Armaan Malik (Karan Singh Grover): 22 year old doctor at a big hospital in Mumbai. He is a educated, youthful bachelor who believes love is decided for everyone. He is wealthy in profession, and rich at heart. Armaan lost his parents in a AIDS battle when he was small, and decided to become a doctor so that no one would have to go through the same experience as him. He lives with his cousin brother Amit, and butler Mickey and has been with them since graduation.

Riddhima Mahi Saran (Shilpa Anand): 20 years old. She is a mute (person with no voice) and lives with her brother Jai in Amritsar. She has been home educated since she lost her voice. She believes in love but doesnt think there's anyone for her because of her condition. She has been brought up and loved by her family of her brother Jai, uncle Raj, aunty Sadhna, cousin sister Rhea and house servant Bandya.

Jai Saran (Iqbal Khan):22 year old business man. He has the 4th biggest business empire in Asia. He loves his sister dearly and would do anything for her happiness. Although he is busy man he always finds time for his sister in any situation. He has been given the responsibility of her ever since their parents died and has been looking after since.

Rhea Saran (Neha Bamb): 20 years old. She is Riddhima's cousin sister. She and Riddhima have been together since childhood. Raj Saran is her dad and Sadhna is her mum.

Story:

Armaan has been brought up by a his uncle (Amit's dad) since the age of 7, but his uncle passed away when he was 18. Since then Amit and Armaan have been living together since they live with their butler Mickey who they treat fairly.

Riddhima lost her voice in a incident, and has never been able to regain it since. Her brother Jai, and uncle Raj have been looking after her making sure she has everything she needs in life. Rhea is the daughter of Raj who is Jai and Riddhima's dad's older brother. Although Jai and Raj have many people coming and going in the house the only person Riddhima and Rhea talk to is the house servant Bandya whom was brought by Raj from a ship. Jai has brought many alliances for Riddhima but she has rejected them all knowing that they are all after her brother's wealth not her. But her brother never stops trying. Jai and Rhea were supposed to get married, but Jai decided that he will only get married as soon as Riddhima does. Rhea and Jai like each other but never have been able to express their feelings infront of each other. Jai, Rhea are the only ones in the house that understand Riddhima, otherwise the other servants, Raj and Sadhna are unable to tell what she wants. Jai and Armaan are best friends from school but lost contact after that. Now a few years later Armaan is a doctor and Jai is a business man and they met at a charity fundraising function for orphanage kids. Now Jai wants Armaan to take a look at Riddhima and see if he will be able to do anything in her case although no one in the family knows Armaan.
