Khushi and Payal arrived at the hospital. They were escorted in by 4 security guards...

"I feel silly...I mean, do you really think that Shyam will try anything with all the police looking for him?"

"Khushi, i know it's annoying, but it's for your safety..." Payal tried to reassure her...

As they waited they saw a mother leave with newborn twins...

Khushi nudged Payal on her shoulder..."so, when am i going to be a Bua?"

"Khushi!"

"oh come on Jiji! You've always wanted to be a mother!"

"I know...when the time is right, it will happen..." said Payal now looking exceedingly embarrassed...

Khushi Singh Raizada.

Khushi's head shot up as soon as her name was called...

"please come through Mrs. Raizada. The Doctor is ready to see you..."

Khushi nodded and stood to leave...but looked back at Payal...

Payal took Khushi's hand and said, "you said it yourself...why would he try anything? And i'm here, and so are about a hundred guards" ...She started giggling and Khushi smiled and turned to follow the nurse.

Once inside, the Doctor started checking her over and said, "Mrs. Raizada, you must have been well looked after over this last week...because you are doing remarkably well."

"Yes, my husband has been very attentive..." Khushi smiled...

"he must love you very much...so, let's make one more check up in a weeks time... And i'll see you again then...okay?"

"thankyou Doctor, i will see you then."

The doctor left the room.

Khushi started fixing her saree and her hair in the mirror...she looked down at the mangalsutra and smiled..."He really does love me..." she said aloud...

"yes i really do love you..."

Khushi's heart almost stopped. She looked up to the mirror again...and she didn't just see her face...

Shyam!

She turned and backed up against the wall..."Leave me! Don't come any closer, i have security outside that will come the second i scream!"

"Khushiji, i'm not here to hurt you...i'm sorry i hurt you before..."

"GET AWAY!"

"Okay okay...i wasn't going to touch you...i just wanted Arnav to know that i CAN get to you when i want..." he smiled and walked out ...

Payal was out in the waiting room when the Doctor came out and informed her how well Khushi was doing...but now 10 minutes had passed and Khushi hadn't come out...She asked a Guard if he had seen her yet..."No, the doctor came out. A male nurse went in. And the same male nurse came out again."

Feeling confused, Payal walked to the room and entered seeing Khushi standing with her back against the wall, clutching her Mangalsutra...

"Khushi?" Payal walked closer and seeing Khushi's expression ran to her...

"Khushi!? What happened? Are you okay?"

"he was here. .." Khushi said quietly

"What!? Officer!!!!!" she called

"yes!?"

"That male nurse! That was Shyam! Find him!!"

The guard immediately called his superior in charge and the hunt started. He apologized profusely, assuring that they would find him.

"Wait..." Khushi said..."please don't tell My husband till i return home..."

"Mrs. Raizada...we have to tell him, we are under his orders."

"I know, can you please just wait till i return home? I am safe. I am unharmed."

The Guard just nodded.

Payal lead Khushi to sit..."Khushi?"

"I'm okay Jiji...just a bit shaken..."

"Did he hurt you? Please tell me what happened..."

"nothing happened...he didn't even touch me...he wants to prove that he can get to me any time he wants...he wants me to tell Arnavji that...Jiji...please...please take me home..."

"ofcourse..." Payal took Khushi's hand...they walked to their car and drove home...

Arnav had been pacing around the house for the whole hour that Khushi was away...every time he heard a car approaching he walked to the window to check...

Hearing another car, he ran to the window...Khushi. The second he saw her, his heart settled slightly...he didn't have time to get to the door as she had already jumped out of the car and bolted inside...right into his arms...Arnav staggered back slightly holding her tight...His eyes shot to Payal who quickly said, "She's fine arnavji, the doctor said that she's healing perfectly, and that you have been taking great care of her..."

"Khushi? Sweetheart?" Arnav looked again at Payal with worry on his face...

Payal ushered the guards outside leaving Arnav and Khushi alone...

"Khushi? Please talk to me i'm getting worried..."

Khushi looked up at him...Arnav immediately held her closer...

"What happened...tell me right now!" he said firmly

"He was there. He came into the Doctors room once the Doctor went out..."

Arnav's eyes were wide open filled with fury...he pushed Khushi back slightly and ran his hands up her arms, on her neck, on her face, in her hair..."Are you okay!? Tell me! Did he hurt you?"

"No. He didn't even touch me. He just wanted me to give a message to you...he wanted you to know that he can reach me whenever he wants..."

Arnav pulled Khushi against him holding her tight.

Loosening his hold on her he picked her up and walked upstairs with her...

Putting her carefully on their bed, he paced the room...Arnav saw Khushi about to speak and he quickly said, "SHHH! QUIET! I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH YOU!"

"I don't WANT you to feel like a prisoner, i don't WANT you to feel that you aren't free...but Khushi...i will NOT lose you again. I will NOT..." he said as he climbed onto the bed and kneeled in front of her...his knees on either side of her legs, he held her shoulders firmly..."listen to what i say to you...YOU ARE NOT LEAVING THIS HOUSE UNTIL SHYAM IS DEAD OR IN JAIL."

Khushi's eyes were wide open with awe. Not fear. He wasn't angry at her. All she saw was his need to protect her...

"Do you understand me. Mrs. Khushi Singh Raizada...?"

Khushi nodded...she didn't have time to blink before Arnav Captured her mouth in a tongue-plundering, lip gliding, hot, wet, passionate, conquering kiss. The kiss ebbed and flowed, relaxed and intensified, and seemed to go on forever...but no nearly long enough...

"oh my God Khushi...I should have been there...I'm so sorry I wasn't there..."

"no, i'm sorry, i should have asked you to come with me...i'm sorry..."

"I'm Sorry"

"I'm Sorry"

They both said it in unison...

They both smiled...

"I will stay at the house. I promise."

"There are guards all around the perimeter. At the entrances and exits. The house is still private. I know it shouldn't be this way, but for now..."

"I understand Arnavji..."

"i love you too much to let anything happen to you again..."
