abt part 27.. i absolutely loved the way you carried over the feelings from each other's POV. the flow was so apt...it can be said as one of the best parts from you. i am sure the true feelings will be out very soon :P.

abt part 28... i feel that nikki asking armaan to be her BF will now put him in an awkward position...and also make riddhima realize her feelings abt armaan... loving the flow of the fic. can't wait to read more!

I am glad you liked the part! hehe, yeah, I was dying to write a part in which Armaan turns all possessive and concerned for her, n i was dying to read it he he so I am gad you liked it!😃 I always thought that chemistry can be build better if both the POV's are shown, and so that is exactly what I wanted for my story...sure in some instances I show the same incident happening in different POV's, but I love writing how different or similar each are...u know when u write the same incidences in both the POV's its easy to co relate n love the part even more Nikki is going to be stuck in this marriage mess for sometime...looks like trouble!!but don't worry everything will soon fall into place😊 thanks for the lovely comment! n thnx to u to for writing such a beautiful fanfiction

@nj: Thank you soo much for the lovely comments! and please, do tell me what you think the parts lack, and need more of, because I will take them into consideration and try and improve on the next part! Yeah, personally for me 27th was one of my better parts, and I will admit it, 28th did not turn out the way I wanted it to, but the reason I am focussing a lot on Armaan and Nikita is half because everyone complained why Armaan was so protective of Nikki when Abhi came into the picture, and I am trying to set out the scene of them being so close to each other, that they will go to any extents for each other...so obviously one is bound to feel protective when another person comes into the picture. The other half of my reason is because this friendship is what will make both Armaan and Ridhima realise of their love for each other...and I personally love reading about jealousy, so I am using their friendship as an excuse to make Ridhima jealous, and very soon Armaan will get jealous of someone too. The next part again has a bit of Armaan and Nikki...but I tried minimising it as much as I could...you will start to see more of Armaan and Ridhima very soon 😊

@Robin: I know, I thought about her shouting at him and gettig mad at him, but for some reason it didn't fit rightly, she just saw him defending her, and instead of thanking him, she shouted at him...that just didn't seem right to me, which is why I went with the hug, plus people were asking me more of AR scenes, and I thought of giving my readers a treat😆 Thanks for commenting!😃

@Janvi: 😆it's better late than never, right?😛 I know, it was a bit sudden, but it will help move AR's story forward, trust me on that, and you will see lots of jealousy, which I guess every reader enjoys😛 I think the reason that Ridhima's inner turmoil is described better than Armaan's is cause I am a girl, and so I can put myself in her shoes and see how she is percieving things, it is very difficult for me to describe Armaan's cause I honestly don't know how Armaan would percieve that situation to be...which is where the other fanfics I read and KSG's acting in DMG is a huge help...because the way that other writers describe their male character's feelings is what inspires me to write Armaan's POV...anyway, thanks for the lovely comment! Ridhima entered the cafeteria to see Nikki and Anjali sitting there with two men she didn't know. She went up to the table, and smiled politely at the strangers, and slipped next to Anjali.

"Hey Ridzi!" Nikki said. Ridhima returned the smile, and looked inquiringly at the two men, who looked back at her briefly.

"Oh, um, Ridz this is Deepak, and this is Raj" Nikki said as she pointed at each one of them "and this is my friend, Ridhima"

Ridhima gave them another smile, as they nodded their head at her.

"Hello" Deepak said

Ridhima returned the greeting, and then an awkward silence hung in the air. Looking around she had no idea what to do, Nikki was avoiding both the men's gazes, and Anjali was going through her medical file, obviously trying to do something since the awkwardness had gotten to be unbearable.

Deepak cleared his throat, but didn't say anything.

"Hey guys!" Atul exclaimed as he slid into the seat next to Raj. Ridhima gave him a huge smile and almost breathed a sigh of relief, finally Atul could make the awkwardness go away.

"Hi, I am Atul" Atul introduced himself as he extended a hand towards Raj.

Raj introduced himself and shook his hand, and Deepak followed suit.

Atul went on to crack his jokes, making everyone feel comfortable, and soon Ridhima relaxed into her seat enjoying Atul's conversation.

She heard footsteps behind her, and smelt the cologne. She immediately stopped laughing, and briefly looked at the vacant seat next to hers.

However she was shocked, and a bit hurt when Armaan completely ignored it, and went to grab a seat and shove it in between Deepak and Nikki.

She looked at him confused for a brief second, before she looked away, She didn't want him to know it had affected her, but she couldn't lie to herself.

She felt the fear creep within her as different possibilities ran through her head.

Why is he ignoring me? Does he know that I might like him? How could he? Is he mad at me?

All these conflicting thoughts were running through her head, making her uncomfortable. Her head snapped towards Armaan's direction when she saw Nikki's chair move a bit....closer to Armaan.

She had to stop her mouth from falling open when Armaan casually put his arm around Nikki's chair, and gave her a huge smile.

Looking away quickly, Ridhima wasn't sure she could digest it. She suddenly didn't feel hungry at all, despite the fact that it was her lunch break. She felt quite sick and suffocated.

Frowning, she tried to keep the anger within her and not snap out at anyone.

Hearing the scraping of the chairs, her head snapped up, and looked at Anjali confused.

"Chal Ridzi, break khatam....arey! Tune toh kuch khaya bhi nahin" Anjali said.

"Di, mujhe bhook nahin hain" Ridhima said, trying her best to not look at Armaan and Nikki who still hadn't got up from their chairs, and Armaan's hand was draped across Nikki's chair, his hand lightly touching Nikki's shoulder.

"You guys are sisters?!" Someone exclaimed. Ridhima looked up, and cracked a smile when she saw Raj's expression.

"Yeah" Anjali giggled.

"Wow! You guys bear no resemblance to each other! Seriously!" Raj said as he looked at both of them. Both Anjali and Ridhima laughed.

Even though Ridhima was adopted, it was a fact that everyone chose to ignore, as it didn't matter, Anjali and Shashank always viewed her to be their own.

"Anyway, we should go" Deepak said, a slight frown on his face as he looked and Armaan and Nikki.

Ridhima felt her eyes being drawn to them, and a surge of frustration shot through her. Amaan and Nikki weren't even acknowledging anyone, they were both talking in whispers to each other, and smiling.

Looking away immediately, Ridhima had to grit her teeth from saying anything odd. What frustrated her even more was that she wasn't sure exactly why she was acting that way...sure she might be attracted to him, but no one else had got such a strong reaction from her.

Deepak cleared his throat loudly and finally Armaan and Nikki looked up, a look of surprise on their faces.

"Oh! Are you leaving?" Nikki asked as she stood up, Armaan also stood up.

"Yeah, we'll see in 2 days at the New Year's party?" Deepak said, unsurely.

"Uh..yeah, sure!" Nikki said, as she led them towards the entrance of the hospital. Just when they were out of sight, she heard Armaan sigh.

"What is up with you two, huh?" Anjali asked, her eyebrows raised.

Ridhima didn't want to hear it. She knew that she couldn't. Grabbing her files, she muttered a quick excuse of having to be somewhere and all but fled from there.


Here is the part guys! please comment...I am sorry for the delay, but I have my exams coming soon,and I am trying to study for that, so my updates won't be frequent, but I can assure that there is no way that I am going to abandon this fanfic...I am going to finish this!
