Kalpi squeezes rahul hands. She remebered the hospital incident, that gave her courage. Raghav turns to saamy. He told Sammy to arrest her. Kalpi took a deep breath before making up her mind. " theirs no need for that Raghav sir "
Raghav was about to respond, but Kalpi cut him off " I assure you rahul is in good hands. Matter fact the one that should be worried is you"
"Me?"
.Kalpi nods " the thing is Mr.singhania, I'm from the CSSD division , and I am also rahul atterny."
Raghav tense, but he wasn't that convince. " I don't believe you, show me your I.d. "
Kalpi nodded before taking it out. Raghav grab it and show it to Sammy. Sammy nod when he realize it was legit. Raghav says " whydid you kidnap my son?"
" I didn't kidnapping him. I saw him outside, and he recognize me. Dobyou know the reason he was crying Mr.singhania? Or why he was at the hospital?" She said in anger " if I find out he was harmed or mistreated in anyway, you will be sued and rahul. will be put under Foster care."
Raghav eyes widen. Sammy confuse asked about his mother. " his mother passed away."
Raghav suddenly felt guilty. If his mother passed away, then who sent him here? He thought
It was like she could read his mind. " I sent rahul to your door as his mother dying wish. I will be checking on rahul from time to time. And discuss about his school and making sure his happy at all time."
Raghav couldn't place it, but the lady looked familiar to him.Sammy told them to come with him.he says they should talk in a more private area. When they got in the car, rahul scoot closer to kalpi. Kalpi whispers few words to him and he calm down. Raghav frown seeing this.
When they arrived. Raghav got a phone call. He excuse himself before going in. Sammy calls Kalpi name, stopping her. " you, are you Kalpi?"
" yes that is my name" she said tense
" no...I'm. Saying if your the kalpi we all went on a trip with?"
When she didn't say a word, Sammy sigh " you don't have to tell me, I just wanted to know."
"What gave it away"
Sammy smile " you haven't changed a bit"
" then why doesn't Raghav recognize me?"
" his an idiot. He still thinks your the same girl with glasses and traditional wear. I will admit although you look the same , you have lost some features that threw me off."
Kalpi didnt want raghav to find out. Not yet anyway, she was wrong for lying. But to make sure rahu isnt being treated wrongly she had to lie. She look down at rahul sadly. Im sorry rahul, i cant take you with me. I dont want you to cry, when my condition gets worse.
Sammy didnt miss the look she was giving rahul. He put two an two together " your rahul mother "
Kalpi looks up " what are you saying"
" you cant hide it kalpi . I can tell"
"YOur right , I am."
" why didn't you tell us earlier? "
" I have my reasons which I cannot tell you"
Before Sammy could talk they saw Raghav. Kalpi begs Sammy not to say anything. She told him to help her out. Sammy nod. Raghav says let's go to rahul. He refuses, saying he IS staying.
Raghav was irritated . Kalpi told him to hold on. She bends down an told rahul, she will come to visit soon. And for him not to worry. Rahul frown " promise " he says
" promise" she says connecting his pinky with hers
Sammy smile, while Raghav frown. Once rahul was calm, Kalpi looks at Raghav.she remembered their tomatic moments at the hotel. She shook her head to clear her mind, before telling Raghav, about her visit to his place. She turn to leave when she tripped on a small crack.
Raghav with reflect caught her half way. Surprise she turn to look at him. He asks if she was OK, she brushed his hands away. " thank you for saving me"
Raghav nod, feeling a tingly feeling in his stomach. When Raghav came home, paki was there to welcome them.rahul frown seeing her face. " bad lady" he says
Paki glares at him. Raghav says " from now on, rahul is be taking cares off . You will not treats him like his not here. The atterny. will be coming every two month to see how his doing "
" atterny why?"
" it was his mother dying wish"
Paki, was angry, she refuse to be nice to rahul. Raghav was suppose to be hers, not anyone else. She put on a fake smile thinking if rahul suffers then they will take him away.
Elsewhere
Kalpi was in the hotel, she booked, sitting while remiscing seeing Raghav. She was angry at her heart for betraying her. She was sure, she remove her love for him from her heart. hearing it beat again, upsets her greatly.
She covered her face while crying. Suddenly a hand stops her. Don't cry kapi. I'm sorry"
She turn to see Raghav. " what are you doing here?"
" don't you miss me?"
" no"
Raghav caresses her face " don't lie to me. You still love me"
" n-no I don't, please leave " she says getting up
Raghav follows her and stops her hand. " kalpana "
Kalpi stops, and look at him. He smirk and pulls her back, causing her to hit his chest. He leans closer to her ears " you can lie to me, but you can't lie to your heart" he says
Kalpi eyes widen, she pushes him away and glare at him. She stop when realize he wasn't there. He was gone. Disgust with herself, she fell down and cry. She cried until she was drained, before going to her bed to sleep. While sleeping, she dreamt of her an Raghav on the trip.
