If yo read carefully, sh esid, she will hid etill not required to tell..she needs to hide for first three months only...as if shlok comes to know, he may react otherwise making her abort child emotionally or by anyway...after three months, he can;t do anything because after that it becomes more risky for mother and do yo think, he can afford any small risk for astha? moreover for first three months, its not visible even, no one can know if not told..
