Chapter 8 - Last
Pulling her closer to him, he does something which shocks her. Before Naina could utter a word, Rajveer shuts her up by placing a soft kiss on her right cheek. Naina freezes in her spot. She was definitely not expecting this from Rajveer.
On the other hand, Rajveer is not ready to leave her skin. Not for a single moment, Rajveer's lips does not come into a contact with Naina's soft skin, leading her skin to burn under his touch. Out of shyness and nervousness, Naina shuts her eyes. She does not dare to protest nor say anything. In fact, with both of her hands, she grips Rajveer's collar, in order to get some support. Yes, she is feeling weak by every passing second, by his amazing touch.
When done, Rajveer slowly moves his lips away from her skin, leading Naina to open her eyes immediately. Her heartbeat picks up pace, along with Rajveer's. Suddenly, Rajveer feels the urge to never leave her and take another step further in their relationship, but he controls his emotions, knowing it's Naina's first time and they both need to take it slow and give their relationship some time.
As soon as he moves back, he gets a shock when instead of letting him go, Naina pulls him to her. This succeeds in making Rajveer's heart to skip a beat. He was not expecting Naina to react in such a bold manner, but she surprised him.
Not wanting to let him go away from her, Naina pulls him towards her. She is not able to control herself anymore. She has controlled herself enough, but not anymore. There is no way Naina will ever let her Rajveer sir go away from her. Pulling him even closer, Naina clutches his collar even more tight.
"please don't go away from me"
whispers Naina, almost out of breath
This, yet, comes as a surprise for Rajveer. What is she saying? Does she really want to take another step further? Not knowing if she is really ready, he holds her by her shoulders and looks at her. Her eyes cascaded downwards and she is breathing heavily. With his right hand's index finger, Rajveer puts it under Naina's chin, leading her to look up.
They lock eyes immediately, looking in each other's eyes, intensely and passionately. Rajveer Is not sure about Naina, is she ready? He needs to make sure. There is no way he will do something with her that is against her wish, so, he decides to make sure.
"but Naina..."
speaks Rajveer
Not wanting to let him complete his sentence, Naina cuts him off between his sentence.
"please!!"
pleads Naina
At this point, Rajveer is sure that Naina is sure about her decision. A smile starts to play on Rajveer's lips on witnessing Naina's this side. He knew his touch affects her, but he did not know it affects her to this extent. Right now, at the moment, he realises Naina's feelings for him. He realises that even she is in love with him. This thought gives him goosebumps in his entire body and his heart dances with joy.
Smiling, he puts both of his hands on either sides of her bare waist and pulls her to him, leading their chest to collide with each other. Now their bodies are just inches apart. Leaning in, Rajveer again starts placing soft kisses on her face. This time, Naina reacts to his kisses. She puts her arms around his neck, as a sign of pulling him even closer.
At this point, it becomes hard for both of them to resist. Making a tight grip on her waist, he starts making his way down to her neck. This is the first time Naina is feeling in such a way. She feels different today by his sweet torture. This pleasurable feeling is new to her.
Naina tilts her head back in order to give him full access to her neck. Taking this opportunity, Rajveer showers her with lots of kisses. Suddenly, he notices her position. There she is, his Naina, falling weak in his arms by every passing second. with his kisses. He realises that he needs to stop this right now. Even though she is ready, but it's not the right time and right place for all this. He wants to shower all his love on her, but not like this. He wants to make that day special.
Leaving her skin, he pulls her into his embrace. This comes as a surprise for Naina. She did not want this to stop, so, a sudden disappointment is evident on Naina's face. But then, she understands Rajveer's point and a smile starts to creep on her lips. Even she will be waiting for that day. Smiling and blushing, she hugs him back with the same intensity.
They stay like this for couple of minutes when Rajveer decides to finally break the ice.
"I hope ab tumhe apnay har sawal ka jawab mil gaya hoga Naina"
says Rajveer, softly.
Naina blushes as she recalls what happened few minutes ago and a satisfactory smile creeps on Naina's face.
"yes sir, aaj mujhe apne saray jawab mil gayye hain"
replies Naina
Smiling, Naina breaks the hug and looks towards Rajveer lovingly. With her right hand, she grabs Rajveer's left hand and leads him to nearby chairs. Reaching there, she makes him to sit and she also takes a seat right next to him. Rajveer feels as if there is something else that is bothering Naina. He looks towards her with concern as he cups her face.
"kya baat hai Naina? Tumhe kon si baat pareshaan kar rahi hai?"
questions Rajveer getting worried.
Naina looks towards Rajveer with lots of love. But, he is right. There is still something that is bothering her and that is the truth. She wants to know why Rajveer was punishing her by ignoring her earlier. And above all that, she wants to know why he lied to her about her bhaiyya's death.
"sir aap kyun mujhse or apni feelings se door bhaghte rahe?"
question Naina looking intensely in his eyes.
This sudden and a bold question from Naina comes as a surprise for Rajveer. Lowing his eyes, he moves his hands back. Standing up, he takes a step ahead, his back is towards Naina.
"kyunke mein tumhe kisi bhi takleef mein nahi dekhna chahta tha Naina. Mein ye nahi seh sakta ke meri wajah se sab log tumhari reputation pe sawal uthaye. "
replies Rajveer
As soon as Naina hears these words from Rajveer, her eyes starts tearing up on witnessing Rajveer's love for her. He was punishing himself more just for her, just for her reputation. Getting up, Naina walks towards Rajveer. Putting her right hand on Rajveer's left shoulder, she makes him to turn around. As soon as he turns around, his heart breaks into million pieces on seeing tears in her eyes.
"toh kya issi liye aapne wo sab Naveen bhaiyya ke baray mein mujhse kaha?"
questions Naina with tears
Rajveer moves his head from left to right, as a sign of wanting her to stop crying. Taking a step towards her, he wipes away her tears with his thumb.
"haan Naina ye sach hai ke maine wo sab tumse kaha tumhe apne aapse door karne ke liye, lekin wo sach tha. Naveen ko maine hi mara..."
confesses Rajveer
But before Rajveer could continue further, he gets cut off by Naina. With her right hand's index finger, Naina points it towards him, her eyes blazing with anger.
"don't you dare to say that Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat. Aapne bhaiyya ko mara nahi, aapne toh bhaiyya ko azad kiya"
replies Naina
By the time Naina finishes, her eyes wells up with tears. Rajveer, yet, gets another shock by Naina's words. Does that mean Naina found the original recorder?
"is..is ka mathlab tumhe wo asli recorder?"
questions Rajveer, but he is not able to put his feelings into words.
Smiling, Naina wipes her tears away as she takes a step towards him.
"ji haan sir. Maine aapke room mein chaan been ki toh mujhe ek or recorder mila jo bilkul same tha jaisa aapne mujhe us din dikhaya. Mujhe tab realise hua ke aapne us recorder mein fake voices recorder ki jis se yeh lage ke aapne Naveen bhaiyya ko unh ki marzi ke khilaf mara. Maine jab real recorder play kia to mujhe pura sach pata chala ke aapne toh bhaiyya ko azadi di thi ek bhayanak maut se"
replies Naina

By the time Naina finishes, there are tears in Rajveer's eyes and his eyes are cascaded downwards. The tears are of happiness. Today, he feels extremely happy by seeing her trust on him. She was not ready to believe that he killed Naveen. His heart swells with so much love for his Naina ah Singh!
Unable to see him in tears, Naina takes a step towards him. With her palms, she cups both of his cheeks and wipes his tears away and looks intensely in his eyes.
"kya ab bhi aap mujhse apne dil ki baat nahi kaheinge?"
questions Naina softly
This is it for Rajveer. He knows this is the right time. He has expressed his love through his actions, but right now, he needs to say it. He needs to tell her how much he loves her. Not wanting to hold back anymore, he pulls her into his embrace.
"I LOVE YOU NAINA. I love you more than my life"
confesses Rajveer
This is it! This was the moment Naina was waiting for. And finally, it's here. A shiver goes through Naina's spine as she hears his confession. She makes her grip tight around his back and her heartbeat picks up pace. Even she needs to express her love. If she doesn't do it today, she might never be able to do it ever.
"I LOVE YOU TOO RAJVEER SIR! I love you more than anyone else in this world"
confesses Naina
Rajveer's heartbeat picks up pace after hearing Naina's confession. He makes a tight grip around her waist. Today, he feels like he got everything in his life, and now, he does not want anything! Just then, a thought crosses Rajveer's mind. If she loves him, then why did she say yes to Huda for the engagement?
As soon as this thought comes in his mind, he immediately breaks the hug. Holding Naina by her shoulders, Rajveer looks at Naina with shocked expressions and wide eyes.
"toh wo sab kya tha tum or Huda...is ka mathlab wo sab tumne mujhse confess karwane ke liye kiya?"
he blurts out, shocked
Naina bites her lower lip in nervousness as she knew this question was coming. But then, a thought crosses her mind and her lips curls up into a beautiful smile. Smirking, she looks intensely in his eyes.
"mein bhi aapki cadet hoon sir, akhir kuch toh asar padega na mujhpe bhi aapka. Akhir I am Captain Rajveer's Singh Shekhawat's cadet and his protge, the master in communication and strategy!"
smirks Naina
A naughty smile starts to creeps on Rajveer's lips by the time Naina finishes. Without giving her a warning, he pulls her closer by her waist.
"ab tum meri cadet ya protge nahi, or bhi bohut kuch ho. Kyun Cadet Naina ah Singh?"
smirks Rajveer
Shyly, Naina lowers her eyes.
"sir...wo..."
she starts to speak but gets cut off by Rajveer
"sir nahi Rajveer!"
he corrects her, smiling
Not being able to take his teasing anymore, she throws herself into his embrace. Smiling and blushing, they stay like this. Today, they got everything that they ever desired, and now, they do not want anything else! Today, two souls became one!
