Shwets : Your collages of Rana Deo are indeed flattering. I must say, he is good-looking and very camera friendly. For a person like me, who likes Irrfan Khan, Nawazzudin, Denzel Washington, Will Smith, Jet Lee, George Clooney, amongst others, other than Ranbir, Farhan, SRK,Fawad Khan etc, this guy looks cool in a beard!

Indra 🤗

The episode was a disaster ...the only saving grace, like Sush said ,was the little girl ...no originality there either copy / pasted from BB ( Salman's latest flick ) For a min I thought was watching a movie not tele soap 😆

I have not watched Blacklist At a garba ...music is loud my head is spinning ...Had to get out took a break made two edits 😆

Will catch up with you and Jay on cc to discuss Blacklist tomorrow .

You ladies are far more discerning than I am when it comes to desi tv so I defer to your opinions. Guess I have zero expectations. 😆 Now if they showed this on Western tv I would be extremely disappointed

You know, it actually makes sense if RM had manipulated everything. We did'nt get to hear the conversation between Yashoda and RM before she left. Even the fact that Gayatri seemed asleep rather than in a deathly coma, I suspected when she dug her face into his neck, a typical action when one is asleep. DD is normally quite good at coma type of sleep😆

Okay guys watched it on big screen when it broadcasted...

Was much better...watching it on the net didn't do justice...

The hand washing scene in the Dargah was really well done...agree with you Chick!

Indra...may be we are being too harsh...

@infinity...hmmm...wouldn't put it past RM...come to think of it...Yashoda has really been pushing them...😲

RNJ had a good range of emotions ...from anger to being confused at what Gayatri madam was doing to concern ...and finally some realization of a woman...who he had to admit was his wife...not a RANI Gaytari Devi...

Will reserve my comments on the precap until I watch the whole thing...

Funny thing ...hubby watched a little bit with me...and goes...is it the same girl who was so quiet before marriage when he heard Gayatri fighting with RNJ...I was like...yes...she is...and he goes...what happenes to girls AFTER they get married...😆!! She is really taking his class...😃 I had to agree...😆 Oh well...

Also caught up on Quantico...Priyanka is doing really well!! 👏

Ha ha...when there is emotional disconnect...logic sets in...

But to be fair...I think that was quite a task to carry a full size woman around...put her down...pick her up...put her down pick her up...etc etc...and then the chador on the face...I would have probably been annoyed...first before someone had a chance to explain ...it was a blessing...😆 But our man shows a lot more patience ...he is happy staring at the wife's face...in the privacy of that chador, as a curtain...😛

Hello,

Thank you for the post. Shwets, you delivered on time...👍🏼

A beautiful looking episode once again barring a rushed feel to the lead to their journey to the dargah!

Loved, just loved DD's expressions in that opening sequence when she watches RNJ sleeping. The love in her eyes was almost palpable!

Yashodha has clearly taken over as Cupid in RM's absence. Or she is a puppet with RM pulling the strings sitting in Swarna's maika! Got the feeling that it was the latter with the way the events transpired!

How angry did G get when she heard hubby dear give instructions for the debt to be settled. The previous day's events had given her hope! And she'd even gone to the trouble of making black coffee! All for nothing it seemed!

Poor RNJ didn't know what hit him. What a virago she was! Spitting like a cat and telling him off in no uncertain terms. But I didn't get the part about him putting up a facade. G dear, he had but an audience of one and that was you! Anyway, when angry, logic is the first thing that flies out of the window.

And that chandelier scene! It was actually quite funny! Like I imagined, she was indeed trying to save him the tips he would otherwise have to pay the servants! I actually laughed even though her eyes spit fire! Poor RNJ could hardly laugh! He pleaded, ordered and finally pulled the rope away from her. Only for her to stumble and hit her head! The knock to her head didn't seem serious enough for her to black out! Was it the pressure of the preceding events? Or was it some secret ingredient that RM might have gotten Yashodha to mix in G's morning cuppa? Will we ever know?!

Anyway, the doctor dutifully parroted what he'd been asked to or so it seemed. And then, Yashodha pointed RNJ towards the dargah!

It all happened so conveniently that I can't help smelling a rat, or should I say RM? She is determined to make RNJ accept G by hook or crook! Yashodha played the HMV (her master's voice in this case) record perfectly it seemed! Poor RNJ was so distraught and so bowed down by guilt and anguish that he was willing to do anything that was asked of him, anything to ensure that his wife was back on her pretty feet! I mean, it simply does not make sense otherwise. I am going to let this pass for now and hope for a revelation that RM via Yashodha had a hand in the whole thing. When she learnt that G was back on her feet in just one night, she just had to up the ante!

What followed was pure bliss for me! The dargah scene was beautifully staged and shot! Sid was just superlative in this portion. The anguish RNJ felt was written large on his face!

That interaction with the little angel in blue was nothing short of magical. The child looked truly angelic and RNJ's expressions were wonderfully spot on! It was an absolute awww moment!

Then when he lifted his wife up and she buried her face in the crook of his neck, that frisson of something, maybe his heart shifting place just a bit, was beautiful! It is such a pleasure to watch such a subtly and yet poignantly performed moment!

You can take the man out of the king but not the king out of the man! He tried his best to camouflage their identity by even calling her his wife but he could not help but assert his royal authority when he was asked to wait! See, these are the touches that make the difference!

Anyway, the baba had a dramatic entry and put the king in his place! He assured him that all would be well but asked him not to push for time frames. Babas are a bit like that, they are supposed to spurn authority, so it was fine that he was lecturing to the King! Would have been nicer if they had got an old, wizened man who actually looked spiritual! This Baba looked filmy and thug like!

And then, that blissful chaddar enveloping moment, when it was like time stood still and wrapped the two of them in its embrace. A moment when RNJ could get a sense of the profound!

RNJ will have to wait till the morning, and we the weekend, to know how this is going to play out!

Although the precap indicates a huge meltdown! What is going to bring it on? Whatever it maybe, I am glad! We are going to see Indravadhan finally, and he is going to break down in his Gayathri's arms! Rana Indravadhan Singh Deo and Rani Gayathri Devi can take a back seat!

Lovely!

You know gayatris anger wasn't self righteousness
it was a result of anger and betrayal. She knew her actions would strike a raw nerve in Ranaji and that's exactly what happened. She wasn't being great ,she was being stubborn and accusing .She backing away would've made her appear as a very resilient person and extremely understanding!
I don't know about anyone else but I loved the darga scene direction.Kudos to dop.

Precap-Ranas actions lead gayatri to become very ill after she had made the effort to help him.Maybe its guilt. He may also be referring to someone else.

Chick, it appears I have taken over your role today...since I decided to go soft on pretty much everything that I found jarring and look at only those parts that I connected with..😆

Sush, I was wondering in that last shot about the man who squatted behind SK and gently pulled the chaddar 😆

I did not particularly like the 'wife is always right' line. Pure fodder for TRP aunties possibly!

But I am not angry or upset with G for pushing her point. I have learnt that it is how she is and I am not going to expect her to be like me! She is not me, she is a woman who is at the moment alternating between hope and despair. Her actions are not going to be rational!

In the dargah, G appears to be in a drugged like state rather than knocked out cold! Furthers my belief on some RM- Yashodha magic!

On the precap, I am going to wait to judge the actor! Not fair to judge based on a couple of disjointed shots!

I don't think it is about G, but a generic thing! About how he has been immune to the pain of those around him! Hope so!

Because the only thing that should or would trigger off a king's anger on his own self would be a gross dereliction of duty! If that is the case, very smart on part of the CVs. That what brings about his meltdown is not purely personal but about the State!
