Hi Reya🤗...yeah actually I fell asleep at 11 accidently...guess I was sleepy today🥱😆...n then woke up at 2 suddenly😆...missed my chat with my kaminis😭...they'll be hell worried😕...so now could n't sleep again...came here a while ago...will go back to sleep in sometime...just chking out some updates..how r u today...?yeah finally saturday is here...oh I can't wait now...😛

awww...so considerate of you love 😊...but i am bed ridden and i refuse to give my laptop up...hence i am cuddled in bed with my laptop writing an intense, high tension update for MM...

ab tu aise tese karke mujhe tension de rahi hai...aisa hai toh jaldi karna plss......waise bhi tu ne cliff hanger pe choda hai...teri tabiyath kharab thi so maine cho diya warna tere peeche padh jaathi ab tak MM ke update ke liye...😛

Re-cap: I looked around with the guards checking every place. Then I thought of the outhouse, thinking she must have needed something from there. I ran there and threw open the door. Shock and horror hit me as I saw her at gunpoint and the man was...

"ADIII!!!!", I yelled.

Ch. 21

I sighed in relief as I saw my knight in amour burst through the door, "Maan", I yelled as I tried to escape Adi's tight grip but he pressed the gun into my temple harder making me wince in pain.

"ADI, what the hell do you think you are doing? Let Geet go, are you out of your mind?", Maan yelled as anger and worry ran through his body.

Adi gripped her waist tighter and Maan took a step forward in anger and the guards followed, "I wouldn't try that Maan Singh Khurana; you wouldn't want me to hurt your precious angel.", he threatened as he ran the gun along her face. Geet whimpered in fear and tears flowed freely.

"Ok fine, I will tell the guards to stay back. Just let go Geet. I will give you whatever you want. Just let Geet go.", he pleaded.

"Maan", Geet whispered quietly. Maan looked into Geet's eyes telling her to hang in there.

Adi gripped Geet tighter as he dragged her backwards, "That's the problem Maan Singh Khurana. I only want your Geet." Geet looked at Adi in disgust as she tried to get out of his grip. "I fell in love with Geet the first day I saw her. The first day she came to Khurana Constructions. I never thought she would fall in love with a guy like you but she did. I waited for her to notice me but she never did. Instead she fell in love with the great Maan Singh Khurana. Everyday, it hurt me to look at you two together, deeply in love. Left with no choice, I pretended to fall in love with Pinky so I could get closer to Geet.", Adi said each word bitterly.

"Adi, just listen----", Maan started as he took a step forward but Adi cut him off.

"No, you listen to me", he said as he pointed the gun at Maan. "Geet is only going to be mine. If you come any closer, I will shoot her.", he said with a wild look in his eyes.

Maan watched helplessly as tears streamed down his Misiti's eyes. He ranked his brain to think of something; something to save his Geet.

"Please listen to me Adi, I will go wherever you want. Just don't do anything to Maan", Geet pleaded.

"NOOO Geet", Maan growled.

"Ahhh, the love..It brings a tear to my eye.", Adi said sarcastically as he pretended to wipe a tear from the corner of his eye. Geet and Maan locked their eyes together staring at one another helplessly as Geet was still imprisoned in Adi's grip.

Just then the police charged in followed by the family members. All the family members looked confused as they saw Geet at Adi's gunpoint. The police pointed their guns at Adi.

"What is going on here?", Dadi asked in shock looking at scene in front of her.

"So glad you could all join us.", Adi said with a fake smile as he pulled Geet closer again. Everyone looked on in disbelief seeing a new side of Adi. "But I would advise you all to stay back if you don't want me to hurt your precious angel."

"Surrender Aditya, you are surrounded by police, they is no way you can escape.", the inspector warned as he held in gun towards Adi.

"Oh yes there is, I have my prized possession Geet Handa.", he said as he twisted her arm roughly and she cried out in pain. "You will let me leave if you want to keep Geet safe."

"Please Inspector, tell your officers to put down their guns", Maan said.

"Adi", Pinky said quietly with tears in her eyes. "How could you Adi? I thought you loved me."

Adi chuckled softly, "Sorry to break your heart Pinky but that was all a faade. Just like my shuttering was. All a show to put up a good cover."

Pinky cried harder with the heartbreak she felt, and watched her best friend at the gunpoint of the man she loved. Meera placed her arm around her shoulder to console her.

"Adi beta, how could you do this? I have always considered you like a son. Please let Geet go; for my sake let her go", Dadi ma pleaded.

"I am sorry Dadi. But Geet can only belong to me."

Just then one of the detectives who was had snuck upstairs shot a bullet to Adi's shoulder once he got a clear shot; his body jerked in shock and his grip loosened on Geet. Geet took the chance and started to run into Maan's waiting arms. An inspector shot his calf next to get him down. Just as Adi was falling down, he shot a bullet in Geet's direction.

"GEETTT", Maan yelled as he saw the bullet. He quickly caught her in his arms and turned around to take the bullet in his back.

Geet felt Maan's body jerk as he took the bullet meant for her. "MAANNN", She screamed as she felt the blood oozing out from his back. Geet cradled Maan's head in her lap as the family surrounded them. "Maann, Maan,", Geet said as tears ran down her cheeks.

"You...are...okay...my...Misiti.", Maan said slowly as pain made every word an effort. He touched her cheek lightly as his eyes started to drop. He soon slipped into unconsciousness.

Ambulances made their way into Khurana residence as Adi and Maan were taken to Delhi hospital. Geet went along with Maan in the ambulance as she held his hand, praying to Babaji for his well-being.

Maan was wheeled into emergency as doctors and nurses rushed around. They wheeled him into the operation theater.

"Please maam, you will have to wait outside.", the nurse said to Geet gently as she closed the OT doors. Geet cried helplessly as Dadi and Anna came forward to comfort her. They led her to a chair and sat her down

"Dadi, My Maan, My Maan", Geet cried in Dadi's arms. "He took the bullet meant for me ;I will never be able to forgive myself if anything happens to him." , Geet said with a sad voice.

"It's okay Geet beta. Have faith in Babaji", Dadi said as she ran her hand along her hair to comfort her. She too feared for her grandson's health but she knew that she needed to strong for Geet.

Hours passed by as the Khuranas waited outside the OT for any information. Nurses rushed in and out but refused to disclose any information.

Vicky came in with tea and snacks for everyone, but no one touched it as they were deep in prays with their eyes on the OT door. Vicky walked up to his Bhabzz trying to get her to eat something. She herself had suffered a trauma but she refused to let the doctor check her.

"Bhabzz, here; please have some tea." He said as he held out a cup for her. She slowly shook her head as she went back to staring.

Vicky placed the cup on the side and reached for her hand, "Bhabzz, please have something or you will fall ill yourself then how will you care for BB?", Vicky said.

"No Vicky", was all she said.

Vicky said nothing in return but placed his arm around her shoulder to comfort her. She cried quietly as she held Vicky's arm for comfort and buried her face in his chest. He glanced to the other side where Anna sat with Dadi quietly. There was also Pinky who was crying in Meera's arms. Vicky's heart ached for the young girl who fell in love with the wrong man and now she was suffering. Vicky himself couldn't believe the true face of Aditya; he had been in Khurana Constructions for as long as he could remember as Maan's right hand man. But how had he become so obsessed with Geet? Vicky sat in thought as he held his Bhabzz.

Vicky had discreetly acquired about Adi's conditions and he too was in critical condition as he was being operated on.

"He is going to okay, right Vicky?", Geet asked quietly.

"Of course, he is going to be absolutely fine.", Vicky said quickly to give her the answer she wanted.

"I won't be able to live without him, I don't know how to breathe without him.", Geet said as tears came back.

Vicky reached over to wipe them off, "Be positive Bhabzz, BB will be fine. He wouldn't leave his Misiti.", Vicky said

Geet laid her head on his shoulder and she closed her eyes for a moment as exhaustion started to get the best of her.

"Bhabzz, why don't I take you home? We will call you as soon as we hear something.", Vicky suggested.

Geet immediately opened her eyes and sat up straighter, "No, I am fine. I am not going home without him."

"Well, if you don't, you will soon be living in one of the hospital rooms"

Geet shot him an angry glare and Vicky held his ears to apologize.

Just then the Dr.Mehta came out with a defeated expression. Everyone stood up as soon as they saw him.

"How is he doctor? Is he okay?", Geet asked with hope.

Dr. Sharma shook his head sadly, "I am sorry but due to excess blood loss, Mr. Khurana has slipped into coma."

the whole update was action packed...Thank God Geet is safe n its understandale that Maan took the bullet for geet on himself...I hope he'll be alright soon...Vicky is a big support to his family right now...poor Pinky...she's so broken with what Adi did to her...Oh how I wish maan could have given him a few punches...that jerk needs them so much...😡😡...u better update this soon n make Maan perfectly alright again...warna😡😡😡😡😡..teri khair nahi...got that...I won't leave u in peace even of u are ill...I can be evil if I want to u know?😈
