But Khushi had been his polar opposite in this too. I love this line, don't know why, but I just do.

And the last para Rae, just stunning. Every word written seemed like poetry. And it made me cry, you know not completely, but just there. This story makes me think what will happen in the show, bad :/

I also love the part where you emphasize on Khushi making him human, and it is sort of true, there relationship has always been implausible, with a gazillion dynamics to it. Terrific chapter, the best so far :)

^Is the smiley appropriate for this story? And my exulting in the fact that I is first and after one hell of a time :p

Lovely update Rae! You are hell bent on making me cry..aren't you?

Beautifully written. This new writing style rocks :)

All the flashbacks were awesome. You chose the best ones, the best dialouges. Loved them. I just realized that khushi loves Arnav much more than Arnav loves her or you can say that khushi expresses her love openly & frequently while Arnav keeps his feelings to himself. Just felt so!

I hate this. He's thinking about her day & night but he's not getting her back..why? And why did he leave her? I want to know *whines*

Arnav's realization of the extent to which Khushi has actually changed him and helped bring out the real Arnav hidden in him...just beautifully described!!

All her promises to him,her trust in him,his promises to her...which he hasn't been able to fulfill...the pain of it all...

lovely...just lovely!!

Rae,

Arnav is Arnav, because of Khushi, he is ASR otherwise. I cannot think of him without Khushi, so how do we expect him to exist.

I like this series, it makes me cry, but like that dream, it gives me hope. Hope I can deal with, it keeps me afloat.

This is the second batch of tissues I need payment for, sending the bill to you. I hate to say this, but love this.

He learned the great lesson of human emotions from Khushi: Expression of Emotions is as vital as experiencing those emotions. The Great ASR wants to cry but he cant without rendering himself with guilt ridden thoughts. There is a quote by the Great Rumi that echoes his turmoil:

The rain-weeping and the sun burning twine together to make us grow. Keep your intelligence white-hot and your grief glistening, so your life will stay fresh. Cry easily like a little child.
