Abhi: Arjun sun....[but Arjun chup chap ghar se bahar chala jata hai...Abhi bangs his fist on wall out of frustration] damn!

Tv: Abhi hum miss Naina bishwas ke ghar pe haI kaha kuch hi der me wo khud yaha aake media se bat karenge...[right then Naina was seen coming to the room with Aatish and real] aur abhi miss Naina bishwas humare beech a chuki hai...so miss Naina bishwas kya ye sach hai ki pickle ek sal se Ap mister Arjun Garawal ke sath uske ghar pe thi?[Naina nods]kya ye bhi sachs hai ki Apko kidnap kiya tha jiske bad apki yaddasht chala gai thi[Naina nods]to dekha apne is shehar ke itne reputed insan ki asliyat...wo insan jo ek kamyab business man hai jo usse bhi kamyab wakil hai us insan ke liye ek larki ki zindagi sirf ek zid hai aise wo kisi bhi halat me puri karna chahta hai

[the reporter continues wid her report interviewing Aatish rea and mr bishwas....while Abhi switches off the tv ]

Alya: mamma papa aplog yaha....

[Alya tells him the whole story right from Naina leaving the house to Arjun getting courts summon ] itna sabkuch ho gaya aur tumne ek bar hume inform karna bhi jaruri nahi samjha?

Aradhita: Arjun kaha hai?

Abhi: pata nahi

Aradhita: pata nahi matlab ?tumlog dost ho uske sath rehte ho uske...tumhe nai pata hoga to kise pata hoga?

Abhi: wo bina bole ghar se nikal gaya

Aradhita: aur tumse use jane diya....tumhe pata hai na wo abhi kitna pareshan hoga...aise kaise jane diya...pata nahi kaha hoga...

Just then Arjun enters IN.....

Arjun: mai thik hu masi

he touches their feet...dr praksh gives him a hopeless nod to which he smiles cutely...

Aradhita: kaha chala gaya tha tu..

Arjun: kuch jarur kam tha...Abhi [giving him n envelope] this is for you

Abhi : [Abhi envelope khola hai hai thn Arjun ko dekhta hai....]ye kya mazak hai Tera dimag to kharab nai ho gaya hai?

[Arjun stands there with no expression on his face while others stares at both of them in turns]

saying this he goes to his room leaving everybody shocked by his behaviour...after him Arjun too goes to his room...

Alya: wo sahi tha papa...Arjun apni zid me khud ko barbad karne pe tula hai...aj subah usne case pe defence lene se bhi inkar kar diya

Aradhita: mai usse bat karti hu

she goes to his room where he was sitting on the couch his eyes were closed..she sits next to him and keeps her hand on his head...he looks at her

Aradhita: wo sahi hai Arjun

Arjun: janta hu

Aradhita: fikar karte hai teri

persecution lawyer presents his submission in court while court gives him permission to present his case

lawyer: my lord this is an open and shut case...Mr. Arjun Garawal who is a leading industrialist and owner of biggest Indian based law firm in UK had not only kidnapped one of his employee Miss Naina Bishwas but have kept her as his captive for past one year and had tried to pressurize her and influence her in every possible way'so I plea justice for my client from this honorable court....

Aise hi court ki proceedings chalti rehti hai...kabhi Naina ka case strong lagta hai to kabhi Arjun ka...ek ek karke sare witnesses aake apna bayan deke jate hai...Arjun ke favour me jyada witness nahi hote..lekin Naina ke jyada tar witnesses Abhi ke cross questioning me weak parte ja rahe the....in sabse anjan Arjun pata nahi kaha khoya hua tha...aise to wo har bat sun samajh raha tha lekin farak use shayad hi kisi bat ka par raha tha...usko dekh ke aisa lag raha tha ki wo bas ye sab khatam hone ka intezar kar raha hai..aur Usko kuch farak nahi parta ki age kya hoga..aise ho ek hafta beet jata hai is ek hafte me..almost sare saboot sare gawah court me laye ja chuke the ab kuch bacha tha to wo tha Naina ka statement Arjun pehle hi apne statement ke liye man kar chuka tha...so ab bas Naina bachi thi..aj case ka akhri din tha...

court ne 15 min ka break liya tha...the next witness to be presented was Naina...

Naina: lekin main ye kaise...ye sab jhuth hai...

Aatish: didi agar case jitna hai to tumhe ye karna hi hoga..

Naina: nai Aatish mai ye nahi kar sakti...mujhe ye sab nahi bola jayega...

Mr.bishwas: tumhe ye karna parega....is ghar ki ijjat ko bachane ke liye tumhe ye sab bolna parega...

udhar Abhi is trying to convince Arjun...

Abhi: Arjun dekh abhi bhi der nahi hui hai...tu man kyou nahi jata...

Alya: tumko dikhai nahi deta ki ye log kitna gir chuke hai? Tum phir bhi kyou inhe bachana chahte ho? Kyou apni zindagi inke liye barbad karna chahte ho...Arjun plzzz apni ye zid chor do...apne liye na sahi humare liye[Arjun kuch react nahi karta hai] mom dad aplog samjhayiye na isko...

Tabhi court resumption ki announcement hoti hai...Alya give a defeated look while every body goes in....Naina ye sab dur se dekh rahi hoti hai....court proceedings starts again Naina is call in the witness box....

Lawyer: miss Naina bishwas...your relation with the convict?

Naina: I was his employee

lawyer: any thing else than that?

Naina: hum dono bahut ache dost the....

Arjun chauk ke Naina ki taraf dekha hai...he never expected Naina to say this in the court...baki ke log bhi Naina ke is statement se hairani me the...

Naina: sach kehne ke liye sochne ki Jarurat nahi hoti...

Judge: defence may proceed...

Judge: permission granted...the prosecution has decided to withdraw its case....prosecution agrees that it had filed this case under family pressure so keeping in mind the position of the appellant the court grants permission to withdraw the case and direct him not to repeat the same act in future as it may cause harassment to some innocent person as well as contempt of court....the case is dismissed....
