I was still confused.I looked at Maan grinning and became even more unsure of what had happened the night before.Why was he wearing a short,White robe on? He came and sat next to me on the bed,Holding a tray with tea,toast and orange juice on.He pored some orange juice into a glass and passed it to me,Without speaking.I opened my mouth to ask him what was wrong but he covered it with his hand and signalled to the orange juice.Looks like i had to drink first!!! I gulped it down and looked at him.Finally,he spoke.

Maan:Are you ok?

Geet:Whats wrong with me?

Maan:You don't remember? Anything?

I casted my mind back but nothing came to my head.I stared at him blankly.

Maan:You fainted.

Geet:Did i?I don't remember.

Maan:You got a cold and the fever spread to your brain,Making you unconscious! I was so worried,I had no idea what had happened!!Why didn't you tell me you weren't well?

Geet:Sorry.

Maan:Why are you saying sorry now? Just forget about it.But are you ok now? The truth,this time!

Geet:Yeah,Nothings wrong!!

Maan:Eat,You didn't eat last night.

Geet:Did you?

Maan:No.

Geet:Then,You first.

I picked up a piece of toast and shoved it in his mouth.We sat there quietly munching,until he started laughing.

Maan:Isnt is supposed to be the other way round? Werent you supposed to bring me tea and breakfast in bed?

Geet:Yeah,but were not normal!

Maan:Anyway,i was thinking why don't we fly back today?

Geet:Today?

Maan:Yeah,i've got my ticket booked,i had a return ticket so...i was thinking of booking you one on the same flight aswell. If you want...?

Again,he was leaving the decision to me,Not wanting to force me,To take my freedom away.

Geet:Ermmm...Ok.What time?

Maan:7 in the evening.

Geet:Great!

For the first time,i glanced at myself.I wasn't wearing my sari on anymore.I looked at Maan and his expression was sheepish.I was wearing a black coat and pants and he was in a dressing gown!! I was wearing his clothes!!!

Geet:Errrmmm...Why am i wearing your clothes?

He kept his gaze down whilst he replied and i was sure he was blushing.He said all in one breath without stopping:

Maan:You needed warm clothes and there weren't any so i had to change you into mine im sorry and i didn't look i promise.

Geet:Oh,Thanks.And its ok,Dont worry.By the way,I wouldn't care even if you did look,you had no other option.

I held his hand in mine and smiled.Finally,He looked up at me and i pulled him down onto the bed with me.I wrapped my arms around him and we lay there huddled together.This was our first close contact as Husband and Wife.It felt nice.We didn't talk,It would ruin the moment until the phone began to ring.Urgghhh!!!Could there have been a worser time?Maan looked at me with his eyebrows raised,almost as if he could tell what i was thinking,before answering the phone.

Maan:Hello

Meera:Were not disturbing you,are we?

Maan: Errr...No.

Geet:Who is it?

Maan:Meera.

Meera:What are you doing?

Maan:Errmm...Nothing.Just eating.

Meera:Oh,Is Geet there?

Maan:Yep,Here you go.

Geet:Hey

Meera:Ok,So tell me.How was it?

Geet:How was what?

Oops,I don't think i should have said it out loud.Maan looked at me puzzled.

Meera:What do you think? THAT!! Out of 10,Rate it?

I blushed deep red,Catching on to what she was saying.

Geet:Meera!! Shut up!!!

Meera:Oh,Come on!! Im dying to know!!! Geet!!! Speak!! BTW,Did you wear what i kept in the suitcase for you?

What suitcase? We didn't bring anything with us,did we? I was really confused!! I could feel Maan's gaze on me,Making me uncomfortable.

Geet:Ermmm...0.

Meera:That bad? I feel sorry for you!! He looks amazing but no-one knows how he's like behind closed doors!!!

Geet:Hmmm...i'll talk to you when we come back.I need to tell you all something aswell.Bye.

OMG!!! What had i just said? 0? Why do i always mess up when he's near me?Were married now,he shouldn't have the same effect on me as before.Why was i still so nervous to be alone with him? I was madly in love with him,Wasnt i? So i had to get rid of the nervousness.And how could i rate him 0 without even knowing how he was? That was unfair!!! I had to clear her misunderstanding.

Maan:Whats wrong? What are you thinking about?

Geet:Huh? Nothing.

He pulled me back down into the bed and wrapped the duvet around us.He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close,Leaving no distance between us or our bodies.
