to pick up pace and leading her to look directly in his eyes. Instead of anger, Naina sees determination in his eyes.

"jhoot bol rahi ho tum"

he says, rather yells

Rajveer isn't able to hear his Naina telling him that she loves someone else, that too a lie. He wouldn't have interfered between her and Huda if she actually loved him, but clearly, she does not. He will not let anyone take his Naina's happiness away from her. Even she doesn't have the right to do that.

"mein jhoot nahi bol rahi hoon"

Naina snaps back

He stares at her continuously for couple of second.. Suddenly, a smile starts to creep on Rajveer's lips. Why lying Naina when you know he'll make you utter the truth?

"toh ye baat meri aankhon mein dekh ke kaho ke tum Cadet Huda se pyaar karti ho and I promise you that ke us ke baad mein tumse koi sawal nahi poochunga"

says Rajveer, smirking

As soon as Rajveer utters these words, it succeeds in making Naina's cheeks to go bright red, out of shyness and leading her to lower her gaze. Shoot! he knows her weakness. He knows that she cannot lie while staring him in the eyes. In nervousness, she bites her lower lip. How did the tables turn? Wanting to leave the argument, she decides to not answer his question. And in order to do that, she decides to leave from there.

"bohut raat ho chuki hai sir, I think ab mujhe jana chahiye"

says Naina with her eyes being lowered.

Wanting to escape, she decides to leaves from the right ride, just then, Rajveer blocks her way, same repeats with the other side.

"aaj tum mere sawaloon ke jawab diye bagair kahin nahi jaogi Naina. Hamesha tum bhaaghti ho lekin aaj nahi Naina. I have had enough experience with your running away"

he says softly, smirking

Just then, a memory starts to play in both of their heads. How for the first time Naina sneaked in his room in order to get some proofs. And when she was caught red handed by him, behind the curtains, she tried her level best to escape. Yes, he is right! Definitely she is bold, but in front of him, her boldness goes down the drain. She goes speechless in front of her Rajveer sir, her mentor, her inspiration and her LOVE!

Smirking, Rajveer notices her very carefully, how she is avoiding to make eye contact with him while a small smile is prominent on her face. Clearly something is going in her head. Taking a step back, he gives her some space, in order for her to calm herself down. Smirking, he crosses both of his arms over his chest.

"So Cadet Naina ah Singh, kya aap mujhe ab bataiyengi ke aap Cadet Huda se sagai kyun kar rahi hain?"

questions Rajveer

His bold question makes Naina's heart to skip a beat. How can she let the tables turn? in nervousness, Naina changes her vision from one thing to another, yet she avoids making eye contact with him.

"sir...wo..."

stammers Naina still shifting her vision.

Rajveer's smirk gets wider at this. Oh how badly he missed his shy and nervous Naina. She is acting exactly the same way she acted when he caught her red handed behind the curtains, in his room.

"haan mein sun raha hoon"

says Rajveer, trying to bring back the old memories

It success as Naina gets more nervous. Her cheeks starts heating up under his intense and constant gaze.

"sir..."

she tries to speak but again gets cut off by Rajveer

"mujhe sunai nahi dia zara zoor se boliye Cadet Singh"

he says, smirking

At this moment, Naina realises Rajveer's motive - so he is doing all this on purpose. This is not done Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. You are forgetting who you are dealing with. Sure you are her mentor, teacher and her love, but don't forget that she is also YOUR protege, YOUR cadet and most importantly, YOUR future wife. There is no way she will let the tables turn.

Irritated, Naina crosses her arms over her chest and looks directly in his deep and mesmerizing eyes.

"pehle aap mujhe ye bataiye ke aapko kyun farak padta hai agar mein Huda se engegement kar loon?"

Naina snaps back

This sudden, direct and bold question from Naina makes Rajveer's heartbeat to pick up pace. His smirk vanishes and his cheeks starts turning bright red under her intense gaze. This makes his gaze to turn dark and his expressions changes back to serious.

Still keeping the eye contact, he takes a step towards her, leading her to get nervous and she takes a step back. She turns nervous but there is no way she will show her nervousness to him this time, so instead of lowering her eyes, she gives him a tough competition; by staring directly in his eyes.

"sawal pehle maine poocha hai"

he says sternly

By every passing second, Rajveer's gaze turns dark. Naina's heart skips a beat as she notices and realises what exactly he wants, by looking in his eyes, yet, she is not ready to give up so easily.

"lekin jawab pehle mujhe chahiye"

she snaps back

Damm! She is turning bold leading Rajveer's heartbeat to pick up pace. Taking another step towards her, he stares at her. At this point, Naina's back hits the wall as she takes her steps back.

"Do not test my patience Naina. I am very impatient when it comes to my PERSONAL matters"

warns Rajveer

His warning skips Naina's heartbeat, especially the word "personal". Rajveer can clearly hear the rhythm of her increasing heartbeat. But not today, she will not give up so easily. Today, she wants to know the truth. Right now, at this moment, she needs him to confess his feelings, does not matter what she has to do for that, or how far she might have to go in order to make him confess his love.

"I need an answer Captain Shekhawat"

demands Naina, coldly

This is it for Rajveer. He has had enough. Yes, he might be the most patient person, but that is professionally, he is not at all patient when it comes to his personal life. With his right hand, he grabs her left elbow and pulls her closer. At this point, their faces are just few inches apart!

"Now, my words won't speak, my actions will! Get ready for the answer Cadet Singh!"

says Rajveer
