Firstly i have to say im glad this story is going for another round of writers, because its too awesome to end so soon

back to the update now...

akaash and payal ran away to get married, no pheres and dadi who is obsessed with them will go berserk...loved all the references to what happened with a different couple in the show and it fit so well

shyaam humming his favourite tune Daiyya Ho to annoy everyone

Ooohhh challenge between arnav and khushi, they are the most epic, especially now when it is who can flirt the best

love how arnav went all bollywood and it flopped!!!

and an SC reference in there, nice to see

great chapter once again😊

Maxine.. you are hilarious.. Akash's entry with his bahuria.. and Maathe with eye makeup.. she does have scary makeup.. you have brought up some facts from the show that was just funny..like Shyam's irritating background music..

This is why you're one of my favourites Maxine. You pull off this general madness and hilarity with such aplomb and ease.

Akash's little attempt to pull an Arnav was frightfully funny (especially the little jibes at the no-pheras, the suhaag raat and the loony ashram-wali Dadi).

I sympathize with the poor kids. Mami's eyeshadow used to terrify me on a regular basis while the show was on.

I can't. Kumud-sundari and Mr. Goddess of Wisdom Moon Man and mobile Ratnagiri. 🤣 DYING. No seriously. DYING.

Arnavji's voice-- haiii. That description is spot on, I'd listen to him say ANYTHING for hours. He could recite business jargon, he could comment on my aukat, he could try lame pick-up lines-- I'd sigh over ALL of it.

Loved their phone conversation. Hum apke hain kaun? Too funny. What was Arnav doing though? Also love Anjali in his story - much better than the poojarin in the show. Look who wants to start the rituals backwards now? Guess he will be getting more actions than our hero. I want to read about flirty Asr - those bedroom eyes are so hard to resist. Let's go to Delhi!

I have not watched that new show yet but the new eye candy may pull me back to my Indian channels soon! However your reference to it was hilarious.

And Maxine strikes again! What a thoroughly entertaining update. I almost fell off my bed while laughing. This was witty and extremely hilarious.The vidhi-purvak vivah twist for Payal and Akash. Shyam's daiyya ho and Anjali's sleeping arrangements.Haha. And Mamiji's eyeshadow, the Raizada young ones being Pavlov's dogs. KumudSundari, and her Goddess of Knowledge/Moon Man. Hahaa. That little bit of twisted geography and parallels between Kumud's network woes and backless cholis. I'm so glad you guys are doing a version 2.0, and with some of my favourite writers on board. This is one of the best FF/collabs out there. Brava!

Kumud lives in Ratnagiri. It's on the Konkan coast of Maharashtra which migrated to Gujarat and floated up to the deserts of Rajasthan during the last Monsoon. It's currently stationed at Delhi near Chandi Chowk. Aur koi sawaal Sanka Devi?"

God knows she needed the help to entice Mr.Goddess of Wisdom Moon Man.
