Its often said that women are not only a mother, sister, or daughter, but also durga, kali or chandi when needed. And it can be witnessed when a woman is in trouble and another woman help her.
The same case is here with Riya. She cant be a silent spectator of a abused girl. As a police officer and a human being, more being as a woman, it was her personal problem, and so she decided to handle it personally, with full heart and soul in it.
Her first target was the principal of the college where Roshni is a student. Without informing Arjun, the chief, she called him to interrogate. She also filed an FIR against the MLA and his brother,not disclosing Roshni's name and gave her name instead.
The principal entered, and asked the receptionist about Riya. The receptionist was confused, and before replying anything…..
''excuse me…''it was Arjun.
''I am principal tyagi from imperial college. I was called here by officer Mukherjee.''
His anger was out of limits now. How dare she called the princy without asking his permission? He motioned the receptionist to take him to the interrogation room and about to find riya and blast her, he found her coming towards him.
''how dare you to call him here? Why didn't u ask for my permission?'' he said through gritted teeth.
She rolled her eyes, ''lets go to the interrogation room.'' And she moved ahead, leaving him mad behind.
''so, mr tyagi, u r a principal of a reputed college.'' Arjun asked, while Riya was standing on the far corner, resting her back at the wall behind, looking at tyagi intently.
''yes.'' He said proudly, ''our college is the no.1 college in Mumbai, and no. 5 college in India.''
''if it so reputed college, then what the fu*k are some local goons doing in front of ur college? Are they also students?'' arjun yelled at him and he flinched.
''I am not sure what are you saying…'' he tried to cut it off.
''oh, I will remind you. The brother of local MLA, who is not only goon, but a ass*ole who abuse female students of ur college….u remember now?'' he yelled.
''why didn't u complain about it? The safety of ur students are at stake…how can u be a silent watcher?''
Tyagi closed his eyes, and said, ''I have overlooked it. Local MLA is a trusty of this college.without his support, this college would not have been no. 1 college in town.''
''risking the lives of female students?'' at last riya said something. Tyagi looked down with guilt.
''disgusting.'' She stormed out of the cabin.
''you also now face the consequences of ur action.'' Arjun threatened him and left the room.
She paced up and down, still looking at tyagi through glass wall.'' I thought how he can be unknown about whats going on in his college. That's why I called him. And I am not so shocked that he has also hand in all this.how disgusting.'' She said in a angry and disgusted voice, as Arjun stood behind her.

Riya went to caferia, and ordered for some food. Soon the foursome joined her.shree, liza, chotu and saakshi.
They settled at the same table, and talked.
Sakshi- riya, where were you yesterday? U went at once, without saying…..
Riya took a large bite of sandwich and chew it, ''my friend was in hospital, so…''
Saakshi, still not convinced.'' And Arjun ?''
There was something in her voice that made her surprised.she momentarily stopped chewing, and said, ''why don't u ask him?''
Saakshi was slightly taken aback after her answers. There was little tension in the table. Before anyone could say anything.
''iss waqt ki sabse badi breaking news yeh hain ki MLA pandey jee ka bhai chunni Mumbai se farar ho chukka hain. Hum aplogon ko yaad dila dey ki kal unke khilaf ek FIR darj huya hain, ek ladki ke saath badtamizi ke ilzam mein. Ab dekhta hain ki police kab tak unko dhoond pati hain…..''
All eyes were on the giant tv screen hanging on the wall of cafeteria, instead of Riya, who was suddenly very busy to in her blackberry.
''yaar kisne iss MLA ki bhai ke khilaf FIR dala hoga?'' shree asked.
''jo bhi ho, who bahot himmatwala hain.'' Liza said, and all nodded.
''par FIR dala kisne? Even mere journalist friends ko iss bare mein koi khabar nahi.'' Saakshi said, still looking at tv.
''kuch zyada hi confidential rakha hain shayad.'' Chotu concluded.
The rest of the time passed on the post mortem, that who could be possible FIR maker…it varied from girl to woman to opposition party leader…..
In their discussion, they never realized Riya left the office premises.

''hey, how are you feeling now?'' Riya sked in a concerned voice to Roshni.
She has took Roshni to her flat, much to the displeasure of doctors, as they felt she should have been there for some days. But Riya's one glare, and they all shut up.
''I am ok. How's ur day?'' she asked, trying to sit, while riya hurriedly come forward and helped adjusted her pillow.
''boring. Today I met ur princy.'' She said in a matter of fact. Roshni was surprised. Riya further said, ''he will also be punished.''
Roshni sighed, ''I cant thank you enough for all this. We are doing so much for a stranger….''
''u need help and I am doing it.'' Riya said, cutting her words. She smiled, ''so, food?''
The girls talked more about their lives, their family, their friends. Roshni 's parents live in Hydrabad.they are unknown of all this. Roshni called them she is her friend's house, so they don't be tensed.

Somewhere in the deserted ETF conference hall.
Saakshi was busy calling each of her known person , to know about the latest breaking news, who is the FIR maker? None have any clue, and she was stuck, and moreover, her boss also calling her repeatedly.
They all think she is in ETF, so she will know more of this story, but she was as clueless as them.she sighed and closed her ears, rubbing her forehead.suddenly, there was another call.
''hello?''
''main thane police station se bol raha hoon. Aap ko MLA ke bhai ke khilaf jisne FIR kiya hain uske bare mein jaan na hian?''
Saakshi straightened her back, alerted at once.'' Haan. Tumhe pata hain kisne kiya hain ?''
''koi madam jee thi, ETF se.'' he stated.
Saaakshi was shocked at his words.'' Are you sure? Naam pata hain?''
''nahi madam, naam nahi pata.mujhe bass itna hi pata hain.'' And he hung up.
Saakshi paused for a sec, and called her boss to inform this, and requested him not to mention her name on the article. The she started to think.
Who could be from this office? And why will she do it? Some personal grudge or something happened?
And most importantly, why keeping it so much confidential?

Next day, the headline of a leading newspaper unleashed the beast inside Arjun Rawte.
He just entered the office, and he knew something was wrong. Everyone was talking about something, and he had to know.
Shree was showing something to Chotu, and liza peeping it from side. Arjun went hurriedly to his cabin, and read the article.
''ETF officer will put MLA's brother behind bars?''
He read the article at once, and was angry as hell. He was more scared if anyone come to know about Riya , the FIR maker , then what will happen?
Suddenly, his all anger was on her. He called her.
Riya was struck in traffic, and for a change, listening to news instead of rap songs.she heard about the news, and before she can react, her cell rang.
''oh, great.'' She muttered and took the call.
''did you hear that?'' his angry as hell tone.
''yeah, just now. '' she said, not so interested.
''how did it got leaked?'' he hissed.
''how on earth I will know?'' she said, little irritated. ''its not like I am the one saying to everyone.''
''shut up, riya.you are not understanding the depth of this issue.''
''screw the depth. Anyways, what they know? Female ETF officer, right? There are hundreds, so find the one they want.'' She answered back.
He sighed, and said, ''come office,now. You are already late.''
She rolled her eyes, ''I am stuck in traffic.'' And hung up.
Arjun decided to call the newspaper.he was about to dial, when his eyes fell on the paper's name.
''mumbai mirror.''
Immediately, he remembered something.
''hi, I am saakshi anand. Ex crime journalist of Mumbai mirror.''
His anger reached at top. He sprinted out of the cabin and stormed inside the conference hall, startling everyone. He hold saakshi 's arm and dragged her.
''arjun, leave me, you are hurtingme.''
Her cryings fell on the deaf ears. They were in his cabin now.
''how did you know that an ETF female officer is behind the FIR?'' he yelled at her.
She was surprised, and mumbled, ''what are you….''
''cut the crap.i know you are behind this. So tell me, how do you know?'' he barked.
''someone from thane police station called me and gave this info. Arjun what….'' Before she can ask further, he yelled again.
''why did you disclose this in ur newspaper? Just to increase ur position? Have you any idea if someone find who is behind this thing, her life will be in danger?" he hold her arm tighter, causing her pain.
''do you have any idea how powerful and dangerous man is this MLA? If he came to know…..he wont spare her.'' A feeling of scare was on his eyes, and saakshi momentarily forgot about her pain in arm and looked at his face.
''you know her.'' She said.
''yes, I know. Now you will publish this too??'' he freed her arm, and ran his fingers in his hair in anger and frustration.
''look saakshi, u r now a part of this team. So try to behave for the benefit of this team, not ur personal benefit, got that? Now leave.''
