Dear Kunchu,

I can see that you wanted Arjun to be seriously hurt, but in practice, a chap like Lakhan will not indulge in shooting matches with the police. He will think only of getting away, and for that he might look for a suitable hostage, say Choti or Sanju. I think you are getting influenced by the unnecessary and invariably excessive gunfights that are shown in the TV serial Arjun. It is generally only dacoit gangs in the Chambal or in the rural areas that indulge in such orgies of shooting. And of course terrorists, but not so much common kidnappers.
