THREAD 4: And He Returned TEASER!

LOL! ok so i'm finally updating, that too after getting some dhishum dhishum from @Cherrybloom1 and @rafaheli ahm last night😳😳😳...

Sorry for the delay and sorry, i couldn't reply to the comments for the previous chapter as i had to rush and update esp "TODAY" ( i was threatened actually so) so i thought updating would be the best rather then commenting first... i'll try to comment ASAP 😉😉😉

Alright now time to dedicate this chapter.

PART 40

Arnav came downstairs in 10 minutes. Arnav gave a smile at his beautiful wife wearing skinny jeans and a red top.

Khushi: so where are we going?

Arnav: Ice skating!!!!

At that very moment, shruti jumped out of nowhere.

Shruti: HEY GUYS! What's up?

Arnav frustrated as he saw her face: nothinggg

Khushi: nothing much shrutiji. Just going out with Arnav.

Shruti: OH WOW! Where?

Khushi: Ice skating.

Arnav annoyed: Let's go khushi. we're getting late.

Shruti: oh that's great. I was going there too. I think I'll just come with you guys.

Arnav: WHAT THE?!

Khushi nudged Arnav to behave.

Khushi smiled: alright shrutiji.

They reached the Gold Skate in 30 minutes. Shruti joining them is enough for Arnav to be annoyed.

What the hell is khushi upto? And from where in the world does this girl jumps out of and joins us?- Arnav thought.

Arnav and shruti both were really good at ice skating from their college days. Whenevr Arnav used to go for skating, to Arnav's surprise, shruti would always be there and Arnav would have to skate with her. not that he HAD to skate with her, but Shruti used to fall purposely so that Arnav would help her' touch her. once she had asked him to teach her skating and he refused as he's not a kind of person who likes to mingle with friends much. And teaching shruti would include way too much talking which he doesn't like. So he asked the trainer to give her some special attention and help her out. But as he was leaving for home, Shruti purposely tripped and fell and pretended to be hurt. After that incident, Arnav taught her skating.

As the Arnav and Shruti were wearing skate shoes And khushi just looked at the shoes confused. Shruti smirked.

Shruti: what happened khushi? You DO know skating right?

Khushi looked at shruti and then Arnav nervously. She doesn't even know the meaning of skating, how would she know how to skate?!

Arnav looked at the nervous khushi and put his arm around her waist.

Arnav: Of course she does.

Shruti frowned.

Khushi looked at arnav with shock. What's he thinking?

Khushi whispered: Arnavji, what're you saying?!

Arnav pulled her close to him by her waist went close to her ear.

Khushi: you'll see sweetheart.

He winked and asked her to wear the skate shoes. Khushi stared at the blades which were attached to the shoes for some time. She wore them and immediately held his arm as she couldn't balance herself wearing the shoes. Shruti purposely laughed in her breath so that Khushi feels more unconfident.

Shruti: Let's go!

With that shruti bent her knees and went on her "ready position". She pushed her legs apart as she started skating. Khushi stared at her.

Shruti: Arnav do you remember how we used to skate in our college days? It was SO MUCH fun.

She was looking straight to concentrate and didn't get a reply.

Shruti: And remember how you used to teach me every weekend?

No reply.

Shruti: We should come here more often! It will be so- ARNAV?

She looked at her side to find no one beside her. she stopped and looked to back to see Khushi holding Arnav;s hand and skating.

Shruti fumed and went back to them.

Khushi: Arnavji, I'll fall. Please.

Arnav: I won't let you.

Khushi: but but'. It's SO slippery!

Arnav: Are you falling now?

Khushi: no but '

Arnav: then you won't, As long as I am with you.

Arnav: now bend your knees slowly.

Arnav showed her as he said it, and khushi followed him.

Arnav: now push your legs apart.

They were at the edge so that they don't split. Khushi was having difficulty to do that so Arnav went behind her and held her by waist and asked her to do it. She did it perfectly and Shruti just gave the most annoying and death glares at Khushi.

Shruti: the more I want to come close to Arnav, the more ways this girl finds to keep him away from him!

Arnav: now move one step forward with me.

With that, he held her hand and started skating. At first, khushi was too nervous but as the moved forward a few step with her clutching Arnav's hands tighter than ever, she grew confidence.

And within minutes, Her nervous face got a small smile of joy as they finished the first round.

Arnav was amused at her expression as she was all red and worried due to lack of confidence and now she's literally showing her 32 teeth at people.

Arnav: do people give teeth-smiles when they're nervous?

Khushi looked at him not changing her expression.

Khushi: shut up Arnavji!

Arnav laughed in his breath as he increased the speed making khushi gasp.

Khushi: ARNAVJI! I'll FALL! Slow down please!

Arnav: I thought you trust me khushi?

He made a small face.

Khushi: Arnavji, I'm not melting at that! slow down!

Arnav: don't worry sweetheart! Just go with the flow like before. and I'm here to hold you always.

Khushi: but-

Arnav: Sweetheart!

Khushi: FINE!

And they gave another round with khushi literally clinging to Arnav all the time and he gave an amusing expression at how his little wife just does everything that he approves of and when he is around, how she trust him so much at every single thing..

Khushi: Arnavji, I'm too thirsty.

Arnav: alrght, let's get some rest for a while.

They went back to find shruti sitting at the bench breathing heavily with the most annoying look in her face.

Khushi: hey shrutiji!

Shruti just looked at her, this time not changing her expression.

Khushi: oh you didn't skate?

Shruti: no I did. Just taking rest. But I thought you know how to skate khushi? I saw you literally clinging to Arnav. it's a piece of cake girl! Learn to do these kind of easy suffs by yourselves.

She said in such a way as if Khushi has committed a crime and tried to hide it, however, got caught by shruti.

Arnav in a dangerous voice: WELL SHUTI, I'M SHOCKED HOW YOU HAVE SUCH A SHORT TERM MEMORY. FIRST OF ALL, YOU LEANRED SKATING FROM ME AND I SAW YOU HOW "GOOD" AND "EASY" THESE STUFFS WERE TO YOU! YOU LITERALLY FELL ON YOUR BUTT AND GOT WAIST ACHE, OH DON'T FORGET ABOUT YOUR FRACTURED ANKLE. SECONDLY, KHUSHI IS WAYBETTER THAN YOU ARE AS A LEARNER. SHE HAS FELL ZERO TIMES WHILE SKATING, AND HOW MANY TIME YOU FELL AGAIN? WELL 9 TIMES IS MINIMUM. THIRDLY, EVERYBODY HAS THEIR FIRST TIME. EVEN I DID. SO IT'S ABSOLUTELY OKAY, AT LEAST TO A NORMAL HUMAN BEING. LASTLY AND I HOPE YOU GET THIS RIGHT SHRUTI, YOU BETTER NOT INTERFERE IN WHAT KHUSHI DOES, BE IT HER BREAKFAST, HER SKATING OR HER LIFE! AND IN THIS CASE, I;M DEFINITELY NOT REQUESTING YOU!

Shruti and khushi both had their saucer like eyes opened and their mounth hanging to the ground. Shruti who was too shocked to think anything was way too embarrassed at how Arnav revealed every single thing about her learning skating in 30 seconds. And the way he talked to her, actually shouted at her was enough for her to forget whatever she planned for today. she gulped nto changing her expression.

On the other hand, khushi with the same expression recalled "YOU LITERALLY FELL ON YOUR BUTT" and her lips betrayed and game a small smile which turned into a naughty laugh within seconds. Arnav looked at her amused with his arms crossed.

Khushi: I'm So sorry Shruti ji. I have no intention to '. *laugh* '.to'. *laugh* to' laugh like this '.. but the way Arnav'. *laugh* ' Arnav *laugh* said "you fell on your "BUTT", I couldn't control myself.

If people weren't around them, khushi would have rolled on the floor laughing by now.

Shruti fumed and felt as if she will would strangle her right away.

Arnav gave a smirk at her.

Khushi: I'm so sorry shrutiji.

Arnav: I'll get water for you.

"You want to laugh at me right? I'll see how you do so" ' shruti thought.

Shruti: um.. it's ok. Let's skate now.

Khushi: SKATE. No I just came to take rest.

Shruti: oh come on khushi. we won't go far. And anyways, arnav has gone to get water.

Khushi: but I don't know skating. I need arnavji to hold me.

Shruti: well it could be me as well. I'll help you out. Don't worry.

Khushi: but-

Shruti: Cme on khushi.

She dragged khushi into the skating area and held her hand.

Shruti: ready?

Khushi nervously: y'yah

Shruti held her hand for few seconds and all of a sudden took it off. Khushi gasped as she lost her balance. She was about to fall when Two strong Arms held her.

Khushi had her eyes shut and shruti stomped on her feet as her plan failed.

She opened her eyes to find her clutching his collar and arnav's worried look.

Arnav: are you okay sweetheart?

Khushi: saved me!

She sighed.

Arnav: I'll always.

Shruti: I'm SO SORRY khushi. I-

Arnav: YOU-

Khushi held his hand.

Khushi: why did you take your hands off?

Shruti: I actually thought you would atleast manage this part. I just wanted you to get used to skate without assistance.

Khushi: but I told you I can't skate. And it's my first day anyways.

Shruti: Sorry khushi.

Arnav: Shruti wanna skate?

Shruti looked at him with a surprised expression.

Shruti: SURE ARNAV!

Arnav: let's go then.

Arnav turned to khushi

Arnav: khushi, take rest for a while. I'll be back soon hm?

Khushi nodded.

they took their position and started skating.

Shruti: o my god arnav, I missed my skating with you so much! I feel like I'm living the old days again.

He looked at another out-of-balanced-skater coming towards shruti who was looking at Arnav. Arnav purposely delayed in warning shruti.

Arnav: Shruti watch out.

Shruti looked at infront of her and screamed.

Shruti: ARNAV HOLD ME, I CAN"T BALANCE! ARNAVVV

Arnav just looked at her without doing anything.

Khushi was looking at them and saw shruti bumping with another skater and fall.

Khushi went to them.

Khushi: shrutiji are you okay?

Shruti: ARNAV! why DIDN:T YOU hold me?

She glared at arnav making khushi look at him

Arnav: oh you fell on your butt again shruti?

He made a small face faking a worried look.

Khushi somehow controlled her laugh but didn't go unnotice by shruti and arnav.

Shruti: ARNAV!

Khushi controlling her laughter: arnav stop it!

Arnav: well I though you would manage this \peice of cake' by yourself

He shrugged and winked at Khushi.

ok ok! shhh.. jokes aside... it was long eh?😳😳😳

OYE! I KNOW IT WAS LONG! 😳 so don't you DARE call it a short update! 😳

ok i can't say anything else. i have already talked a lot today... need to drink water and sleep... so bye!
