First thing Lavanya who was supposed to be Arnav's fianc cheated with his own brother NK on his own bed and he caught them red handed... by the looks of it NK knew what he was doing but what about La why did she do it? this is the incident which changed his whole out look on life, this ultimate betrayal had changed his take on relations , emotions and love.. seems like this whole incident in return turn him into this ruthless, heartless, manipulative and calculating person. But why Khushi? Is it because he believes that NK lives Khushi and want to take their friendship forward and turn into a more committed relation and Arnav wants to take ultimate revenge and give NK the taste of his own medicine as he has created or calculated and timed the scene with Khushi and now NK is standing at the same place as Arnav was in the similar situation.. in all this do I take it Khushi is just being used but it seem like he might not have any feelings for her at this point in time but he genuinely want her physically.

Khushi's mum and dad has practically sold her to him for six months in a contract for money... these things happen I know but still poor Khushi was so hurt to find this out that she could't take it and fainted but that did't stop him from putting his plans in action and this time around he is consciously seducing her or trying to get the right reaction from Khushi but even in that he has got ulterior motive... Khushi is in the situation where she is stuck at least for six months if her parents have already taken the money from him.. she can only start to fight back when all this money and contract business is out of the way unless NK offers to help which I doubt very much.

So many questions answered but some answers gave rise to more questions. This is an absolutely awesome story so very different to anything I have read before and the way you are writing it is treat.. love your wonderful style of writing and the way you are taking it forward.

After some thought I just realised and have come back to edit my comment... it was said in in the update 'same tainted blood' so does that meanKhushi is some how related to Lavanya? Or did he mean the the middle class ? He also seems to have contempt for Gupta's why? Is it because of the class and the easy way he got them to surrender Khushi for financial gain?
I also felt that he still have that person alive somewhere in side him who was so excited to show the engagement ring to his sister and naani the person who got betrayed in worst possible way by his own loved ones and looking at this vulnerable and innocent Khushi that person keep threatening to come out who feel for Khushi's plight and he question's himself that what would be like if he still had the same beliefs today.
What happened to Lavanya? Where is she now? Did he ever took revenge from her as he is doing with NK?

what was NK thinking taking his brothers girl in his brothers room... and lavanya is she not know whom she is messing with... well that totally justify the awaken of ruthless ASR, and when ASR strikes he strike where it hurts most, so he got NK where he wanted him exactly.
i felt really sorry for Arnav... he was so happy while talking to his di and nani and the next moment his entire world came crashing down.
only thing is why khushi??
are NK and khushi together or does he mistook them to be together.
and her parents they sold her??

I take as that massage NK had received from khushi's phone .. Arnav had used khushi's phone to send it to NK .. do he can come and watch them .. But she is innocent .. don't he realize ?? or will he not ?? How can he hold someone responsible who's not relate to what happen to him at all ... I know you have said that this is a dark story and you have it already planed out but ohhh plz plz tell me that he will realize what type of girl she is and will fall in love with her ... I totally love stout story
