I feel like all I do is apologise for the delay .. Sorry again :P
So here goes...
FLASHBACK: (Back in college)
''Oh Come on! You have to be kidding! Tum log seriously Sheena ko Main lead rakhna chahte ho?'' Jeevika, the head of the dance committee was losing her mind. Sheena? Why her?
" Jeevika, you have never liked Sheena and we get that. but tere dislike ka koi reason hi nahi hai. She is an amazing dancer and she'll be good for the show. There is no reason why we shouldn't take her" Karishma, Jeevika's best friend tried to reason with her.
"There is a reason. The reason is that I have to choreograph the dance and there is no way on earth I am working with her."
Just as Karishma and Jeevika were having this discussion Sheena walked in, "So I see you two are in the middle of the Great Indian Debate. Sheena or No Sheena. Jeevika I think we both know that I am the bloody best. It'll take me no time to learn the dance and you honestly don't have enough time to teach someone who is new. Honey you don't really have an option."
Jeevika was not even listening to the words. God alone knew what it was but the moment Jeevika used to lay eyes on Sheena she used to lose her mind. Sheena brought out the worst in her. This side of Jeevika even she herself wasn't familiar with. and it didn't help that Sheena was ridiculously hot.
"Ek option hai. Jeevika you can get your butt on stage and do the dance."
"Karishma I think we both know that I am not going to dance with a guy on stage. Beeji ko accha nahi lagega. And I know tu bolegi Beeji ko Pata nahi chalega but still."
Sheena saw her opening, "Well then I guess I am dancing on stage while Jeevika has to teach me."
"Fine Sheena! You wanna play it this way? We'll play it this way... Be there in the Auditorium at 6AM sharp tomorrow. This is an important show and I am not ruining it because of you."
"Hahaha! Jeevika I think we both know that I am the one whom this whole show relies on. So we are gonna do this on my terms, When I say and Where I say. And I say not tomorrow."
"Sheena don't push me. I'll kick you off the show and change the entire script if I have to."
"-h Relax! I am just going to London for a week. I leave tonight and Ill be back by next sunday."
"London? Sheena you can meet your Boyfriend later. Abhi this show is important. And Jeevika is anyway taking a huge risk on you."
"Sorry Karishma. But he only gets two weeks off for Christmas. He is a law student and uske pass generally time nahi hota. I have to go girls. Besides you guys don't know what it is like to miss really hot sex. ;)"
"DISGUSTING! Enough with the gory details. Get out of here. The last thing I care about is you and your boyfriend Sheena. Just leave. We'll practise from next Sunday."
Present Day:
A day that Jeevika had thought was of no significance in the bigger picture just flashed in front of her eyes and she saw Sheena standing there with her arms wrapped around her husband. Viren just stood there mortified. One minute he is receiving a call from someone who he thought he had already seen the last of, and the next moment the same past is telling him she misses him and hugging him like nothing has changed.
Swamini walked over to where Viren and Sheena were standing with long swift strides and pulled Sheena away from Viren, whose eyes suddenly caught sight of Jeevika and widened even further than before.
"Sheena?", Swamini exclaimed. "Tum yahaan kya karr rahi ho?"
"Swamini bua.."
"Hum tumhaari nahi Viren ki Bua hain. Tumne humein bua bulaane ka haq uss din kho diya tha jis din tumne Viren se humein chorr ke London mein settle ho jaane ko kaha. Yahaan kyun aayi ho tum?"
"Mujhse galti ho gayi. Family ki value hi nahi samjhi. Mujhe Viren se shaadi karne se inkaar nahi karna chaahiye tha. Mujhse galti ho gayi Viren. Viren!"
By now the whole Chaudhary and Vadhera family was standing around and watching what was happening. Maanvi was holding Jeevika's hand and Jeevika was trying to find some answers in Viren's eyes. Everything was flashing in front of her, what sheena said in college, what buaji just said, Viren vanishing the minute Sheena walked into the wedding hall,Buaji recognizing Sheena, their conversation and it felt like a big jigzaw puzzle just fell back into place... "VIRENJI AND SHEENA" was all Jeevika could think .. these three words over and over again...
Guys I am writing the next update right now and it shall be posted as soon as everyone has read this one.. so please let me know that you people have... I don't want to keep everyone waiting like I always do. If you guys don't want to leave a comment you can just PM me saying you have read it. That's okay too..
