First of all, Thank you Arshi67 for directing me here.

Cineraria - what a tale you weave. This is your first I have read.

The way you apportioned your narrative in two times - spinning and weaving between the confines of past and present and turned us on our heads at the end with Married, Me?

I am caught, completely and unequivocally within the web of your language... yielding, pliable to your pen (am old fashioned)...

Just wanted to say - Thank God for writers like you who take me, lesser mortals, to a plane that renders nothing but satiation for a hunger that I didn't even know I had in the first place.

Oftentimes I write something and post it, days later I come back to it, read it and bang my head at the nearest wall/ door/ desk available wondering, why did I ever write this, what was I thinking?

And then one fine day, I find a comment that reminds me my reasons. Thank you. Thank you so much Mira behen, despite the previous two lines of blabber, let me tell you, I am speechless. Just the thought that someone whom I admire a lot, whose comments I have always loved reading on a few stories that I followed and somebody whom I know as one the finest writers on the forum, reading my little fiction and even leaving such kind words... hehehe it makes me want to dance at this ungodly hour.

I'll break into a mini jig and then thank Ruchi di for suggesting this story. Abhaar!

PS: I love, love, love old fashioned. 😃

Phew!!! You had me worried... and worried some more and worried even more... But you closed the story really nicely and thank god for happy endings!!!. I really wanted to bop one on Arnav BTW when I realized the wedding moment was two years in the past...
And Devyani... LOL! She should have been named Sheetal. Talk about being a psycho!

Nicely written! Had to pull out my dictionary a couple of times... my vocab has definitely increased by a couple of words at least. LOL!
