"Open the damn door or I'm going to call the police!" she screamed on the doorstep. She banged the door furiously, determined to get it opened.

"Keep trying, you might burn some calories" came a voice.

She banged on the door, and then when she had no options, she knew she had to do it, she had to breakfree the door and let him know that women were no less than men. Scenarios popped up into her head, with him respecting her. well, it was just the pleasure of building castles in the air.

"Open it or I'll break it" she said.

"You got to be kidding me!" he replied.

"I'm going to call the police," she said then continued "or your mother"

Rey knew that it was going to be the end of the things if she called up his mother, he knew his mother fairly well, she would bring him back to Manchester and find him a good job, or worse, she would simply employ in her own company, and his dreams of colliding passion and profession would go straight to drains. Why did she do that? Weren't twenty years enough for her to boss around?

He opened the door at the exact instance. He studied her petite frame and before his mind could build up scenarios, watching her in this short attires he could not help but notice the slight rise and fall of her chest, and the little sprinkle of freckle on her face. He suddenly spoke up "You're a bitch"

"And you're an asshole" she retorted.

She got her bags together and went straight to the bed. She lied on her bed for some good time, and when she did get up, it was simply because she had heard a knock on her door.

"Give me a break" she said, as soon as she opened the door to him "I don't have the energy to handle three world wars a day"

"I want you to sit peacefully and discuss something" he said in a rather calm tone.

"Care to explain why?" she rolled her eyes.

"Both of us are determined not to leave this apartment anytime soon" he said "then, let us agree some terms so that we can atleast tolerate each other"

Kriya Ghai had a victorious smile on her face, yes, she loved the taste of victory, little did she know what was running into the mind of Reyaansh Singhania?
