Rakhee some happiness has to be there before the final track starts. This track will culminate towards intermediate happiness with some hiccups in between.

I liked the conversation of the couples. Each are right from their perspective yet wrong.. this also shows that Tilak and Renu are so attuned to Maheshwari, care for the family members yet are distant from the other 2 couples.

@Ria every couple has their perspective, yet everyone doesnt know everyone else. You see the partial and truth and assume it is the entire truth.

Chapter 229- Information Leak, The slap

" Maya are you sure you want to do that " asked Agent 7. They were all having a secret meeting in an under ground room to discuss the further course of action post the defeat of Aravind Setia.

" Yes Agent 7. I want this information leak to happen. See so far from the raids post the death of Rawat and his cronies we have managed to find a trail of money laundering. But still it stops short in front of brothels and its owners. That wont help us. If we take brother owners, they will own the crime and that's it. Mahima Das rape case is not moving fast. We are stuck that way.

So far we have been doing covert attacks, I feel time has come for some overt attack. We have to send these people in a spin. We have to get clues, solid clues"

" But Maya we have one key information right. It is only matter of some seven -eight months now when Kailash Malhotra and Gautham Sanyal takes charge" told Agent 10.

" I am going to put somethings in a bag. The bag belongs to Nimisha Purohit. Ensure it reaches Shekhar Srivastav. " told Maya and she handed out the other assignments to her team members and the meeting was dispersed.

Once back to her room Maya closed her eyes. Memories of her days as Nimisha Purohit clouded her thoughts and a single tear rolled down her cheek. Why couldn't her team member get the information every girl taken for trafficking is first enjoyed by Setia. Sudhir was in his cabin when Pooja walked in. Everyone was slowly grooving into normal activity post Diwali holidays.

" Pooja what happened. You just walked in unannounced " asked Sudhir.

" I had to Sudhir. As I don't want to see another scandal for your family " told Pooja.

" Scandal for our family. Why. What happened" asked Sudhir.

" What is the intention of Sreedhar with respect to Suman Sudhir. I understand your family is progressive. But will your parents allow their bachelor son to marry his widow bhabi" asked Pooja.

" Pooja what are you talking, I didn't understand" told Sudhir his forehead perspiring.

Pooja told him what she saw on the election victory party between Sreedhar and Suman.

" Sudhir that girl has survived a big catastrophe. Though I feel Sreedhar have no intentions of cheating her, but if he is like your elder Bhaiyya who left his first wife for family's prestige ask him to stop now itself. You already have many enemies. If anything goes wrong first and foremost that girl's character will be ripped apart than that of your brother. Telling she trapped him in her love. Or else society will force the marriage of Sreedhar and Suman which may not go well with your mother. She might not be able to accept Suman as Sreedhar's wife and then again Suman will suffer.

If things can proceed in formal way, I would suggest do it at the earliest and ask your brother to be cautious till things are not formally announced by elders of the family" told Pooja.

" Pooja thanks for telling. Infact I know Sreedhar loves Suman and she also reciprocates his feelings. Myself and Vindhya are waiting for the right moment to speak to Maa and Papa. I believe they will support though it will take time" told Sudhir and then they had some chit chat on general things.

One Pooja was gone, Sudhir walked into Sreedhar's cabin. He was angry, very angry at his brother for being careless.

Sreedhar was sitting in front of the computer thinking about his weekend trip to Delhi and the cute little Gudiya he had seen. Supriya aunty had told they will keep the naming ceremony of the child sometime in Dec when Suman can also visit as she has to come for the trade fair.

" Sreedhar " shouted Sudhir slamming the door shut and Sreedhar jumped from his seat to face his angry brother.

Before he could ask something, Sudhir gave him a tight slap on both the cheeks.

" How many times I need to tell you to be careful. You want to put her through more trouble. In college you roamed about with her. You very well know about the scars that exists in her body and mind because of roaming about in the name of love.

Sreedhar you have the whole time in the world to roam with her, talk with her, hold her close to you once you both are formally married. No one is going to stop to you. What was the need to talk to her behind the bush during the dinner where guests were there"

" Bhaiyya what happened. I just wanted to tell .." he couldn't complete his sentence as he sank in the chair.

Sudhir sat beside him gently holding his shoulder and told about Pooja.

" Sreedhar what if it was Mahantji or any of his cronies. Couldn't the information you want to tell her waited for some time" asked Sudhir.

" Bhaiyya I was so happy. Everything was very positive. I just wanted to spend few minutes with her" told Sreedhar.

" Everything is going good. But please understand everything is not over. Even a tiny spark can destroy things. Watch your step " warned Sudhir and Sreedhar nodded.

That day at the dining table Suman saw Sreedhar lost in thoughts and not at all looking at her. She felt sad.

Wow Pooja has seen Sree and Suman .. All her questions and concerns are unfortunately very correct and none can counter that as entire family is just living on assumptions about Sree and Suman in their own way. With Mahantji and other vultures roaming they should be extremely cautious.. Sudhir's outburst is valid na.. poor suman will be in more trouble .. Seeing Sree not looking at her Suman is upset 😭.. hope she gets his letter soon about what he is thinking else Suman's insecurities will further trouble her.

nice update... Maya was already affected... but she escaped from setia na...poor sree sudhir slapped him... but more than the slap, I can see his concern towards him...sree should be more cautious...
