A self-conscious and nervous Kria walked awkwardly in the party hall , crouching behind her Dad .. trying to hide herself from the nasty and hungry male eyes who were shamelessly gazing at her as if waiting for a chance to just devour her and destroy her ..
She fearfully looked around the elite crowd .. she had never seen such a huge party venue .. the number of people .. the loud music .. the skimpily clad females clinging to the men who were actually wolves clad in tuxedos .. even though she was just 19 ,this conclusion about men was due to her own juvenile experience with the men in her life .. or to be specific the only man in her life .. her Dad ..
She tried to hold his hand so that he doesn't leave her alone .. but he shrugged her hand angrily .. "Kria .. behave .. stop being so fidgety .. "
"Sorry .. Dad " she mumbled .. she had long before learnt not to complain .. because she had no one to complain to or speak to .. but still how could she be comfortable wearing such a low cut , backless cocktail dress which barely reached her mid- thighs and to top that , she had to walk wearing 4 inches high stilettos .. even though her young and innocent face with minimal makeup made her look beautiful and decent ,but the dress was more than enough to make her look like a cheap sl** ..
"Just remember .. you need to stick to that one guy I will point out to .. " he gripped her wrist forcefully as if he thought she would run away ..
"Please Dad , why do I have to , I am already doing their advertisement .. " she pleaded .. cringing at the pain she was experiencing on her wrist which was turning red due to the firm grip ..
"Just shut up .. you have to .. else you know what awaits you at home .. " he warned her .. and left her wrist suddenly .. and put his arm around her shoulders lovingly shocking her wits out .. "Hello Mr. Singhannia .. this is my daughter , Kria .. I was talking about .. " as he shook hands with the man who was standing in front of them ..
Mr. Singhannia simply nodded looking at Kria .. and then gave a tight smile to her Dad .. "Hmm .. she is beautiful .. just like her photos .. "
Kria could do nothing but just force a smile ..
"Thank you .. she just needs your support and backing .. "
"Ok .. send her in tomorrow .. the team will start working on her .. " he moved away leaving a highly satisfied Dad and an afraid Kria behind ..
Before Kria could breathe normally , she found her wrist being gripped again by her Dad .. "Look there , that guy to whom , Mr. Singhannia is talking right now , just be with him all night .. ok .. "
Kria couldn't see the guy's face .. his back was to her .. as she didn't respond , her Dad twisted her hand a bit so she looked at him ..
He glared at her .. "He can do anything with you .. I am repeating anything .. don't deny him .. do you get that you filthy b**** ?"
She simply nodded trying hard not to shed the tears which had already formed in her eyes due to the pain on her hand ..

"Dad .. If you have done introducing me in your business circle , I want to leave " an irate Rey was talking to his Dad ..
"Rey .. the party has just begun .. "
"Please Dad .. I just hate these parties .. and I am leaving for London day after tomorrow , so I need sometime for myself and with my friends .. "
"Rey .. come on ,your brothers are also here .. look .. they seem to be enjoying it here .. moreover I can see that you are already being eyed by the beautiful models here " he pointed at the girls who were ready to fling themselves over Rey for his one glance ..
He gave a disgusted look that side "Dad .. I know Raj and Rahul are working with you .. so they have their own friend circle .. I feel so out of the place .. and instead of hanging with those hangar clad mal-nourished s***s " he paused .. he always wondered why these models starved themselves to look so thin .. they looked so awful .. their clothes really looked as if hanging on them .. " I would prefer hanging with my friends .. " he tried to move away from his Dad who shook his head and smiled and said "Fine .. as you wish .." and went ahead to converse with some of his other business folks ..

Little did Rey know that it won't be so easy to leave the party out right .. as he moved away from his Dad .. he was immediately surrounded by a group of skimpily dressed girls .. who were just all over him .. and he didn't know what to do .. he tried to shove them .. tried to sarcastically taunt them .. but they just wouldn't let him budge from his place ..
As he tried to save himself being publicly manhandled .. or to be specific woman-handled .. he suddenly found a girl barging inside the group by just pushing the other girls away and holding his collar ..
"Rey .. how dare you leave me alone .. ?" she yelled at him .. she was so close to him that he could feel her hot breath on his face ..
Rey was so stupefied that he simply just looked at her expressionless ..
She pulled him further and bit his earlobe harshly .. "Aww ouch " he cringed coming out of the trance .. "Come with me you flirt .. I will show you, what happens, when you leave your girlfriend stranded in a party .. " she just didn't give him any time to react ..
She simply swung around still holding his collar .. and glared at the girls around "Excuse us .. " with her left hand gestured almost like shunning them away and walked ,dragging Rey along with her ..

"Now you can sneak out of the party .. " Kria halted and turned to face Rey ,she brought him to a corner with no one around ..
"Huh " he couldn't understand ..
"I mean .. I saw that you didn't like their company .. so I just did this to rescue you from them .. " she twitched her nose "Sorry for what I did there .." trying to apologize again ..
"How did you know that ?" he asked finding her expression cute and at the same time funny ..
"Well you had such a pitiful expression on your face , I felt I really had to help you out of the situation "
He couldn't help but laugh "Thanks .. Thanks a lot .."
"You are welcome " and she tried to walk away ..
"Hey .. "
She turned ..
"I don't know your name .. "
"Do you really need to know ?" she asked ..
"It would feel weird to dance with a girl whose name I don't know ?"
Now it was her turn to be shocked "What ?"
He chuckled seeing her wide eyes … "If you see there .. those girls are still not convinced with your act .. so the minute you leave me .. they will come and cling to me .. so why not just dance with me for a while .. since the lights are dim near the dance floor .. we can sneak out easily .. "
Kria looked at the girls who were just waiting to get another opportunity to pounce on Rey ..
She hesitantly forwarded her hand "Kria Ghai " and gave a short smile ..
He pulled her close by her waist before even she could bat an eyelid and her extended hand clutched his jacket reciprocating to his action ..
"You are my girlfriend .. so behave like one .. " he winked ..

A slow number was being played ,so Kria placed her hands around Rey's neck and he held her firmly by her waist as they swayed to the music ..
"I am Rey .. Rey Singhannia " he said softly ..
She smiled ..
She had obviously known that ..
When her Dad had given her the ultimatum , she had moved near to where Rey and his Dad were having a conversation .. she had heard everything that was said between them .. then she looked at how Rey was trying his best to get past the models ..
She didn't know why .. but she just did what she felt right at the moment .. she had not even thought that he would thank her .. or even ask her for a dance ..
But .. now being in his arms .. being so close to him .. she found that instead of being uncomfortable or uneasy .. she was feeling so content .. and if she could remember .. she had never felt this way with any other guy before ..
Now that she got the chance , she looked closely at him .. he seemed to be an year or two older than her .. he seemed so handsome in his black jacket and faded blue jeans .. he carried off the casual cum the party look so well .. his smile was genuine .. but the best part which Kria found was his eyes .. and the look .. he didn't look at her with a gaze which other men gave her .. she didn't feel disgusted looking into his eyes .. in fact she felt special .. he looked at her like a guy should look at a girl .. not a guy looking at a piece of meat ..
Even his hands .. she felt he could have easily taken the advantage of the situation .. they were dancing .. a close couple dance .. he could easily roam and touch her almost bare back .. for that matter anywhere in the dim lights .. but no .. his hands were on the wrap , which she had wrapped around her in such a way ,so that she could cover her exposed valley and her back ..

Rey stopped dancing and looked at her .. "Would you like to go for a coffee with me ?" he asked surprising her as well as himself ..
When she didn't answer ,he immediately made up an excuse for his offer "Actually it would be easy to get out of this party with you .. I will drop you home .." hoping she would buy that .. he couldn't help feel a bit nervous .. and he raked his hand thru his silky hair ..
She nodded..
A strange feeling which was creeping in her heart made her smile ..a feeling of being safe .. a feeling of contentment .. it was so new to her .. every teenage girl definitely must have gone thru this feeling where in when a guy asks her out , her heart flutters at the apprehensive look with which he awaits her response and it skips a beat when she responds positively and he gives her a heavenly smile ..
But .. this was all new to her .. she had never felt like this before .. and she wanted to feel it so badly .. she wanted to be at an end where she was asked .. not just being told ..
What the hell am I doing .. he wondered ..

He took her to a roof top 24 hour caf belonging to a 5 star hotel .. they were given a corner table and were served the coffee ..
There was an awkward silence between them .. Rey looked at Kria .. she was just holding her mug and looking at the beautiful illuminated city sight below ..
From the time he had laid his eyes on her .. he knew he was behaving weirdly .. he was doing things which he had never done ..
He had never allowed a girl to hold his collar .. he had never been dragged like how she did .. then to top it all , he asked her for a dance and now for coffee ..
What's wrong with me .. his mind questioned him ..
He found her pretty no doubt .. she was cute .. almost his age maybe a year younger , he thought .. but still she was a stranger to him .. and he had just asked her out without thinking anything .. now also he was staring at her .. Crap ..
She looked like any other model in the party .. she even wore the similar revealing attire ..but there was a difference , there was some dignity in her .. the way she talked to him .. the way she looked at him .. she had a figure and face which she could easily flaunt to get attention , but she seemed not bothered about that .. she seemed to be confident about her own self .. confident in her own shoes ..
Maybe this was what was attracting him to her .. but yes .. he wanted to do much more than just stare at her .. and that thought was confusing him to hell .. how can he think of such things about some random girl .. he is not like this ..
He had his share of girlfriends .. he would cozy up only with girls he knew .. he somehow felt lost among strangers ..
But she was different ..
Then he did something he would never have imagined himself ever doing it ..
He seized her mug from her hand , shocking her out of her wits .. and then took a sip .. and handed it back to her .. "Hmm .. its sweet "
She looked bewildered at her mug and then at him .. totally confused with his action ..
"I thought you were not drinking your coffee because it was not sweet " he said sheepishly ..
She burst out laughing loudly ..
He smiled looking at how freely she was laughing ..
"Sorry .. actually I was so taken in by the view that I forgot about the coffee .. " she said after a while ..
"And forgot about me too " he said .. Oh God .. I am flirting with her ..
"So Kria .. are you a model ?"
"Ya .. till now I have just done , photo shoots for magazines and papers .. "
"Hmm , so now ?"
"Actually my Dad brought me to this party to introduce me to a few folks , as I would be getting some ad assignments " she lied as she had already bagged the advertisement in his Dad's company ..
"Great .. All the best .. "
"Thanks" she paused and then asked him " What do you do ?"
"Well I have completed my college here .. I would be leaving for London day after tomorrow for my further studies .. I want to major in Investment Banking .. I am going to open my own company "
"And juggle with people's money"
"Aah .. nah .. not juggle .. manage .. that's the word " he was surprised how she immediately retorted ..
"Ya .. but its same as playing with other's money .. in layman's terms .."
"Ok .. but they would profit with that ..right ?"
"Yes .. but sometimes there is loss too .. "
"Ya .. but that is the risk people are willing to take .. "
"Hmm .. but sometimes it affects others' lives also , and people just don't bother .. " she was thoughtful ..
"What .." he seemed confused as to where the conversation was going ..
"No .. nothing .. " she smiled immediately and to change the topic .. "It must be great to go to college and study and meet and make new friends right ?"
"Yes .. college was fun here .. and I am sure even in London its gonna be great .. "
Again she seemed to be lost in some thoughts ..
"What happened Kria .. you seem to be lost somewhere .. is it memories of your college ?" he asked .. looking at her carefully ..
"Actually I never went to college .. I completed school with a lot of difficulty .. we had lot of financial problems .. so college was out of question .. "she said sadly ..
"You know what .. going to college is not important .. the urge to learn should be there inside you .. you can learn from anything , anyone , anywhere and anytime "
She looked at him and smiled .. yes she had always had this hunger to learn things .. and when she heard him .. she knew he was so right .. instead of regretting not going to college .. or not getting an opportunity .. she had already attuned her mind to learn from whatever she saw or whomever she met ..
And yes life had been her constant teacher .. she had learnt so much from life at such an young age ..
"I will remember this all my life " she said ..
Again he was intrigued by her .. there was something about this girl .. some kind of a quality .. something which was reserved in her heart and it was very difficult for anyone to know about that .. he didn't know why but he had this strange feeling to know what was hidden in her heart ..
"So , what do you want from life ?" she asked and he was brought back from his train of thoughts ..
"Hmm .. well lots .. I would like to earn lots of money .. " he laughed .. " definitely have a career in finance .. as I love it .. enjoy my life a lot .. have lots of girlfriends " and he winked at her and she smiled .. " have a quiet little holiday home in Italy " she raised an eyebrow as to wondering how many more things he wants from life .. he simply shrugged his shoulders .. " marry the woman I fall in love with .. have lots of kids .. and yes .. " she almost blurt out .. "Is there still more ?"
He laughed .. "Yes .. I would love to keep my mom happy .. " he twitched his nose "I guess that's it for now " he started laughing seeing her shocked expression ..
"So what do you want from life " he asked her .. he was really enjoying his coffee and this conversation with this girl ..
Kria got up from her chair .. she went to the railing and stood , her back to him ..
He moved behind her too .. and stood next to her and looked at her ..
She suddenly stretched her arms wide .. inhaled the beautiful fragrance in the light breeze which was blowing .. looked up to the sky and closed her eyes .. "I just want one thing in my life .. true love "
Rey was looking at her unblinkingly .. he could feel pain , longing , hurt and loss in her voice .. he didn't know why , but he wanted to be the one to protect her .. he wanted to know why was her heart aching .. he just wanted to rub off all her pain and bring that eternal bliss to her ..
He just couldn't take his eyes off her serene face which was looking beautiful under the moonlight and the twinkling stars ..
She slowly opened her eyes , brought her arms around herself to hug and looked ahead .. "Just true love" it was almost a sigh .. and then she smiled .. again lost in her own thoughts ..
He saw stars twinkling in her eyes and for the first time from the time he had seen her , he saw her smile reaching her eyes ..
His heart missed a beat ..
He bridged the gap between them and cupped her cheeks .. he looked deeply in her eyes … he had expected her to be shocked or startled but no .. she was looking at him with the same calm look ..
His gaze fell on her lips and he found her closing her eyes ..
He took her lips with the utmost care in his .. he kissed her so tenderly as if she was a baby in his hand .. his thumb caressing her soft cheeks as he evoked response from her .. She in turn sighed and gave sweet moans in his mouth and opened up for him to explore her , while her hands lightly played with his hair and earlobe ..
It was for the first time that Rey had ever kissed a girl with so much care and compassion ..
After it seemed like ages ,he finally broke the kiss and still held her cheeks in his palms and waited for her to open her eyes ..
He looked at her flushed face .. his nose touching hers .. his forehead touching hers .."Do you have to be anywhere tonight ?" he whispered ..
Kria shook her head slightly in negative ..
"Would you stay with me ?" he asked hesitantly ..
She nodded and lowered and lashes and smiled ..

Rey booked the penthouse suite in that hotel and almost entered the room with Kria in his arms and her lips in his mouth ..
Drowning into each other's embrace and kisses , Rey reached for her straps .. he gently slid them off her shoulders and caressed her bare skin with his fingers softly .. His other hand moving gently over her curves .. he couldn't help but think that even though she was a model , she was not bony and she had the correct amount of flesh at the right places for him to caress ..
She unbuttoned his shirt and felt his broad chest and the toned muscles .. She could feel him grunt in between their kisses as her fingers grazed his coarse skin ..
She broke the kiss and her lips reached for his neck .. and her hands opened his trouser buckle ..
His haggard breathing literally stopped and he groaned as she stroked and held him in her petite hands and then she went on her knees ..
He understood what she was about to do ..
He came on his knees and held her shoulders .. "Kria .. I really don't want my girl to kneel before me .. "
My girl .. that sounded too good to be true for Kria ..
For a moment he thought ,he saw tears welling up in her eyes .. he was confused .. but it was just a fleeting moment and he saw a shy smile spread on her lips , as she didn't let him think further on that thought ..
She made him stand along with her and then gently pushed him on the bed and then slipped out of her dress and lay beside him ..
As he came on top of her to shield her , she felt his touch .. yes she had been touched in the literal sense many a times .. but this was different .. she realized that there were parts of her body which were not only meant to be touched .. but to be caressed , to be kissed , to be loved .. and Rey just did that to her .. he touched not only her body but her heart and her soul which she thought didn't exist ..
Tears pouring out of her eyes , a constant smile on her lips , contentment in her heart , ferocious passion arising from every cell of her body , she merged into Rey and as she cried out his name , for the first time she reached her level of pure ecstasy .. everything about what happened to her today felt so real .. so right .. so genuine .. not like all the other times when she felt so fake ..
But .. she knew it was a dream .. yes a dream which would shatter once the dawn arises and Rey realizes about her .. it made her sad for a moment .. but she decided that even these few moments which Rey had given her were worth the whole miserable life which lay ahead of her .. the memory would be more than enough for her to paint her life with a few colors ..
She tried to shun all her negative thoughts and just cherish these magical moments..
As Rey came beside her , gathering her exhausted form in his arms and cooing sweet nothings into her ears .. she could only utter "Thank You " , he looked at her a bit surprised , but as she gave him her heavenly smile only to claim her lips again into a soft kiss ..

Rey lay awake for a while listening to the soothing breathing of Kria who lay cocooned in his arms .. he looked at her beautiful and peaceful sleeping form and wondered for the thousandth time what is happening to him ..
He had never done this before .. he had just made love to a girl he met a few hours back .. but it felt so perfect ..
When she thanked him .. he saw a genuine happiness in her eyes .. and that smile she bestowed on him .. he felt so proud that he was the one who brought that smile on her lips ..he wanted to get to know her more .. he wanted her to know him .. he wanted to spend time with her and he contemplated whether his decision of going to London is right or no ..

Kria woke up as she heard her cell ring , she quietly untangled herself from Rey's arms , smiling at how firmly he was holding her and then picked her clutch which was lying on the bed side table and fished out her cell ..
"Hi Dad .. " her smile vanished the minute she saw the caller id ..
"Kria .. where are you .. ?"
"I am with Rey .. he is sleeping " she looked at Rey .. slowly she brought her hand to caress his forehead ..
"Ok .. just leave a note as per what I say and then leave .. ok ?
"Ok .."
She washed herself and wore her clothes .. she saw for a blank paper which she found on the center table .. she wrote the message which her Dad had asked her to .. and then folded it and kept it on her side of the bed .. she saw a bouquet of red roses on the center table .. she picked one red rose .. kissed it and kept it on her note ..
Then she came near him , sat on the bed beside him .. looked at him for a long time .. "If possible , please forgive me " , she bend over him and kissed his forehead ..

Rey woke up with the ring of his cell .. he just stretched his hand and picked his cell with his eyes still closed ..
"Happy Birthday , Son .."
"Thanks Dad .."
It was then he realized that his hands were missing something ,rather someone .. he quickly opened his eyes to see the other side of the bed empty ..
"So .. what's the plan for today ?" his Dad asked ..
He was not listening .. he went to the washroom and checked .. he went to the patio and checked .. but he couldn't find Kria anywhere .. her clothes were no where to be seen ..
He frowned ..
"Rey .. Rey "
He heard his Dad call him ..
"Hmm … Dad .. "
"I guess you are busy .. " his Dad said in a mocking tone ..
"No .. I am not .. "
"Don't lie .. I am sure you had a great night "
"Excuse me " he was totally confused ..
"Yes .. I saw you leaving with that model .. umm .. I forget her name .. "
"Kria "
"Ya .. our new model for the cosmetic line which we have launched "
"WHAT .. "
"Ya , she is a fresh face .. even though she hasn't done any big ads before , but she fit perfectly with what we wanted .. I had told you that we have finalized one ,remember "
He simply grunted .. clenching his fist tightly ..
"Her Dad seemed to be very much interested in setting her up with some guy or the other .. didn't know that she would catch your fancy .. ok then enjoy your day .. Bye"
Rey banged his fist on the wall which he was facing ..
He could feel no pain .. even though his hand was bleeding .. His anger oozing out of his eyes in the form of hot tears .. How could you do this ?
Suddenly his eyes fell on the rose and paper hidden under the bedsheet .. he ran and picked it up ..
"A very Happy Birthday Rey .. hope you had a great time yesterday .. " signed by Kria ..
He crumpled the paper threw it away .. grinded his teeth as he could not control his disgust for that girl .. he looked at the champagne flute which was kept on the bed side table , just smashed it on the wall ahead and screamed "Bloody w**** .. I hope you just rot in hell "

When I started with the chapter I had never thought it would be this long ..
I just hope you all don't get bored .. Most of it from Kria's POV .. because this whole Story would be about her life ..
