I would say, its been almost two weeks since the death of the actress...

A week to have left Mumbai and in the beginning I said, another 5 days had passed since he landed in Lunknow...

Wow! I am always blown away by your writing. This is superb. No where close to what I had expected out of the character; so much depth to it. I feel like you got into the skin here. Love to know more about her like this.

The last part was very sweet, a small solace for someone who has gone through so much. Loved it. Thanks for the update.

The song that motivated me to write the approx 2100 words update...Its significant, given that I can no longer do with long updates

Hasini 🤗...sorry for the late reply...read the update last night...was too overwhelmed to form sentences...once again u left me speechless...simply superb update 👏...it was so intense and deep...answered a lot of questions and raised a lot too...loved the way u described Dhruv's journey as a reporter under Pratik ( his search for stories ...this part was ruthless and gruesome) and as his successor...wish he listened more carefully to these words...

"Each time a story comes our way, there is something it takes and something that it gives back...It's all only rewarding until there is no imbalance in that give and take. There will be times you will be asked to give more of yourself...more than what you could afford. Do you think you will be ready then?"...

But if he had we wouldnt have this story...that part were he turns to Rashmi and Co to dispel that errie disquite in his soul was kind of sad...this part says it all...

When Rashmi moved on, off to marry a textile mill owner in the heart of Gujarat, there were others, whom he sought only if it was nothing more than a mutual convenience, a way to fix the stillness that came with the night. His chase for his stories and the women kept him floating in a thin fog of unreality, practically necessitated by the carnage and realism he worked with. Another four years passed, until the day when Pratik sir, in a casual passing mentioned his leaving Prabhat Leher owing to his wife's frailties.

Waiting to learn more of the story behind the phone call that kind of paved the present story...the last part with Nanhi was so touching...made me all chocked up...thank u so much for writing so beautifully...this is something i made in appreciation...hope u like it 😊

Awesome Hasini, this update displayed the stark shallowness of somebody who is the very reason to bring some justice in society, strange that though they play such a vital part in society , there own lives are so...empty, like nothingness in the space.

His life seems to be empty, though he his competitors would not say that, whenever we see such people growing up in there career like that we aspire to be there, only the 1 in that position knows what is like being there.

And the call must have devasted him by all means, though I am looking forward to know more about what happened with that actress in Mumbai.

I know, How true right? When you are trying to run ahead of others, you never know of what else you are leaving behind. Success does seem to come with such compromises...

Are you sure we want to delve into the actress's story? True that its propelling this whole other side of Dhruv into his perspective, but should we want to know more than that she was compelled to sacrifice for love, which Dhruv had turned a blind eye to just so that he can have a story out of her misery...
