FANTASTIC ..Thanks for the long update…..loved reading it….got lost in the story completely….

So bhargav is finally back……he is going to do everything to make naina's life hell….

But naina is going to stand up for her self…..she has raj's support at all times….

I was a little worried about naina when raj left….but I should have know that he would never leave naina alone……him turing up as orderly jai….was just too sneaky……

And the best was the surprise part with naina arranged for raj on his birthday…..them tooo are just to perfect for each other and are very much in love….

UNEXPECTED EVENTS

Naina and Rajveer sat on the terrace floor with Rajveer lying in her lap and her carressing his hair lovingly. There was not much conversation between them as they couldn't just get enough out from staring at each other. "Rajveer, do you what's tomorrow?" Naina asked innocently.

He began thinking, "ummm...ab kounsa bomb futne waala hai shaher me?"

"Offo," she irately moved him off her lap, "whenever we sit down to talk either you always make it a joke or you just keep talking about our job. Why can't you only be my husband, my Rajveer?

"lagta hai phirse naaraaz hogayee." he wrapped her around in his arms but she shrugged him off. "Okay I'm sorry, now come on itne khoobsurat se mahole ko kharaab mat karo." he tried to grasp her again but she moved away from him. He tried consoling her but she wasn't prepared to listen and just kept telling him to go away.

"RAJVEER SIR!" a hyper Aalekh came rushing through the door of the teraace taking both of them by surprise. Just then the head lamp next to them got shot and Rajveer ducked down quickly with Naina on the ground. He covered her up so she is protected. Then he looked in the direction from where the shot came from and saw on the opposite building a man covered in black hid with a gun in his hand. Rajveer quickly shot up and just then another shot was shot but he escaped scarcely and got hit on his arm. He didn't bother about that and took his gun out to shoot back but the guy was quicker than him and he ran away. Rajveer thought of following him but Naina and Aalekh both stopped him.

"Rajveer! are you alright?" a frantic Naina ran to him and hugged him.

"Yes I am. Aalekh how did you find out about this guy?"

"Sir I'd gone out for a while and I saw an unknown man climbing the opposite building as if he was a theif. Then I rushed over here to inform you and luckily you escaped his attack. But why did he come to shoot you?" Aalekh was confused as nobody knew he was Rajveer so why would he have enemies.

"Whatever we've got to say let's do it inside." Naina took Rajveer's hand and they walked back insde the building with Aalekh following. It was after they were in a room that she saw his left arm bleeding. "Oh my God! you're bleeding!" her eyes became wide with shock.

Rajveer pretended everything was fine to calm her down. "It's nothing, just a scratch. I'm fine."

"Take off your shirt!" she demanded already pulling onto his buttons.

"Naina, kya karahee ho?" in a naughty tone, "not here atleast."

"I'm serious." there was no sign of amusement on her face.

"Uh..sir I'll leave." Aalekh knew it was his cue to leave as it really was between husband and wife. He knew that Naina wanted to be alone with him.

"Dekha, phirse embarass kardiya na bechaare ko." he looked towards Aalekh and was laughing as Naina removed his shirt and when he turned around he stopped as he saw what he hated the most.

Naina had silent tears in her eyes as she applied first aid to his wound. He cupped her face in his hands and wiped the tears with his thumbs. "Naina I'm alright, the bullet just passed through me."

She hugged him fiercely and cried out loud, "I get scared seeing even a small scratch on you now. Can't tolerate to see you getting hurt."

"Or me yeh tumhaare aasoo bardaasht nahi karsakta, jaanti ho na?"

She pulled out and then he kissed both her tear stained cheeks. "Don't worry Naina ab me tumhe kahi choreke nahi jaane waala. Jab meree aakhri saas bhi hogi na tub bhi me tumhaara haath nahi chorunga or bhagwaan se kahunga ke tumhe bhi mere saath hee lele warna mujhe nahi jaana."

That brought a smile on her face, "acha and what if I don't want to go with you."

He pulled her agaisnt him, "mere paas aane ke ilawa or kaha jaaogee jaaneman? Is Rajveer se behtar paagal deewana tumhe koi nahi milega."

"I can clearly see that." she laughed out loud and he stared at her with awe.

"Bus aise hee muskuraate rehna Naina, it gives me strength."

"You're my strength." she hugged him again and he held her tight. Just then his mobile rang and he made a face. He took it out and got even more annoyed and he gestured Naina to be quiet. "Sssh...it's daddy dearest." she moved away from him and he took the phone. "Yes Sir...yes I'm at his office right now...i guess it was a longer process than we thought...yes Sir it shall be done per your orders...okay Sir!" he cut the phone.

"So I guess that was for Jai?"

"Yep." he took her in his arms again.

"Ab yeh naya kaam kya hai? where were you supposed to be?"

"I haven't got the full details myself so I'm also waiting."

"What?" she gave him a perplexed look, "wait a minute you were supposed to be some place Bharghav sent you but you're here so how did you know...I mean what..."

"Relax Naina and then listen to me." he made her sit down on the bed. Then he sat down next to her and took her hands in his. "Bharghav gave Jai orders to go to the registrar's office at nine o'clock and he didn't give anymore information so I guessed that Jai already knew about what he had to do. Anyways I've sent my man over there and have been in contact with him since and till yet no such information has been extracted. So my dear I'm handling both the boats here and am rowing them pretty well."

"Since when have you become so boastful?" she teasingly carressed her finger on his face which did wonders to him and he wanted her to stop. It was as if a wild rush ran through him and he grabbed her and pushed her down on the bed pressing himself on top of her. She was surprised by his behaviour and kept staring at him as he carressed her hair on the side of her face.

"Since I've realised how lucky I am from all the men in this world."

"And why is that?" she teased him further when she knew the answer already.

He moved even closer to her so now their warm breaths were felt on each other's dry lips. His throat became dry and he knew what will fill it up again. "Kyu ke dunya kee sabse haseen larki to mere paas hai or wo ab hamesha mere paas hee rahe gee." he spoke in a loud whisper as he moved even closer to her until both their lips were pasted onto each other.

When they were enjoying their intimate moment it just had to be ruined. His mobile rang again and he had put it in the front pocket of his pants so it vibrated and it made Naina shake aswell. She tried ignoring it but it was too irritating so she broke the kiss. "Please take that as it's getting on my nerves."

He didn't get off her but just moved a few inches. Then he took the phone and barked through it, "What do you want, I'm busy right now."

"I'm sure you are but I guess party times over my boy. Get your ass down here right now." Bharghav ordered.

"I'm not your dog as I told you before so I'll come whenever I want. Now shut the phone." he switched it off before Bharghav could say anything further and then he was about to advance towards Naina again that his phone rang again. "Urrrghhh!" he grunted loudly and when he answered the phone it seemed as if he was going to kill the person on the otherside.

"Don't make me come there and drag you out!" Bhargahv sounded determined.

Rajveer sat up, "alright, alright! stop polluting the air with your awful voice." he cut off the phone and then gave Naina a sorry look. "I'm sorry Naina per mujhe abhi jaana parega. Pata nahi yeh Bharghav ab kya chahta hai."

She sat up starightening her clothes, "it's okay, you go."

"Tumse dhoore jaane ka bilkul mann nahi karta." he held her face in his hand.

She held onto his hand on her cheek, "even I don't want to seperate but as you always tell me that to gain something you'll always have to loose something per anth me jeet sirf sacchai kee hogi or hum dono osee ke liye larahe hai na?"

"How do you do it everytime Naina? Whenever I'm down you always fuel me up again and I'm well charged." he kissed her palm.

"I guess I've got a great husband to thank for that. Now go quickly before he does actually turn up here." she pushed him off the bed but then held his hand back remembering something. "Promise me you won't disappear for days again,"

"I promise I won't." he kissed her forehead, "in fact I'll make sure we meet everyday and I'll tell you about that when we get back. Anyways I'm off." He went towards the door.

"Rajveer!" she squealed alarming him.

"Ab kya huwa?"

"Aren't you forgettting something." she spoke as matter of factly.

He was confused and began looking around and searching himself but couldn't find anything missing. Then he saw her lying and playing with his shirt which struck him that he was walking out bare chested. He slapped his forehead and walked back inside and went to the cupboard. Hopefully there were some extra clothes hung there and he found a suitable shirt and wore it making sure his wound was covered.

"Before leaving Rajveer, let me remind you that tomorrow is a very special day."

"You still haven't told me about that." he scratched his temple wondering about what was so special.

"Hmm well I guess you'll find out tomorrow. For now keep guessing." she gave an exxagerrated smile and then waited for him to leave.

He left still thinking and then on the way he met Aalekh and told him that all of them should return back and he told him to take care of Naina after what happened earlier. He also told him not to tell anybody until he found out about it. Aalekh gave him his word.

When Rajveer reached Bharghav's headquarters, Bharghav told him that he had to go and meet this guy as he was going to give him secret government information which will help him get inside to Rajveer's secure safe. So this is what he had been planning but what was with sending Jai to the registrar's office. He needed to find out soon and as he went where Bharghav told him he waited for his man to inform him.

He then informed some other men of his and told them to meet him where Bharghav was sending him as this guy was dangerous and had to be caught. If he was going around leaking confidential government information then he was a danger to the society and it was his job to prevent it.

The place was a dark alley in the slum area of Delhi and it was pretty quiet. He roamed around noticing how his men had dispersed in areas where it won't be obvious. He nodded to each one as he passed assuring that he had acknowledged their presence. Then he walked on further searching for the man he was mean't to meet. The place was so cliched that he almost felt he knew what would come next. In movies they show how the hero comes to an isolated place and then all of a sudden he is trapped by a gang of men who surround him.

Just then a gang of men popped out from nowhere and cornered him. Then the gang usually wait before they attack and that gives the hero the chance to bash them all up and in the end the leader comes and fights with him. It certainly was like a cliched scene as the gang were all preparing themselves to attack but Rajveer knew better and he tricked them. When they thought he would be caught by them he pushed one of the guys and ran from there. All the guys chased after him.

One of the rules of army was to divide your enemy and then attack. So he ran and hid so then the gang would disperse too in looking for him. Once they were all over he came out one by one attacking the lone man and finally he had finished them all when a gun got pointed towards him. "Just who was missing." Rajveer smirked as he turned around to face the man holding the gun and there was thunder flash.

"Raj?"

"Abhimanyu Rai Chauhaan? I can't believe this."

Abhimanyu didn't say anything and came forward and without warning punched Rajveer on the face sending him onto the floor.

"What the hell..." Rajveer held onto his jaw as he struggled to get up again.

"You were alive all this time and you made me think you were dead. How could you Raj, how could you?" Abhimanyu was disappointed more than angry as he had considered Rajveer as his friend and here he was kept in the dark.

Rajveer stood up, "I know why you're mad but atleast listen to me. I'd valid reasons for this confidentiality."

"I'm sure you had." Then Abhimnanyu walked off sitting down on a broken brick wall quite upset. Rajveer followed him and sat down next to him and then put his arm around his shoulder.

"I'm sorry. Me jaanta hu aapko kitna bura laga hoga Chauhaan sahab per me mujhboor tha. There are too many people within the system involved in this big conspiracy and I couldn't risk it. I'm sure you can understand it well."

"Ek baar bata kar to dekhte Raj, hum apni jaan bhi dau pe lagadete." he had tears in his eyes but he wiped them away.

"I know." He comforted Abhimanyu, "what are you doing here anyways?"

"I've been onto Major Bharghav for some time now. He thinks I'm this unknown informer of his when in reality I've been collecting all his information from him. I found out that a guy called R2 is working with him and is going to be stealing the information about the nuclear triggers so I tipped him about knowing the secured information so that I could finally catch that R2 but instead I ran into you...wait a minute what are you doing here?"

Rajveer stood up and thought how to put this. "Well you see how shall I put this...the guy you're waiting for is none other me."

Abhimanyu stood up with shock, "what?"

"Yes, I'm R2."

"But...how?" he was not understanding how it could be true.

Rajveer turned around facing Abhimanyu,"It's a long story but to make it short after that shooting incident I made the plan of changing my identity and get in within Bharghav's group in order to find out what exactly has he planned to do. I want to get to the main guy behind all this because I know Bharghav is not him. He definitely has someone above him. I knew what will attract Bharghav immediately and there I am, as R2 a slick and smart theif."

"Impressive." Abhimanyu nodded, "Looks like we both have doing the same thing but just in different ways. I guess it was good that we met."

"It sure was." Rajveer agreed.

"Raj, count me in, in your battle. I'll be there to help you out in anyway you need."

"I know you will." Rajveer put his hand on Abhinmanyu's shoulder and then both of them began walking away together. "Who were the guys you used to attack me?"

"Oh them? They're just my reinforcements." Abhimanyu spoke confidently.

"Reinforcements?" Rajveer seemed amused, "you really need to work on that. Not one of them was a capatible componenet, I mean you should have atleast picked someone worth my energy."

"If I would have known it was you then I surely would have."

That made Rajveer laugh, "oh so what did you think this R2 guy was a wimp?"

Abhimanyu gave Rajveer a look, "I'm not that dumb Raj. Well you should thank me that I'd brought these guys and you were able to defeat them.

"I would have done that to anybody anyways, because you know I'm the best." He started again with his boastful self.

Abhimanyu just began punching him playfully and then both the friends hugged as it had been a long time since they had last met. It was good to meet old friends.

"Okays Raj I'll be leaving Delhi for a few days tonight. Tommorrow I'm wanted home and I can't disappoint my wife."

That came as a surprise for Rajveer, "You got married?"

"Yes, kaafi kuch hogaya hai is saal me or osme me hamaree shaadi bhi."

"Wow!" Rajveer hugged Abhimanyu again and then he remembered how Naina was also talking about tomorrow being something but what? "What exactly is tomorrow that you need to go?"

"Are yaar kal karvachauth hai or os din saaree patniya apne pati ke liye vrath rakhtee hai so it's my duty to go there na." He checked his watch, "I guess I better be going or I'll be late. Raj I'll stay in contact." Abhimanyu left and Rajveer was left thinking about what he just said.

"To kal karvachauth hai." he began drooling over the fact of how Naina would look as his bride again tomorrow. He would definitely make the day worthwhile for her.

As he was in the middle of reaching Bharghav's headquarters, he got a call from his man at the registrar's office so he made his way there instead. He had to know what Bharghav was up to and if he couldn't do it as R2 then he could certainly do it as Jai.

When he got to the office he was surprised to find out that Bharghav was obtaining death certificates of Navin and Rajveer. But hang on a minute, he thought how could there be a death certificate for him as his body wasn't even found in order for it to be cremated. Then what was this? He had to find out soon so he rushed off towards the HQ to get the answers.

As Jai he returned and went straight to Bharghav's room. "Aah you finally arrived." Bharghav seemed content with seeing Jai had done the job. "Come and hand it over." He ordered and Jai compiled. "This boy is my trump card, which will do wonders for me."

"I'm sorry for asking sir but how?" He really had to know what his damaged mind was planning.

"I always make sure all my pawns are kept under my grip and under my management. The same is with R2 as I very well know the fool is capable of rebelling anytime. As soon as my job is done I'll present this to the army head office and R2 shall be behind bars for fraud. No hands will come on me and I shall be free conquering over the world.' He began cackling and Jai had to join in but inside Rajveer was boiling with anger.

When he got to his room he shut the door and then leaned onto the dresser staring into the mirror with bloodshot eyes. His anger was slowly rising as he recalled each and every word of Bharghav and then it just burst and he picked up a vase and threw it against the mirror smashing it to bits. 'I WON'T LET YOU DO THIS AGAIN! I WON'T!' he screamed and then fell onto the floor on his knees and he brushed his hands through his hair with frustration. 'Kab tak? Aakhir kab tak?' He turned his eyes heavenwards, 'I'm sorry Navin it's taking so long to give you justice.' Tears appeared in his eyes, 'per me kya karu har baar yeh Bharghav koi na koi naya ghanda khel ke sab kuch bigaar deta hai.' Then he wiped his tears, 'I won't let this happen this time. I won't.' he stood up and walked out of his room.

Somewhere far from the headquarters a meeting was held. The leader sat on a big leather chair facing the wall away from others. 'So has the job been done?'

'There was some interference due to which it was left undone.' One of the men spoke.

'This kind of callousness is not tolerated in our job. He was mean't to be dead tonight but he is still alive.' The leader spoke calmly but powerfully.

'Sir he is one of your best man and you know he never leaves any job undone.'

'I know.' Then the leader walked out of the room.

In the same building a man and woman met together and the woman was clinging onto him. 'Are you alright I heard he also was prepared to shoot you.' The woman spoke with concern.

'Don't you know me by now? Nobody can lay a finger on me and it's not going to change now.' The man assured her and hugged her tight to comfort her. 'I'll be finishing this job tomorrow and then I'm sure it would be the last job boss has planned for me.'

'Yes it certainly would be the last job because I would make sure it is.' She teased him and then kissed him.

Next day

Naina woke up early in the morning and called up Dr. Shalini as she needed to know the customs of Karvachauth. Shalini explained everything to her and she noted it down. She was going to make sure that at least she can have one night with Rajveer where he would be only Rajveer and no one else. She would take him away from all the worries and pain. Anyways she set to work after her call ended and the first thing she needed to do was to talk to Aalekh.

Aalekh was still sleeping as she sneaked inside his room and then she sat down next to him and tried waking him up but it wasn't easy. He groaned and shuffled but didn't wake up. She shook him up which did the trick and he woke up with a jerk ready to curse whoever dared to wake him up but she covered his mouth before he could.

'Sssh'warna Huda or Ali bhi uthjaaenge.' She warned him in a loud whisper.

He moved her hand off, 'Naina tu is waqt yaha kya karahee hai? Sab theek to hai na?'

'Yes everything is fine. Look I need to talk to you so come with me.' She pulled onto his hand and dragged him out with her out of the room and into the main toilets. Then she closed the door. 'Now listen.'

'Kya sahi jaga dhoondhi hai tune baat karne ke liye.' He mocked her.

'Now stop pulling my leg and listen to what I've got to say. Dekh aaj Karvachauth hai or maine aaj vrath rakha hai.'

'To apun kya kare? Jo kuch bhi karna hai wo to Rajveer sir ko karna hai na.'

'Shut up Aalekh,' she glared at him, 'I need your help of keeping it a secret from the rest of the group. Especially Bharghav.'

He bagan thinking, 'I think that won't be a problem but tell me does Captain sir now about this?'

She became shy, 'He'll know by tonight.' After that she opened the door and checked if anybody was around then she walked off back to her room with Aalekh following back to his room.

Meanwhile Rajveer was busy making his own arangements. Since he found out about Karvachauth he was thinking how to make Naina happy. All the anger had evapoated over night and now he was only having happy thoughts which had given him the idea. 'Naina aaj me tumhe aisa surprise dunga jisse tum itnee khush hogi ke sama nahi paaogi.' He spoke triumphantly with himself as he reached out for his phone and called up Sameera. Then he gave her some shocking news.

'What! I can't believe this' she shook with shock after hearing that Rajveer and Naina were actually married. 'Or yeh baat mujhe ab bata rahe ho?'

'Okay now stop yelling because I don't want everyone to find out. Look this decision was made at a crucial point and the reason for it being a secret, I'm sure you know'

'I guess so.' She sighed, 'pata nahi or kitne shocks milne wale hai.' She thought over that and attacked him again, 'wait you don't have any children do you?'

He shook his head with disbelief, 'Sameera it hasn't been that long for us to have that. Anyways forget that and listen to what I need you to do.' He narrated his plan to her and she listened like an obedient child. 'So you got all the details?'

'Yes I did. Don't worry this would be perfect.' She assured him.

Before cutting he remembeed something, 'oooh yes remember this marriage thing should only stay in between you and me. And Sir should definitely not find out.'

'Don't worry Rajveer; I've got the whole confidentialiy thing in tact.'

Then he cut the phone and smiled as one part of his plan had been taken care of. Now he had to sort out the other thing which was to take those certificates away from Bharghav but even Jai didn't know where he had put them. Apparently Bharghav had this secret place which he still had to discover. He changed into Jai and off he went doing his job as Bharghav's slave. Many times he felt like strangling him when he was not looking but that wouldn't help now would it? He had to carry on until his motive was achieved.

Naina was hoping to see him throughout the day but he was busy as Jai and didn't show his face to anyone. She had tried her best to avoid any contact with food or drink the whole day eventhough it wasn't easy with a persisiting Pooja but Aalekh was a great help and he managed her.

It was approaching the evening now and Naina still hadn't had any contact with Rajveer. She was annoyed with how he forgot his promise the very first day. She fretted about it and remained in a foul mood till the sunset. 'If he doesn't come then I'll just sleep hungry but there is no way I'm going to go looking for him.' She spoke to herself whilst sitting on the bed. She was dying with hunger by now.

There was a knock on her door and she went and opened it thinking that it was Rajveer but was disappointed when someone had just left a message for her. She picked it up and then scrunched it up with utter anger. 'urrrgh! Just what I need right now.' She threw the paper away and then grabbed her coat and left the room. It was a message from Bharghav that all of them were having a meeting some place and she had to make her way there. She stepped out and began looking for a car and luckily one stood outside with a driver sitting in already. She opened the car and sat at the back.

'Good madam that you came, as Major Bharghav had left this car for you.' The driver spoke whilst eyeing her in the rear mirror but she was looking out of the window.

'Where exactly are we going?' she was curious as he hadn't mentioned the place.

The driver smiled, 'you'll soon find out.' Then he drove off. In intervals he kept looking at her and being amused by her anger and annoyance. He couldn't help but ask, 'Madam are you alright? I mean you look quite upset.'

'What is that to you, you just drive the car.' She still didn't look at him.

'I'm sorry but couldn't help seeing how pale you look. Kahi aapne bhi to aaj karvachauth ka vrath nahi rakha?'

'I said mind your own business.' She sniffed as tears steaked out of her eyes. 'ek wo hai jo pure din mila bhi nahi or ek tum ho jo kabse bake jaarahe ho.'

He hid his laugh, 'Oh, to yeh baat hai. I'm sure he doesn't see your worth at all.'

'He doesn't and I also don't care about him. If he wants to come then he can or he could just go to hell.'

He screeched on the brakes alarming her. 'Madam we've arrived but Major Bharghav's condition was that you've got to be brought blind folded.'

'What?' she was not impressed.

'I'm afraid so.' He got out of the car and then opened up her door too and before she could react or say anything he blindfolded her and then pulled her out of the car and helped her walk. She kept asking him where he was taking her but he didn't reply and carried on walking. She could feel walking through double doors so they were definitely in a posh building but where. Then she heard the lift 'TING' so they were going up somewhere. Her curiosity increased by the minute and soon her blindfold was taken off and there in front of her were things she had unexpected.

She stood in front of a flat which had the name plate ' 'Captain Rajveer Singh Shekhawat' and 'Naina Singh Shekhawat' written below it. She touched the plate as if it was a precious monument.

'Aap ka sewak aapkee sewa me haazir hai Madam.' Rajveer spoke as he came and stood beside her and he gave a dramatic bow.

She was surprised to find him there and everything just overwhelmed her. 'Rajveer'yeh sab?'

'Yes I did it all. After all I had to make my sweet wifey here happy with me again warna pata nahi khaana na milne kee wajese kahi mujhe hee kacha na chaba jaatee.' He moved back as he knew what was coming and it certainly did as she began smacking his arm which just made him laugh even more.

'Ab Naina bus bhi karo warna log kya kahenge? He pretended to be afraid of her in front of others which just made her even more annoyed. 'Okay now stop frowning and get ready.'

'Ready, for what?' she gave him a perplexed look.

Just then the doors opened and in front of them stood Sameera all dressed up nicely with a thali in her hand. 'Apna griparvesh ke liye or kya.' She gave them a smile and Rajveer smiled back. Naina on the other hand was too surprised to react. She looked at Rajveer who just smiled back at her and she just fell in love with him all over again. She certainly hadn't expected this.

Sameera performed their aarti and then put the tikka on both their foreheads with a little bit of rice. Then she instructed Naina to push the kalash of rice with her right barefoot. She removed her feet from her shoes and did as instructed and then she put her feet in the kumkum and began walking inside with Rajveer walking by her side and then she stopped by his bedroom door.

'Ahh let me do the honours from here Naina Singh Shekhawat.' He lifted her up in his arms stunning her and she gave a shy look at Sameera who just laughed at both of them being so much in love.

'Well mera kaam hogaya to me chaltee hu. Good luck.' Then she went out and the way she said that made Naina a bit nervous as to what further had Rajveer planned. She waited for him to continue and as he opened up the room door she was amazed to find it all decorated with flowers and candles. It was all lit up with lights. Then her gaze fell onto the flower decorated bed and it almost reminded her of the daydream she had about Rajveer. It was exactly like that of how he carried her in his arms towards the bedroom and slowly put her down on the decorated bed. Oh it was so romantic. Her husband was so romantic.

Then he went and set her down on the bed and she felt shy as she was still thinking about her dream. Then he came and whispered in her ear, 'aaj ka din me kabhi bhool hee nahi sakta Naina because it's the most important day in your life.' Then he stood up. She gave him a loving look. 'apne peeche dekho.' He pointed at her back and she turned around and was dazzled to find a heavy worked beautiful red sari with matching jewellery put laid out on the bed. 'Something for my wife on this special day.'

She couldn't help but admire its beauty. Rajveer had made her night so special that she forgot she was ever angry with him earlier. He left her to get dressed and told her he'll be waiting for her out on the balcony. She got ready excitedly wearing the sari carefully and then wearing all the jewellery one by one. The earings, the necklace, the bangles, the anklets and then the maang tika. She brushed her hair well and then checked herself in the mirror to make sure nothing was missing and then made her way out towards the balcony.

Rajveer was outside lighting the candles and he stopped midway when he heard the noise of anklets apporaching and when he saw Naina emerging he froze. Time stood still and the only thing that moved was Naina and her extraordinary beauty. Was this his Naina? As she reached him he didn't take his gaze off her until the match in his hand ended and nearly burnt his finger. He hissed in pain but seeing her took it all away.

'Kya huwa? Sab theek to hai na?' she became conscious by his gaze.

'Uh, huh..' he shook his head, 'abhi bhi do cheez baaki hai.' He came closer to her and took something out of his pocket. It was a manglasutra and another was a small box of sindoor. He put the manglasutra around her neck and then applied the sindoor in her maang. 'Ek suhagan yeh dono ke bagair aadhuri hai.' She stared at him with starry eyes and it looked like she would cry any second he quickly put his thumbs under her eyes to wipe the tears away. 'No Naina I don't want any tears today.' She hugged him tight.

'Naina,' he spoke near her ear, 'dekho chaand nikal aaya.' She pulled out and watched as he pointed it out in the sky at the shining silver moon. Then she saw that Rajveer had prepared everything out on the table so she picked up the thaali and began doing the puja. First with the jaali she looked at the moon and then closed her eyes and turned towards Rajveer and then opened them and saw him smiling at her. She moved it away and then went to touch his feet. He was surprised and lifted her up. 'Naina tumhaaree jage mere charno me nahi, yaha' pointed towards his heart, 'mere dil me hai.'

'Yeh to patni ka kartavya hai ke apne pati ke pao choohe.'

'Oh really? I didn't know you were that traditional.' He cocked an eyebrow at her.

'You'll be surprised. Now come on I'm dying of hunger here so do you mind'' she referred to the glass of water and the piece of food put in the thali. He just laughed at her eccentrics and first gave her the water and then fed her the mithai.

'Ehem'um'um'' he cleared his throat pretending she was missing something.

'What happened now?' she began checking if something was left to do yet.

'I think that perhaps you need to apply the same with your husband here.' She was confused but then it struck to her that he also had kept a vrath for her. He loved her so much that he did that. She gave him the water and then fed him the mithai.

Then as she sat the thaali down suddenly it got hit down as if it had been shot at. Rajveer became alert immediately and turned around and there he saw that same man again in the opposite building. Now he had to catch him but before that he had to make sure Naina was safe so he quickly took her inside again dodging some more bullets. Then he wanted to go after that guy but Naina was a bit hesitant. He assured her that he'll be fine and went off leaving her to think over all the so far unexpected events.
