Chapter 6

So there is history and its passed on. I can see why Arnav wasn't told about it worried that he might repeat what his mother did. But in the way Arnav spoke, it looks like his mother's case was extreme compared to his. I do not condone the family to get him married as he, like any other person out there deserves equal opportunity but the family have hidden too many things from Khushi. Khushi's perspective on everything that's been going on has been influenced by the half information provided to her - as Arnav points that out. Its just got messy because everyone wants to protect everyone else and in the process hurting the very person they were out to protect. Khushi and grandma have unwittingly hurt Arnav. He is right - it wasn't a news that once could hide but may be they were scared Khushi's life was in danger. What's the guarantee its not endangered when she wasn't pregnant? He hurt himself - which I am unable to decipher was a result of psychosis or a conscious action. On the day of party he does say that "everything will be okay" so unless he is shifting with dis-associative personality disorder or just is making this all up, it very much sounds like a segue into something more dangerous.

Chapter 7:

I kinda feel sorry for Arnav. Akash is dubious at best, instigating a dislike for their grandmother and cleverly formulating responses that are pity inducing. Arnav, being in the business that he is, has been strangely gullible to persuasion. I agree Akash is his cousin (brother) but giving him loads of money is pushing it a bit too far, innit?

Chapter 8:

I am a little confused. In earlier chapter Khushi says that she gives medication to Arnav to ensure his symptoms don't appear. But in this chapter Arnav accepts that he has been hearing voices. Isn't medication helping him or its something that he and his doctor have accepted as a daily part of his life. I am not sure how healthy that is? Unless Payal is playing him :-)

Again. GO Arnav! Am cheering for him a lot in this story. Seems like the husband-wife duo are trying to trick him!

Very well written chapter - shows exactly how Arnav has underplayed himself since the beginning of the story and now he getting a grip of reality (well, as much as his condition allows him) and is playing the game exceptionally well!

Chapter 9:

Well played Mr. Raizada :=)

But I don't get it why Arnav tried to kill himself?

I think I missed something :-(

Chapter 10:

Everything winds up nicely, I see. But then again Arnav analyzed, calculated and ensured it would execute well.

There are two parts of the story, the point of views, deals exclusively with the storyline that doesn't involve the other. When Khushi is telling the story, Arnav exists in the periphery and when Arnav tells the story, Khushi guest stars. In the both the cases, the story consistently puts its claws on the actual happening - case of missing Raizada. I loved this style when the story gets revealed by two primary characters in their own way and both manage to give readers different perspective of the characters and their interactions.

I quite enjoyed reading the story in this style :)

Read it in a go. Amazingly written. Suspense is a genre which I think is very difficult to write. You did a great job in writing this.
Who would have thought to include a schizophrenic Arnav who still was capable of fighting his fears, his disease and emerge victorious. Wonderful!!!

Amazing story.
Twist after twist!

The ending was superb! lol

haha he turned out quite ruthless unlike akash who with all his abilities was a flop.

Payal character was a surprising change and different.

Read it in one go and can't believe it ended lol

A very gripping and seriously twisted tale. You know there was serial long back 'Koshish ek aasha'. After reading a while I was thinking just may be schizophrenia is forced upon Arnav by Akash or Devyani. But they you have ended the story is just mind blowing way. Its sheer winning of will power. Its like if you have desire and support and belief of loved ones you can overcome any hurdle in life even your own disability. Even though with 5 handful of characters you have narrated the story wonderfully. Thanks for giving us such a story.
