The next day arrived. Kalpi woke up to the sun hitting her face. The white curtains swaying with the calm breeze. She got up and stretched, hair a mess. She turn when the door opens to see Raghav coming from the bathroom bare and with only a towel on his head.
Seeing this Kalpi screams, Raghav covers his ears. " would you stop screaming, your waking the neighbors up"
When she didn't, he starts walking to the bed. Kalpi shouts " d..don't.. come..a..any...closer"
" why?" He says moving again
Kalpi screams once more. This time Raghav throws his towel at her. landing On her face. Kalpi fell on the bed with the wet towel on her.
Raghav says " your so weird, you know that. Yesterday you we're ready to watch me strip and in the car you even tried getting close, but now your so shy because you saw me naked. " he chuckles " your a weird girl"
Kalpi face red says " you surprise me"
" you shouldn't be, after all we're married"
When he said this, the door opens, Raghav turn confused while gauri and the rest of the family stare at him. It was like this until gauri saw Kalpi appearance a little messy. Without a thought she fainted. Sammy calls her name and took her to her room.
Paki blushingly oogle Raghav before apologizing. Sammy father advice Raghav to put some clothes on and join them for breakfast.
When they we're gone, Raghav sigh " what was that?"
Few minute later...
The table was quiet. Gauri was fuming the whole time. Mumbling about Kalpi.
Sammy dad says " you gave us a scar Raghav" " what happened?"
Raghav eating says " I believe my personal business is not your concern."
" RAGHAV! " gauri says
" gauri" he says " Raghav is right Its non of my business"
When Kalpi came down, gauri tells her to eat somewhere else. She says theirs no room for a kidnapper at their table. She calls a maid to bring a small table and tells Kalpi to sit their an eat, before eating herself.
Kalpi eyes widen. She look at everyone who avoid their eyes well except Raghav who was just eating. Kalpi was expecting him to say something, but he just ignored her an continued eating. Annoyed, she sat down and eat.
" you should be happy I didn't let you join the maids in their room to eat"
Paki says " this is her way of showing you love."
Raghav got up, gauri asks where he was going. He says " I'm going to work, I have to observe and see how father's company is doing"
"Theirs no need Raghav"
Raghav turn to her " why not?"
" you need time to recover "
" I'm all better "
Sammy got up as well " just let him mother, remember what you said. Raghav needs to feel at home, besides all he has to do is sit their and look pretty. We practically did all the hard work for him" he says
" Sammy!"
He walk passed Raghav and asks if he was coming before leaving. Gauri tells Kalpi to handle the choirs. Kalpi says she has somewhere to be. Gauri stops and asks where and Kalpi tells her.
" that's not necessary, as the new bahu of the house you must handle the house affair "
" that's not right, how about Paki? What will she do?"
Gauri scoff " I can't work her because I'm expecting her to have a child soon. Isn't that right Paki"
Paki tense and nod. She watch as gauri leaves with her two son before turning to Kalpi. " I am going to ruin you, since you decided to ruin my plan"
Kalpi frown " you tried to marry an unconscious man"
" how is that your business "
Kalpi staring at Paki couldn't believe how selfish she can be. Don't she know that it's consider cheating. " what the he'll is wrong with you"
" nothing, I'm in my right mind"
Kalpi wanting to stay far from her, got up from her table and leave. She heard Paki saying don't get to comfortable.
