Part 4
Riddhima is in her room getting ready for the wedding.Shashank walks in and smiles seeing his youngest daughter but his smile fades as she is going to be married soon too.Riddhima looks up in the mirror and sees her dad.She smiles at him and turns around.
"Papa, aap ko kuch chaiye?" Riddhima asked.Shashank walks up to her and puts his hands on her shoulders.Riddhima looks up at him with innocent eyes.Her eyes always speak innocence.No one can expect her to lie.
"Riddhima bete, tum iss rishte se khush ho?" He asked.Riddhima looks down then back up at her dad with a small, shy smile.
"Ji Papa," Riddhima replies.Seeing her smile, Shashank is now assured that she is definitely fine with her and Armaan's relationship.
Armaan walks out of the hotel room and sees his grandfather coming out at the same time from his room.Jai looks at Armaan and Armaan just looks away.Armaan starts to walk ahead and Jai goes after him.
"Armaan," Jai calls out to Armaan but Armaan ignored him."Armaan beta, ruk jao." Armaan kept on walking but stopped when he heard Jai cry in pain.Armaan turns around and sees Jai holding on to his arm.Armaan runs back to Jai.
"Dadajan," Armaan said but Jai was in pain and wasn't able to do or say anything."Dad!" Billy heard Armaan yelling for him so he ran out and saw Armaan trying to handle Jai. "Dad, hume Dadajan ko hospital leke jaana hoga." Billy nods and they rush out with the help of workers.
Everyone that had come for the wedding from the bride's side were in the hospital.Soon, came the groom's family side too.Riddhima looks around and sees Armaan standing against the wall with his arms crossed his chest with one of his feet over the other and his head bowed.Riddhima had the urge to go comfort him but didn't.
"Uncle ko kya hua?" Shashank asked Billy.Billy looks at Shashank.
"Heart attack," Billy said.Everyone was shocked and stayed quiet.Billy turns to the groom and the bride."I'm sorry.Dadajan ki wajah se aap dono ki shaadi -"
"Nai Tayajan aisa mat kahiye," the bride said.
"Dadajan abhi zyada important hai humari shaadi se," the groom said.
Some of them had left because many people couldn't stay but Riddhima stayed back in case any one needed anything and they were her soon-to-be-in-laws so she should help them.Riddhima saw Billy and Naina sitting on the chairs still waiting for the news while Armaan stood near Jai's room door.She went and sat next to them.
"Aap logo kuch chaiye?" Riddhima asked.Naina's head looks up quickly when she hears Riddhima's voice.
"Tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?" Naina asked rudely.Riddhima was surprised at the rudeness in Naina's voice.
"Main ruk gaye thi agar aap logo kuch chaiye hota," Riddhima said with a low voice and her head down.No one said anything so Riddhima got up and walked away towards Armaan. She was scared and nervous but decided to speak up anyways."Aap ko kuch chaiye?"
Armaan turns his head and looks at Riddhima.Riddhima saw his strong at her so she looks down.He makes his way towards.Riddhima lifts her eyes up and sees him moving closer to her.She moves back but was hit by the wall.Armaan came closer and closer.Riddhima's looks up in his eyes.He stares down at her.Riddhima looked everywhere but him but she always stole a glance from him and he was still staring at her.Riddhima turns to the side to leave but stops.She turns around and sees her dupatta stuck to his shirt.Armaan pulls her dupatta from his shirt and wraps it around his hand until her back was touching his chest. Riddhima's breathing was getting heavier and heavier.Riddhima could feel him come closer because his face touched her hair.
"Mujhe kuch nai chaiye," Armaan whispered in her ear.Riddhima looks up in at him and he lets go of her dupatta."Yahan se chali jao." Riddhima looked at him in shock.
"Kya?" Riddhima said staring up at him.Armaan looks down at her.
"Maine kaha yahan se chali jao," Armaan repeated himself.Riddhima looks at him hurt and walks away with tears in her eyes.
Everyone came back in the morning to the hospital to see how Jai is doing but still there was no news.Anjali looked around and didn't see Riddhima.Anjali nudges Muskaan and Muskaan also looks around but didn't find her.
"Riddhima kahan hai?" Muskaan asked.Neither did Armaan, Billy, or Naina have an answer.
"Main yahan hoon," Riddhima said from behind.Padma walks up to Riddhima and gives her a hug as does Anjali and Muskaan.
"Excuse me," said the doctor.Everyone's attention turns to the doctor."Jai Mallik is fine and awake but please do not put any stress on him." The doctor was about to leave but turned back around."He wants to see Armaan and Riddhima." Armaan and Riddhima look at the doctor then at each other.Both of them make their way to Jai's room.He was sitting on the bed with his hand entwined on his abdomen.
"Dadajan," Armaan said.Jai turns his head and smiles at them weakly.
"Aao betho," Jai said.Armaan sat on the stool that was next to the bed."Riddhima, idhar betho." Jai looks at her.Riddhima went and sat next to Jai on the bed with his arm around her."Armaan." Jai saw Armaan turn his face from him."Kal jo hua usse bhul jao." Armaan nods with his head down."Batao tum dono shaadi kab karna chathe ho?" Armaan and Riddhima's head shoot up at Jai.Jai chuckles at their expressions but then calms down. "Main chatha hoon ke tum dono ki shaadi jald se jald ho jaye." The nurse walks in.
"Can you please leave the patient needs to rest," the nurse said.Armaan and Riddhima walk out of the room and they start making their way back to everyone.
"I'm sorry," Armaan said.Riddhima looks at Armaan."Kal raat jo maine kaha.I'm sorry.Mujhe kehna nai chaiye tha." Riddhima stopped walking but Armaan went ahead.A smile formed on Riddhima's face and blush forms on her cheeks.She makes her way back to everyone too.She hears Armaan telling that Dadajan is okay.
