Past
After the little boat ride. Raghav decides to take her to eat. He saw a nice Italian restaurant. He asks kalpi if she prefer in doors or out. She told him it doesn't matter. And so Raghav and kalpi head to the restaurant. They waited until it was their turn to make reservation. A waiter passing by asks them if they we're foreigners. Raghav didn't understand, luckily kalpi knew a few words. " yes we are on a cruise "
" ah, cruise. I hope your stay was worth while"
Kalpi smile " yes, we are having an amazing time."
Ragahv didn't understand one thing they we're saying. He as even surprise she knew the language.
The waiter complements kalpi on her Italian. Kalpi giggles, she says it's not that good. She only know the basic. Raghav hearing kalpi laughing frown. He look at his time and wonder what's taking the line so long. He says doesn't he have work to do. Why is he still standing here talking to us. He glare at the waiter, hopeing he gets the message. Luckily his boss told him to get back to work.
It wasn't long before they we're sitted. They ordered and wait for their food. Turns out their waiter is the same men from earlier. Raghav was unamused. Every chance the man gets he would have small conversation with kalpi.Raghav was trying to keep his anger in control. Kalpi asks if he was OK, he says yes.
When their food arrives, they ate. " when did you learn Italian?"
Kalpi looks up " when I was a freshmen in collage."
Their was a comfortable pause. Raghav decides to break it " what we're you and the waiter talking about?"
" he was just complementing me , nothing serious"
It wasn't long before they had desert. The waiter came again. He was mainly paying attention to kalpi. He kept trying to talk with her, ignoring Raghav. Raghav finally crack. He grab the mens shirt before punching him. The men fell on the table. The manager came, and kick them out, saying theirs no violence in his restaurant. Raghav curse them, before running out.
Kalpi was out of breath by the time they stopped. She remove her hand and asks why he punched the man. She was upset that he would hit an innocent man. Raghav looking at kalpi all out of breath, with her hair messy. " you look so cute angry" , kalpi blush
" this is seriouse ashish, you could have been arrested"
" calm down. Nothing will happen to me"
Kalpi look at her phone and told Raghav it was 6. They quickly hurry to the boat. When they arrive, the ship was sailing. Raghav curse under his breath. " what will we do now, the ship is gone"
" simple, we will have to find somewhere to sleep at night.
" what?!!!"
Raghav drags her to the nearest hotel. He asks for two bed, the front desk lady tried checking him in, but he was declined. Raghav told her to try again, but it as declined. He says maybe something is wrong with their system. The lady says no. Raghav angry, left to look for another hotel.
But the same thing repeated.the manager says he should call the bank. Raghav says his card was working fine earlier. He look at kalpi who looked worried. He told kalpi not to worry, he will find a solution. " Raghav I don't mind sleeping on the bench. "
" no kalpi, I would never let my date sleep out doors." " just give me some time I will arrange something " he says
They step out the hotel. Raghav tried calling his bank, but realize his phone was shutting off. He search for a phone Booth, when he found it, he drags kalpi along. Kalpi waited, while he makes a call. He calls his mom private number.
He could hear his mom asking who it was. Raghav told her it was him. She was surprise. She bomb him with question asking where his at and for him into come back. Raghav told her not speak of this to his dad.
Gauri too him his father cancel his bank account and everything that has his name. She told him to come home nd make amand. With his father. Raghav was upset, he says he won't do it. He says he never expect him to be this cruel.
Gauri says he just wants what's best for you. Raghav laughs at that. He change the subject and asks his mother if she could send him some money or at least book a hotel for him. Gauri agrees, she was going to ask what he was doing in Italy, but quickly told Raghav she has to go.
When she hang up, Raghav sigh. It wasn't long before he got a text, about the hotel he will stay in. He thank his mom for that. He was about to step out the Booth when it starts raining. At first it was small, but it soon got heavy. He quickly open the door and pull kalpi in. She almost scream.
The Booth was small, it wasn't meant for two people. Kalpi back was on the glass, while Raghav hand was on both side of the glass, trapping her. Their body and face we're inches apart. Kalpi was blushing at the closeness, while Raghav tries not to look at her. " once the rain stops we can go"
Kalpi nod. She look up and call his name. " Raghav " she blushes.
Raghav looks at her " what is it"
Kalpi nervously bites her lip, " thank you for the wonderful date."
Raghav chuckles " it wasn't perfect like I have planned."
" it was perfect because you we're their, and I will always cherish this moment."
Raghav smile " sounds like a pick up line"
"No, itsn-not " she blush
Raghav laughs, they stare at one another Smiling. Kalpi cheeks we're red, she knew Raghav can see it. She shly looks down. Raghav seeing this thought she was so cute. He calls her, and when she looks up he close in the space and kiss her.
