OMG Mohini!!! What and AWESOME OS!! The concept is very different totally loved it. The Prelude gosh I have no words for it *speechless* And Mohini how, how can you leave it like that eagerly waiting to read more. A musical tragedy this was, a sweet and brilliantly written one at that! Great read di, love your work! The issue they had, it's amazing how such trivial (in my opinion, of the very little I read it was purely a matter of miscommunication) Khushi's demand was not wrong, maybe she didn't explain it right to him, he still seems pretty oblivious as to 'why' she wanted him to lead a 9-5 work life and spend the rest of his time with Khushi. Being an extrovert, or just someone who can emote slightly better, i expected her to put her entire point in front of him. Also, it seemed from her side that she just completely stopped trying, as if 'that's it, my pleads are going to deaf ears so I just don't give a damn anymore'. Arnav wasn't wrong either, he wanted Khushi to understand his passion for his work, and i'm sure she does, but hey we're all human! We are greedy people, our needs are endless, she feels they need to spend more time together, so she put down her wants. Simple as that. Khushi conveyed it to him in the hope that he would give it a thought, but he just thought she doesn't understand him, his love for his work. And so he just completely blocks himself out, that's not something which goes down too well with me. She's a woman for god's sake, grr she's your wife - TREAT HER LIKE ONE! At least tell her what you feel, she deserves to know that much! This is what scares me about relationships and getting too close with someone. They say there's so much love, trust, honesty, communication between them but when it comes to misunderstandings, clash of opinions, tiffs etc. their 'strong relationship' goes for a walk along a never-ending beach. My rant was long, and stupid. But meh, it got me really thinking, so thank you for that!
THIS is incomplete, there's still so many questions in my mind. Who was the child Khushi picked up in her arms? her daughter? Why is she here? Does she know Arnav is here?
So I had this really beautiful song to share with you, as I was reading this OS it really reminded me of that song but now i'm thinking why not blackmail you to post up a second part and then i'll share the song with you. It's part qawali, and very beautiful overall i'm sure you'll love it. BTW I love the songs you posted, the first qawali song and 'Tum Jo Aaye' were my favourites, lol I see myself singing and dancing away to these songs atleast for the rest of the week. They're super addictive !

The way ArHi fell in love, being those two opposites that attracted, was so cute. And then afterwards, Khushi calling him at midnight and staying up late...awww!

Then their marriage, because staying apart was too torturous...and then their break-up, which was so realistic...both reasons were valid, and thats how most problems in marriage occur, na? Misscommunication, misunderstanding, too much expectation, overprotectiveness, lack of understanding in between one another..etc

it's true.. music reaches one's soul! melodies and rhythm touch chords in our body that words can't. music has its way of soothing us and this is a scientific fact.

And he's sweet...doesn't want to create problems in her life, so he's staying apart...but he can't help but miss her...
